Terra was, by far, the best salesperson I have ever had. I have never ordered a vehicle before, and while ordering she was patient, knowledgeable and great to work with while building my Jeep Wrangler 4xe! She would update me at least once a week on the status, whether the status had changed or not. She answered every crazy question I had or brought me the person who could answer the questions. I honestly cannot say enough about her and my experience at Roger Williams. I have been recommending them to all of my friends!

Michelle at Roger Williams was hands down the best sales person that I have dealt with. She was black and white with everything and didn’t want to waste my time with games. I spent a total of maybe an hour between looking at the vehicle and driving off the lot. She worked with my bank and didn’t try to pressure me into anything. We were having a lot of issues with a vehicle bought from a completely different local dealership. I called Roger Williams service department and spoke with Ray to see about getting some guidance. He made multiple calls and went above and beyond for someone that was not even one of their customers. For that reason alone, even being in service and not sales, Roger Williams will be the next place I buy a vehicle and where I recommend to all my friends and family for any needs.

We came home after work and realized we had a leak. Called and they were still open at 6:30. We were worried because it was Wednesday and we had a road trip plan for sat. They said they would do their best. A rock must have hit the radiator and needed to be replaced. By Thursday evening we had our jeep back. So grateful for the great customer service, Steve was wonderful! We are new to the area but definitely will go back for service.

I would give zero stars if I could do yourself a favor and take it to Granbury or Fort Worth for warranty work. This is the second vehicle I have brought to this dealership for recall work first was my 2017 Ram 2500 second was my wifes Charger RT. Center support bearing is bad and they tried to tell me its wheel bearings both sides and when I informed them that the wheel bearings had been replaced she then tells my wife verbatim that well one side is new and other side looks old sounds like to me they didnt look before they called and only when I said something did they back up on what they said was the problem do yourselves a favor and dont bring your vehicle to this dealership stay far away .

Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in for its FIRST oil change. When I got home this is what it looked like. No oil on the dipstick and a trail of oil down my street. All of my neighbors were laughing at me for leaving a trail of oil down the street. Huge mess of oil in the driveway, engine compartment. Mr Pilgrim was as nice as he could be, and I really cant blame him for the mistake. It was picked up by them and brought back to the service area. Apparently the oring was broken when installing the filter and then the entire filter housing was then cracked after a second attempt. Seriously guys? Its just an oil change. I was provided with a loaner and the engine compartment was cleaned up (but not perfectly) Now I am left with a vehicle that ran without oil and the potential for premature engine failure down the line. Nothing was offered to compensate me! I even had to pay for the oil service! Dirty driveway, gummy dirt attracting engine and no one really reached out to me. Disappointed in the level of customer care at my hometown Jeep dealer.

We were in from out of town pulling horse trailer and hauling horses when our truck needed repairs in order to get back home. The parts department and the service department went out of their way to help us on a Saturday. They were very nice and extremely helpful. Would recommend them to anyone.

On 3/29/21 my husband and I contacted Roger Williams Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT for an auto part. We advised we needed a Transmission Solenoid pack. The gentleman on the phone said he didnt have it in stock and we would need to order before 3:30 pm to guarantee the part for the next day. We advised we would call back if we couldnt find another dealer that had the part right away. After calling the other dealers, we were advised that the wait would be longer, so we contacted Roger Williams again. A different individual answered the phone and advised that they DID have the part available. My husband gets there, the first rep said the part wasnt there and when my husband explained it was he began to yell and told my husband he didnt have to sell him anything and that he would call the police. My husband repeatedly asked for his name to file a complaint, but he said he wasnt required to give it. We spent over $300 to be treated in this manner. We shouldve recorded the message!!

Our Pacifica was having an issue where it would randomly turn off while idling. We brought it in and they were very helpful. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it! No issues for several weeks now.

Great Experience from start to finish. We bought a Wrangler with the Jack A Lope custom lift, wheels ...ect. We also bought a Ram 4X4 at the same time with matching colors. We met the owner who thanked us for our purchase and offered to help us with any questions. They gave us a tour of their shop and where they perform the Jack A Lope custom works...3 hours from start to finish - that includes test driving 4 vehicles - agreeing on price and finance. Pretty good in my experience - we will definitely be back....

