Had a very pleasant experience purchasing a new wash machine from Proven Products Appliances in Webster. David was very helpful and answered all my questions. I didnt think I would get another GE washer, but after seeing the Commercial Quality machine they had on display and doing some research and reading of reviews, I decided to give it a chance. I cant speak on the actual product at this time, but the service was excellent. If youre looking for a no nonsense straight forward approach to selling appliances, then this is the place to go. Personally...I appreciate this approach and attitude....at least I get an honest answer when I asked a question. As far as pricing goes, they are right in the ballpark. You may be able to find washers on sale at the big box stores, but you have to realize that you are only getting a 1 year warranty with that appliance. I preferred the 5 year warranty I got with this GE washer. By the time I would have purchased a 5 year extended warranty with one of the other stores I would have paid more. Deliver of the washer was excellent as well....next day after purchase. Darrell was very professional and prompt, and I appreciated the extra tid bits of information he gave. In fact, he is the first delivery person I have dealt with that actually tested the machine before leaving. Thank you very much for a smooth no hassle shopping experience.

I purchased a Speed Queen washer and dryer from Proven Products in 2018. They were easy and great to work with then, and delivered/installed my machines quickly. I loved their costumer service and efficiency.Unfortunately, my Speed Queen washing machine began to have issues with a small leak this year and a repair company was unable to fix the problem. However, the good news is that my Speed Queen washing machine was still under the manufactures warranty; and therefore, I was in contact with Speed Queen about having this unit replaced.After waiting weeks to hear back from Speed Queen regarding when my replacement washing machine would be available or delivered, I decided to reach out directly to Proven Products (where I had originally purchased my machine) and ask them for their advice.I spoke with Jimmy, at Proven Products, who not only was extremely friendly and patient with me, but also worked miracles to get me the answers I needed from Speed Queen. On the same day I spoke with him over the phone, Jimmy placed a call to Speed Queen and got the answers for me immediately that I had been waiting on for weeks. The best news was that he got my washing machine delivered to my house the very next day!!!!!Proven Products and their staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! I will be using this store for all of my future appliance purchases. If you want to get good customer service and hands on help when a problem comes up (which they always will), this is the store to visit.

I visited Proven Products to do a price comparison on a few appliances. I figured a smaller store means friendlier staff and/or cheaper prices....I was wrong.First off the appliances I saw were marked a couple hundred bucks more than the bigger competitors. Which is crazy.As far as the staff... Ha! I walked in and saw this older heavyset lady working there. I smiled and waved, completely ignored me. Now she was talking to someone, but the conversation did not sound business related. My point is after seeing me Not a “one second”, or “I’ll be with you in a second “ So I went to go check out the appliances while they finished their conversation. Until I got tired of waiting and left.I should’ve saved my gas and stayed at Lowe’s

So I bought a speed queen commercial top of the line washer. Spent over $1300 not including delivery. When they delivered it on Saturday I waited all day for it. They said it would be delivered Morning but didn’t get here until the evening. Fine I get, things happen. But when they installed it I seen rust in it. A brand new washer. The deliver guy said they will take care of it Monday. I have called multiple times in the past month. No resolve on anything. Only thing they said is someone will call me back for service a suppose of a new washer never did. I had been over a month and nothing. I will never buy again from the company and no not all the rust is gone. Promise kept and promises broken.

Manager was very knowledgeable. But, has no idea when product will come in.

We had a built in GE Profile Microwave 15 years old go out. To replace cost $1600 plus. David at proven Products Webster store had a perfect fix to our problem since we were going to sell our house in a couple of weeks. He recommended a Whirlpool Micro with trim kit for a fraction of the cost. We installed, looks great and matched the oven below. We highly recommend Proven Products to others.

The guy working is always super knowledgeable and there is never any pressure to buy or up sale. Their prices are equal to or better than the big box stores. Shop here and support the local economy and sleep easy knowing you got the best deal too.

David the manager does an amazing job focusing his attention on his customers. We went in looking for a new cooktop for our house which has some funky quirks to it. We came to him with measurements and immediately looked at what would fit with minimal effort while still being a quality product. He really focuses on getting the customers the most they need for the lowest price possible and was incredibly knowledgeable about his product. Our interactions with David will make us customers for life and we look forward to many more purchases through Proven Products.

We bought a washer and dryer here because the had the brand and model we wanted - it was such a good experience we returned. The level of help and expertise was just as good the second time and we ended up buying an entire kitchen of appliances here.
