James, the manager was very helpful and personable as I dealt with use and then a change in my storage needs.Facility very clean and safe. It was a good choice for me.

They were good. I rented space while doing an addition never had an issue. They were professional and place was always clean.

Great place I was here for about 3 months the facility is clean and spacious. Has big elevators and has hand carts for you too

This review doesnt represent the current staff. I rented my unit and paid in full. I was told unit was ready to be used. That same evening I unloaded my truck and headed to my unit to find it was locked. I had to reload my truck and I returned next morning very angry and wanted a full refund. I got an apology from the young girl working, but found out I never was refunded my $175 and never will. Read the tiny small print on contract. Once you pay, your stuck paying for one month no matter what happens. Not Fair at all, I never got the chance to use my unit, it was locked. Terrible Company.

IVE BEEN A CUSTOMER HERE FOR 4 1/2 YEARS...THIS FACILITY BROUGHT IN NEW MANAGEMENT 2 MONTHS AGO-STAFF IS EITHER POORLY TRAINED OR JUST PLAIN MINIMUM WAGE WORKER MENTAILITY EMPLOYEES(AND THAT IN AND OF ITSELF IS A COMPLIMENT! IN THE PAST 2 WEEKS, I RESERVED A 15 FOOT UHAUL TRUCK. CONFIRMED PICK UP DATE AND TIME ON THREE SEPERATE OCCASIONS.DAY OF PICKUP, EMPLOYEE(LATER)TOLD ME...OH, I WATCHED AS YOUR 15 TRUCK JUST ROLLED OUT OF HERE WITH SOME OTHER CUSTOMER! REALLY??!! AND YOU DID NOTHING TO STOP THEM??!! PFFT!! UNBELIEVABLE!! FORCED TO SETTLE FOR 10 TRUCK, HAD TO MAKE TWICE AS MANY TRIPS. TODAY, PAID RENT, ADVISED SAME STAFF MEMBER ID BE RETURNING WITH FRIENDS TONIGHT AS I AM RELOCATIMG. ARRIVED AT UNIT ONLY TO HAVE MY BANK ACCOUNT DEBITTED TWICE IN ONE DAAY, NO STAFF PRESENT, NO EMERGENCY CONTACT AND I AM LOCKED OUT OF FACILITY OVER HOLIDAY 3 DAY PERIOD BECACAUSE NO ONE CAN BE CONTACTED TO RESOLVE A PASSCODE COMPUTER ENTRY!!! ALSO BEWARE...WATCH YOUR VEHICLES PEOPLE AS YOU PULL IN-AND JUST DONT DO IT! THE FRONT ENTRANCE HAS TWO LOOSE LONG IRON GRATES, EACH TIME VEHICLES PASS OVER, BOTH ENTIRE OPPOSITE SIDE OF GRATE SHIFTS UNDER WEIGHT OF VEHICLES-SOMEONE OR THEIR VEHICLE IS ABSOLUTELY GOING TO DO SOME SERIOUS DAMAGE!! IM REMOVING MY STORED ITEMS AND RELOCATING ELSEWHERE-STRONGLY SUGGEST UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR BANK ACCOUNT DELPLETED AND BEING LOCKED OUT IN THE MDDLE OF A MOVE BECAUSE OF INDIVIDUAL ERROR...Then good luck, perhaps youll not have a problem by a place run by individuals who clearly have no clue how to do their jobs RIGHT! This crew should be doing maintenance or custodial work as no one knows how to run a basic computer program!DO NOT RESERVE OR RENT FROM COLUMBIA SELF STORAGE!!...YOU WILL REGRET IT(Plus the place next door charges almost $30. less per unit, and handles customers with personal attention.