The best new car buying experience I’ve had in 30 years. Tyler Lavigne made the transaction super smooth. Transparent and respectful throughout the negotiation and I got the best price out of the few dealerships I’ve contacted. The delivery took about as long as it took for me to write this review, everything was done electronically and I received all my paperwork on a thumb drive with detailed explanations. This dealership is a family owned business and it shows how they do business, I will definitively go back for my next FCA vehicle.

Was having some issues with my 2015 Jeep Cherokee and decided to have it dropped on a Saturday to the service department. Even though I was dropping it off well after closing, they still stayed to make sure my car was safely received. On Monday, my car was quickly checked in and had testing run, and by Tuesday I am ready to get back on the road. Leland truly made me feel like he went above and beyond with my Jeep to help me figure out what was going on and I can honestly say this has been the best experience with a Jeep dealership Ive had.

Got off to a rocky start. After making an error Roger Williams made good and all is well.

I shopped (Build & Price option) for a specific Ram 1500 2 door hemi Express on the Ram website. Once I got the exact same truck as I had (2014)I did the check inventory option. Your dealership was one of 6-7 that had vehicles matching my search. I spoke to 4 before Tyler reached out to me(I completed an inquiry if your vehicle was still available. What a straight forward, honest and accommodating individual. He exchanged ideas with me and I had some very unusual requirement. He was able to accommodate my requirements. It was a refreshing experience. I will gladly refer anyone in my network that is looking for a CDJR if they are willing to make the drive from the Dallas side of town. I will be back for my next purchase as well.

Robert Pilgram service advisor, simply put, fantastic. Wonderful communication, sage advice. Serviced my 2005 RAM 3500 with a worn out trnsmission. After the transmission was replaced Im back in business with this work truck. Soon there after my A/C compressor locked up, Robert again took over and 3 days later its back in service with cold air just in time for the heat of the Texas summer. Thanks Robert! Just wanted to provide some feedback from someone who has a ton of experience buying vehicles (more than 23 in 25 years). I saw a used vehicle that I was highly interested in, and immediately spoke to Odis in used cars over the phone. Provided all of my information and completed a credit application. Came down to the dealership in the early evening and was told that we could look at the car and get the financing started. I understood that it was past 5pm when Odis and his team told me that first thing in the morning they would contact me with numbers and approvals from the banks. The next day I don’t hear a word and reached out. I was told they would be on it and get back to me. Never heard a word. I have never experienced a dealership who has a customer that is so quick and organized and then completely let the deal die by not contacting you at all afterwards. I have since bought a fully loaded suv elsewhere, but need to share my experience bc I wouldn’t have wasted a credit inquiry if I would have known that I would get this type of response.

Bought a $60,000.00 Ram Truck and wanted to have a Tonneau cover. First I didn’t appreciate the comments that the sales person, John, made complaining when I wanted to make a cash payment.Have left multiple messages with them and email messages to order and have them install. They have not returned my calls or my emails. I was to get a 15% discount and since this is an expensive part it would’ve made for a nice dinner.I would not suggest anyone use this company and pay their expense of interest rates on a loan for a car.Just because Roger can inherit the money to own and operate a car dealership does not mean he knows anything about customer care or service after the sale. I would not recommend anyone buy anything from them of any significant value. Significant value being any money.

While visiting Fort Worth, I called Roger Williams CDJR to ask about a particular stock number and spoke to John Mclain. He answered my question and we set up a time for me to stop by on the way past the dealership. Long story short, one week later, and several text messages, phone calls, and emails later, I picked up the Power Wagon Id been searching for (it had been in transit). John was extremely easy to work with, as was Ryan in finance. I drove 2 hours to do business at Roger Williams, and Id happily do it again. If you want a friendly, straightforward experience in a modern, state-of-the-art dealership, (and youre a Mopar family like we are) then youll make the drive, too.

