Great customer service! I had a belt that would not stop squealing and started causing acceleration issues. They only took a few minutes to look at it and it turned out the belt just needed to be tightened. They did not charge me and everyone there was really courteous and friendly. Great Job! Will definitely recommend!

I recently got a lift kit put on my truck from a different business and there were issues that could have caused serious and costly damage to my truck. I went to Midas on a recommendation to have the issue looked at and I was more than pleased! Jesse patiently explained that it could have been a few different things and was able to do an inspection in a couple hours. He not only found the cause but explained how to get the people who messed it up to fix it at no cost! I’ll definitely be going back to Jesse for any future repairs!

Back in July 2020 i had a lot of work done on my 2006 Chevy trailblazer.I spend 800.00 $ l dont feel its FAIR for yall to charge me 3 different shops charges? And you kept my car most of the morning. All things was in the same area of the truck.I should only been charged 1 time, because i spend 800.00$Two of the shop charges should be refunded to meAnd no one was upfront with me about the shop charges.

Im a DIYer and normally dont trust mechanics to do simple things for my vehicles. However, in the Houston heat, I didnt much feel like flushing the brake fluid in my wifes car.I came to Midas, told them what I wanted done, and they did exactly that. They didnt try to sell me some garbage service or try to get me to fix something that didnt need fixing.I will use them again in the future for anything I cant or wont fix myself. Theyve earned my patronage.

Jesse was awesome! He really kept us in the loop on every detail of what my car actually needed to keep going. I have a Camry with over 300,000 miles—Toyota recommended over $4k worth of “repairs,” Jesse worked with us to repair the necessities for $1500 to keep the Camry running safely and smoothly and understanding it is a high mileage, old car. I loved that Jesse took us out into the garage to show us details of what the car needed and didn’t just “tell us” without showing us. We will definitely be back!!

A typical auto shop where they hold your car on the lift forever and then tell you just 10 more minutes. Also, they sneak in hidden fees about extra labor on a car that’s frequently serviced so I’m surprised extra labor was for a simple transmission flush.

The manager is Honest and fair. his objective is not to make a sale. he actually is concerned on a humanitarian level.

I have been to this Midas a dozen times between our multiple old cars whether for oil changes or repairs. They are always so helpful and honest. They tell you straight forward what needs fixed and why and how much it will cost and since Im a repeat customer they usually find me a deal going on and give me a discount. They are also really nice and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ed was a great manager on duty. He took time to inform me and other guests of the issues with their car in a simple way to understand. The staff overall for a Friday was grand. I appreciated my service. He even showed me my Carfax report o that I can make a better informed decision for my next maintenance service. I used a $20 coupon for basic oil change and tire rotation.

By far the best place I have ever taken any of my vehicles to. They are sweet and helpful. I gelt comfortable leaving my car with them all day Saturday while they fixed my breaks and even went back Monday for them to do my oil change. Jesse lets me know what I need to get done next if there is anything and tells me up front what can happen if I dont get it done. I will only be taking my vehicles to them from now on.

Place has poor customer service and they know it. I made an appointment on Friday for an alignment to be done Monday at 4:30. I get there and the guy at the counter tells me the machine is down and has been since this morning. I told him it would have been nice to have been notified. He then said there were no appointments for today made. I told him I called and the guy took down my info, he replied was it Jesse? Obviously this has happened before and has not been handled. This place is a waste of time and a joke.Manager asked me to contact them after I placed my first review. I gave them a chance, so I went to the site he wrote down on the respons and all it was a website for me to fill in my information, again. Its been a few days and I still have not heard back from the manager. This place is a joke and it starts from the top down.

I came in with front driver side headlamp replacement then they told me wires to my headlamp were loose and that I didnt need to replace it and they connected the loose wires now my headlight is function like normal and wasnt charged for it. I think they are an honest service and repair shop. Definitely recommend them.

Actually, if the work is more expensive than expected, they usually find some way to give me a little bit of a discount, and theyve never charged me if they find out they cant help me. Jesse is a real stand up guy who is honest and will help in any way he can, even if its giving you a referral elsewhere. I send everyone I know to this Midas; I could not recommend this shop more.

Made an appointment to get my brakes changed. I thought the brakes were worn needed to be replaced. After 15 minutes they gave me an honest evaluation of my vehicle and I only needed front pads and front rotors turned. This shop is awesome and is veteran friendly.

Ive been here twice over the past few years. Once for a catalytic converter replacement, and once to purchase a battery. Both times I found the staff/technician very professional and the service satisfactory. Would come here again if the need arises.

They are fine, but Everytime I come here, they forget to put in windshield wiper fluid, even after I remind them.

I went to Midas for an oil change and as part of their oil change they do a Safety Inspection. The good news is that the type of things that would leave me stranded on the highway were in good shape. However, my air filter was really dirty and my cabin air filter (I didn’t know my car had one), looked like it could grow mushrooms! After seeing these I had them replace both filters. The costs were reasonable and the service was excellent! I will return!

The customer service? Whack. The wait time? Whack. The fact that the receptionist/manager was talking on the phone with a buddy while I waited on him? Whack.
