I bought a truck from here and the process n selection was good my only issue was about 4 days after I got it the brakes started squealing n while braking the front end started shaking. I ask them about it n was told there was nothing they could do for the brakes, so now I’m out $400 for brakes on a pre owned blue star certified vehicle. So make sure u test drive anything they have for a few miles n double check things. Nothing worse then getting a new to you vehicle n having to spend money to repair it in the first week of owning it

I was in the market for preowned Expedition Max, and I couldn’t find a used one with the features I needed in the Utah area, so I expanded my search. Luckily I found the model I wanted at a fair price and was contacted by Justis Wilson. Coming in from out of state, I wanted to make sure the vehicle was as advertised, and to put my concerns at ease, he took extra videos of the vehicle, even crawling underneath the vehicle. Once everything checked out, I made a reservation to come done and pick up the vehicle. He drove from the dealership to pick me up from the airport, which is 45 minutes away. I had an overall awesome experience. Everyone was very informative and helpful! Seeing as this was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own as a young man, there were a ton of areas where it could’ve gone badly. However, I got an incredible deal from Justis, my car salesman. I had a really great experience at Charlie Gilchrists Southwest Pre-Owned. I selected a few trucks I liked online and Mitch Cox contacted me to set up a time to meet and test drive. When I arrived, both vehicles were close and ready for me to check out. I quickly picked a favorite and took it for a test drive. And as you can predict...I LOVED it. Came back to the dealership after the test drive and pointed out several parts of the vehicle that needed to be repaired before I would be interested in purchasing. That is when Jason Schneider came out and assured me that all of my concerns would be taken care of. We went inside and talked money. I havent had good experience before with sales managers or finance guys, so I was ready for the worst. But it was far from the worst. Jason worked hard to get me a price that worked within my budget. Both Mitch and Jason had great customer service and I could tell they truly care about their customers. I would highly recommend purchasing from this dealership. When we got to the end to sign all of the papers and set up warranty(the fun part), Chad Page the Finance Manager was so kind and pleasant to work with. Im giving a one star because 0 isnt available. Bought a used truck cash three months ago. Still havent received my title. When I contacted them at two months they told me I had to go get another inspection that they would reimburse me for. Still no reimbursement or title.

We had to put all new expensive tires and rims on since the ones that came on it were old and mismatched. I hope you enjoy the upgraded value when we sent the 09 blue jeep patriot back because your company failed to get it in to be fixed after weeks, it took a manager and hours of us waiting at the freaking volkswagon next door with it having issues from hell! It still has issues and well...we are moving on with a life out of this state. Your company also failed to actually send or call with due dates for the payments that JUST ARRIVED TODAY!!!! We were told we were two payments behind when we had to CALL to find out when it was freaking due! I had to delete my nice review!

Stopping here was a waste of my time. I came in to shop for a vehicle, and they wouldnt even show me anything without first running my credit, before I even knew if they had anything I would be interested in. I went to one of their near by competitors who took me seriously and was rewarded with a sale.