After having a bad experience at another dealership, working with Todd Baker and Craig Parr was extremely satisfying. Both of them made me feel as if I was a valued customer and were willing to work with me on all parts of the package so that I ended up with a no hassle deal on a great vehicle. And even with modifications that required outside input (lift and tires), they quickly found answers, took my concerns seriously, and found options that all parties agreed upon resulting in a deal. Great Job Guys.

My experience with the sales representative was amazing. Very good and offer as much help as we can get. However, I bought my extended warranty and it’s been 30 days plus since and the warranty still not under my name. Not to mentioned the finance guy who I sat down with me said 100,000 miles or 3 years whichever comes first. Looking at my documents it says 60,000 and 60 months and to top it off a $200 deductible. Long story short finance person was rude and thinks he is better and smarter than you. They got me good on this one but this is the last time I go back to this place full of liars and unprofessional staff. I am complaining to their headquarters department when I get the right point of contact. Unfair practices and taking advance of people when they are exited to purchase their car. Uncalled for and dishonesty at its finest. Wish I can put his name here but over all one guy makes the whole finance department in shame.

I helped my Dad finalize a new truck purchase through Rodger Williams at the end of 2019. I actually recommended that he purchase elsewhere due to personal past experience. Skylar, his salesmen, is what sold this experience for me. He was knowledgeable and did everything he could to make it a pleasant experience. Ended up purchasing another truck through them a few months later because of Skylar and John. If it was not for these two I would not have purchased through them. They remedied all of my previous concerns and restored my faith and business with Rodger Williams.

Purchased a new truck from these guys the other day and I can’t recommend them enough! Domeniq Parker and the sales manager, Joe, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and excited about my purchase. I never felt pressured and both Domeniq and Joe took extra time to answer all of my questions and address each of my concerns. They gave me a great deal on my trade and this is the first vehicle I’ve purchased where I haven’t felt extremely stressed and uncomfortable during the process. I felt they were honest, genuine, and up front with me throughout the entire process. It was so quick and easy, I left with my new truck within a few hours of my test drive, and I received copies of all the paperwork on a small USB drive which fits neatly in my glove compartment. I appreciated doing business here. I will refer any family and friends in the market to these guys and I will definitely go back to them myself in the future.

June 2018 I bought a 18 Jeep JLU Sahara. Bryant was my salesman and he was awesome to work with.I have had it in for a steering damper recall, oil changes, and most recently an issue where the odometer would read 999999 instead of the actual mileage. It only has 8700 miles so you can imagine I was confused. I called and spoke to Leland and after explaining what was going on with the odometer, he advised he would research it and call me back. Within 10 minutes, he called back and stated that he found a documented issue where the software would need to be updated on the Jeep to fix it; covered by warranty of course. I made an appointment for the next day (today) and he was expecting me when I drove up. He has always been super helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly, friendly. Every single time I have been in to this dealership I have been greeted by people that truly seem to care about my business. He called to let me know it was finished and insisted on having the shuttle van come and get me from my home.Long-winded way of saying--thanks for the outstanding customer service.

We bought a car a couple months ago and I’m finally getting around to writing the review. We bought a used car from Dominique, we were really given a more than fair deal. He took excellent care of us and made us feel like we were his top priority. We never felt pressured in any way. Over all, thank you Dominique, it was an excellent experience.

Was very humiliated 7 9 21 truck got out late in evening cashier said telecheck machine was bad and declined my check in front of nymphs customers a person from first financial Abilene called still refused check you didn’t mind taking ( checks from me and families over 20 years for new vehicles for full payment much less other repairs wouldn’t call Rodger Williams for me he told me about 5 years ago if i needed anything to call . They bussed me to bank to get cash will probably buy in Clyde now or ft worth very mad still

Rob Howard was the salesman that helped me out. He was great. He wasn’t your typical salesman that tries to BS you and ya end up screwed over on a vehicle. He was honest and straight up with what they could and couldn’t do. We were able to meet in the middle and upgrade to a larger and nicer vehicle with the exact same payment I had prior with minimally increasing my overall debt of the vehicle. Thanks Rob!

