5 stars for the service of one person. He was stocking piano dollies. Product I needed was not on floor. He called the back and got size and price. I told him I wanted see it first. He didnt call back area worker but went and got it alone. Let me tell you it is heavy! He drug it all the way to the front alone. Sorry I didnt catch his name.

Harbor freight charges you return fees on items without ever telling you up front. I tried to return a unopened unaltered 2 water hose in its original condition and they charged me $7.00 to return it. Candice the manager is one of those who politely pokes at you until your mad than acts like an innocent victim . she lied straight to me stating she couldnt wave this charge than later admitted she could however wouldnt. Worse experience i have ever had at harbor freight and I have been a customer for many many years. Dont let Candice play her little game of saying thank you instead of screw you. She uses it well.

Very crowded one girl working the register. Must have been new made lots of mistakes. People were getting that frustrated finally someone came to help pretty poor service today. Young young girl a register was nice flight just didnt know what she was doing or had her mind elsewhere dont know. But the other girl was pretty rude

It was good. Went to get 1 item. Had a 20 percent off coupon. Saved 18.00. I actually like walking around and shopping in there.

No power for 48 hours. Record breaking cold in Texas. I have have asked 2 days in a row for them to sell me the display models. They first said it was against company policy. Now the cashier says they aren’t even real generators. So not only do they not care about the community suffering and willing to pay full price for a display model now they think I am stupid enough to believe a lie. What a joke. Must be owned by China.

I have spent a lot of money at this location in the past, but I am done...they cannot seem to get their act together...I am tired of seeing on the website that an item is available at the Weatherford store only to arrive and find out they dont even carry that item. Then the folks in charge act like they could care less that this is the case...Oh you can drive over to Mineral Wells...theyve got em. I called customer service...no better. DONT EXPECT WEATHERFORD STORE TO HAVE WHAT THEY SAY THEY HAVE!! I AM DONE!!!

Its a fairly large location for Harbor Freight!Some tools are amazing, some I have realized were so terribly made I had to return them after one use. Fortunately, its easy to return things.Ill always commend great customer service and cheap, durable tools.One of my favorite stores by far!

I see the trucker shortages are starting to effect Harbor Freight, lits of open spaces.

Prices are cheap, you get what you pay for especially with electric stuff. For manual tools like wrenches and sockets its good though. They never seem to stock more then like 5 items when they have sales, its just to get people in the store and its pretty annoying. Weatherford is a big town now you should start stocking more, and having more cashier help. There are almost always long lines and they usually have to call a manager to help, after it backs into the asile and gets worse. They need to work on preparing for the weekend crowds.

You get what you pay for, so stick to the simpler tools. Never once had trouble with a return which is good because chances are the tool will break. That said, cant beat the prices even if you have to get an exchange.

Harbor Freight is my favorite place to shop now we got one in Lake Worth

Mostly cheap Chinese junk that lasts a month.. only thing worth anything there is the impact sockets .. but still most common sizes have too be gotten to complete sets.

Practically everything you could need to stock or start your tool chest. Some items are better quality than others and after being an avid customer this past year their inventory is getting a little tired. Rarely changes - so their dependable, but nothing new and exciting usually and no holiday gadgets, major clearances or sales.*** Super irritated with their new paper saving policy. Fine I like e-caralogues. But making me take a screenshot of every cpn I want to use otherwise I dont get the sale price? Ridiculous.

Not as good as the Trail Lake location... always out of stock on sale items and always locking the doors early. Harbor Freight is losing its general appeal since the Chinese Tariffs have kicked in... nowadays you can buy real name brand stuff for not much more than the Harbor Freight Chinese goods lol!

The lines were long and the register broke down and I was forced to go to a different register and stand in line again. We do love to shop here because the prices are good when you have a coupon.

Went to return an item with receipt, cashier wanted a phone # etc, etc., said I wasnt giving my info (which i did not give also when item was purchased). Cashier said she could not do return without having personal info. Makes no sense. Gave her false info and i got my money back. Terrible buisness practice.

They helped me to find what I was looking for

Everyone shops at Harbor Freight Tools. I shop as a member, saving the fee in a couple of visits. Then, its a saving jamboree. We are rural dwellers, self- sificiant and innovative. Harbor Freight Tools is our place for tools. But also electrical supplies, welding supplies, shop supplies and even home goods. I highly reccomend them.

Never has sale items I drive 50 Miles to get. Never!!!

This is a MUCH nicer store than the one in Fort Worth. Cleaner, staff is friendlier, and the selection is better. I will come here going forward for the stuff for my shop. Dont expect Snap-On quality, but the prices are much lower than the boutique tool truck brands. Great for occasional use tools and mechanics getting their first shop tool set. Great resource for this area!

Great prices and helpful employees. When I was checking out and told cashier that one thing I wanted was not in the bin, he got someone to go open a received shipment and bring up my item. The other person was there with my item in less than 3 minutes! Great customer service!

Tons of products, prices are great when you get the coupons. and the Free items. The product quality is less than desirable, but if you need a lot of something or a product to complete a couple of jobs, then this is your place.. tools and piece for your tools alike. They have plenty of necessity items for cheap.

I think this on is better than the one in Ft. Worth.

Shouldnt have to give a phone number just to buy something. I had a return, small tool set I bought cuz I couldnt find mine, but found it next day lol Was such a hassle to return it. Even unopened with receipt n pay card used n it was literally a day after I bought it I got hassled over it. Next time I will shop at Lowes or home depot for any tools I need. Cost more but better service.

All I can say is my husband can spend hours in here. All though he says its minutes. Lol 🤭. I do go in occasionally if I am looking for tie wraps, tarps, things that I can use to keep our goats, chickens and occasional other birds dry.
