If you buy ANY gas powered equipment here, make sure and get the extended warranty.On two separate occasions I had an issue with big ticket items that I bought and also got the extended warranty.All I can say is Tractor Supply went above and beyond anything I could ever expect, they literally went overboard with making things right. I am talking not only how things used to be with customer service, but the best customer service I have EVER received anywhere.You can easily tell these folks genuinely care about their customers and arent in business to turn a quick profit like every other big business out there. For this reason, anytime I need to buy something that I need to work for a very long time, theres no question...I go to Tractor Supply in Weatherford FIRST.Trust me when I say, you will not get better customer care anywhere.If I went in to detail on how they handled my complaints you simply wouldnt believe it, I still cant wrap my head around it.

Tractor Supply is great, they have so much variety... clothes, boots, pet supplies, livestock & equine supplies, feeds, equipment, tools, truck & trailer accessories, gardening supplies, bird feeders, etc. They are remodeling this location and it already feels bigger. The employees are always helpful and they are dog friendly! We support any store that lets us bring our pups. Pricing does vary comparatively, some things are cheaper than you would find elsewhere but other things cost more so its a little give and take there but we love the store.

For being a chain store, every single employee in here is so nice and so helpful. Ive had to come in here I cant count how many times, and every time I encounter someone new theyre so willing to help me out. Customer service is not dead in the store. Thanks so much.

Tractor supply is awesome. One of my favorite stores. They have what we need and if not we can browse the clearance racks. Sometimes we find a few real treasures. I picked up a nice vice grip with a cool heavy duty tensioner I think it will be handy.

We use Tractor supply for feed, mostly. They have competitive pricing, and since theres good stiff competition, we feel we are getting the best possible deal.The staff is always friendly and helpful.

This is the best Tractor Supply experience ever. We ordered wrong size wire first time and had to return and get correct height. Every person at the Weatherford store was awesome from the friendly young lady who processed the return to the lady at the online desk, to the gentleman who loaded (and unloaded) the wire. AMAZING customer service all around. Thank you Weatherford Tractor Supply for making my shopping mishap so easy to resolve!!!

The staff in the Glen Rose store treats you like they are helping their favorite family member. Any business can succeed with that kind of customer service... Great job...

This is another one of those places that have that item that you just cant find anywhere else. Open 7 days a week means you can get your cutting and welding glasses filled on a weekend. This is a huge plus for myself as you never run out a good time. They have very competitive pricing on farm and ranch supplies.

Nathan was such a great employee. He helped me out with my feed and heater. I discovered he is a veteran of the Air Force! Exceptional employees like this young man make shopping at TSC the best!

Ive been shopping here for years. They have always been more than helpful, approachable, and knowledgeable when I ask questions. I can always find assistance and I dont feel like Im being stalked. I love that I can walk up to the register state what I want and its delivered to my car or truck. I love that some of their employees recognize me when I go in, asking about things I told them before. Somewhat pricey but worth it. Im loyal to them.

I love this place. It has everything you need. Prices are a little high, but they keep their stock full.Most of the employees are helpful. There was this one jerk, but, thankfully, thats not the norm. Why work in retail if you dont like dealing with the public?? Ill never understand.

Good place to get penicillin without a doctor. Great place for supplies, everyone was helpful until they saw my Bernie 2020 sticker. Than I was shamed and criticized by my fellow farmers all the way out.

Great customer service. We purchased a DR Trimmer that had to be pulled from the back. The staff got out the fork lifts with zero complaints and rearranged the entire storage area just to get our equipment. Good job guys

I will NEVER shop or purchase another item from this company AGAIN. I purchased a high dollar item from them, the shipping was late, the shipper cannot keep an appointment and damaged my item. TSC’s response was for me to repair it and refused a discount, or to contact the manufacturer to get it repaired. The customer service of this company is piss poor. GO TO Orschelns and purchase anything you need for rural life.

DO NOT GO TO TRACTOR SUPPLY IN LAKE WORTH TEXAS ! We went to but two 10x10x6 dog kennel at a on sale price they ran out and ordered two more for me then turned around and sold them to some one else. Then I was told order them on line and pay shipping cost oor go pick them up in Weatherford about 40 miles away ?? Really ??

I have had a hard time getting the parts I need for my own lawn mower that i bought from them no one knows how to find the parts you need most of the time you got to go online and hop you get the right stuff. I will not buy a lawn mower from them