Do whatever you can to avoid this terrible business. I brought my vehicle here while it was under warranty to have a knock sound looked at. All this place did was drive it around their parking lot once or twice to attempt to duplicate the noise. This lazy and half hearted attempt to duplicate the noise failed, and they claimed nothing was wrong and sent us on our way. Fast forward some time and the problem gets worse but now we are out of warranty. Of course these clowns were able to figure out the issue this time. They say they are offering us a goodwill warranty and we only have to pay 250$ out of pocket to fix this fairly expensive problem. Thats great and all, but the issue is I tried to get the problem fixed under warranty for free, youre not really doing me any favors by refusing to fix the problem the first time and then charging me when you do figure it out. Nobody from my family will be returning to this dealership for any reason and I will encourage anyone I meet to avoid this place at all costs.

However, Ray went above and beyond to educate me on the issue and provide service at an affordable price. I was even able to get my next service scheduled for a time that is convenient for me. Bought a used 4RUNNER on a Monday. The dealership is just outside of Dallas so helps prevent overcrowding. Our salesman was Domeniq Parker. He was super friendly and helpful. Wasn’t pushing a price on us that we weren’t comfortable with and helped work with us to get to a number we wanted. Next time I’m in a market for a vehicle I will comeback to this location!

They did a good job and didnt take that long

Called in late Fri for a recall repair that other dealerships were not able to make for weeks out. They were able to get me in first thing Mon morning and had it done by mid afternoon. Everyone in the service department was easy and friendly to work with. Would take my truck back any time I needed a repair on my Ram 1500.

Was a very easy purchase. Would recommend to friends. Pricing was competitive.

Tyler is the best employee there. I’ve dealt with several others stopping by over the years. This is our second vehicle to purchase this year. The ONLY reason I was back, was because of him. Top notch guy.Overall, most of the personnel at the dealership are very unfriendly. Roger Williams himself walked past me several times Saturday while I was there. Noticed me but never said a word.My 5 stars are for Tyler and Justin (in finance). I’d do whatever you could to keep the both of them if it ever came down to it.

I has an accident in my 2015 Ram over Thanksgiving and have been on a search for a new vehicle for a month. wanted to go somewhere that I felt I was treated as a person and not a sale. That is exactly what happened here. Tyler was spectacular and attentive to my concerns. I purchased on Saturday and he has even checked back with me after the purchase and given me recommendations for places to go to get added features to my new Ram!

Engine light came on, swung by service department, found out it was a missing fuel cap! only charged for new fuel cap. they reset the computer afterward.had to do a return trip after I ran over something on frwy. They did diagnostic and tightened a wire that was yanked loose. they also discovered maintenance that was way past due(my fault) so I had that all taken care of.

Initial review was poor. Their internet manager really came through for me and for the dealership.

If I could give a lower star I would. My daughter went back and forth Michelle via text and they came to an agreement on a truck. She drove a 100 miles to the dealership. Unfortunately her income did not allow her to qualify for the truck. Michelle told her to leave her trade in ( she had 2 she was trading in) and to come back in the morning with me to co-sign. And she could take her truck. My daughter calls the next morning to have the buyer agreement sent to our bank rather than me driving out there. And she was told the truck was sold. She had already signed everything the only thing they needed was my signature to complete the deal. Michelle told her she could find another truck and they would finance it. My daughter did find another truck on their website and ask Michelle how much they could come off the price listed since this truck was a little more expensive and since she had already drove out there once and they had sold the other truck when she had a deal to purchase it. Michelle informed her that they would not come off any.My daughter informed her she drove almost 2 hours to get there and that the totally wasted her time. And for that the should be willing to deal a little for her troubles at least. Michelle told her sorry not going to. I called the manger and ask him to give me a call. And I have yet to hear from him. I own a service business and Im always looking for dealers that are trustowrthy that I can buy from. We normally trade in 1-2 trucks a year.This is one dealership I will never purchase from nor recommend anyone else purchase from them. And since I am a business owner I also do not giving negative reviews either, but in this case I felt it was necessary.
