Noticed my brake lights would not turn off while I was at work and went on my lunch break to get it fixed. They were really nice, explained what was wrong and how they were going to fix it, and I was able to get back to work in time. Very fast and quality service! I am in town on vacation. Driving 500 miles to get here and burning a spark plug coil up. Augustines business was the 3rd one I called but I immediately knew I was going there.Free diagnostic, even though onstar already told me the issue. What I liked about Augustine he didnt tell me a bunch of potential issues. He said bring it in and we will take a look. Firestone started listing possible additional issues before even seeing the car.Once there he was friendly to my family. We have our two kids and dogs. Not an easy group to service. They remained professional and gave us a speedy diagnosis.The entire repair took an hour. It was about the customer service and experience I had that really brought the value. Retired NASA scientists from Nigeria who were beyond enlightening. I might have paid the car repair value just to have fun and unique conversations about the world, science and learning that I too may already be a mathematician! Have a quick and great repair is the icing. Best experience ever in an auto repair situation. I will be back, even if just to chat!

I brought my car here to get my check engine light fixed to pass state inspection. $1,600 later I got my car back. This was fine, as I needed these extra repairs done. They replaced a few hoses, radiator issue, check engine light came off, passed inspection.However, five days later me and my girlfriend were driving down the highway when we started to smell something. About five minutes later my steering wheel locks out, my engine is idling and I find myself trying to get into the nearest parking lot as my engine is smoking. Turns out one of the hoses they “fixed” leaked fluid into my engine and melted it. Engine is now dead, and when I tow it back to them they refuse to take responsibility for what happened. Never had issues before going to this place and it was too much of a coincidence for it not to be shoddy work on their part.I ended up having to buy a new used vehicle as it wasn’t worth going through the trouble to try to take these guys to court or anything. However I will warn everyone I can to avoid these people. It probably wasn’t intentional on their part but it was their fault. That’s $1,600 I spent to have my car ruined and to be put in a financial hole so quickly.

NASA Auto Repair will definitely be my go-to shop now! I have been looking for a trusting company to take my car to since moving to Texas and I finally found it. I had a constant water shortage in my radiator when I first came to this shop. After a thorough check, They discovered it was my water pump. They were very fast and efficient the entire time. I had been driving for months with my high beams on because every other mechanic said I had electric problems. I missed my state inspection because of it. I didnt think I could pass. I came here and Austin fixed my lights. I was so impressed I told him about my EPC LIGHT HE DIAGNOSED THAT. HE HEARD MY CAR KNOCKING HE HAD THEM PUT IN OIL. YES HE TREATED ME LIKE FAMILY. FOR ANY SINGLE woman this is the best place to go and they are open Saturday.

**WARNING AVOID THIS PLACE**I bought my 2010 base model mini here to get a check engine light fixed. When I got it back a couple of days later they said it was fixed and I was charged for the repair. I drove it for about a day and the light came back on for the same codes. The people in this shop are not be trusted, I would suggest MR.MECHANIC in Texas City or SABA MOTORS also in Texas City. And when I requested the money back for the repair they owner AUSTIN tried to hand me cash out of his pocket completely off the books! DO NOT GO TO THE BUSINESS!!

Got two older cars that need repair from ac work to a transmission replacement. I love this place for simple reasons....the owner did a great job, was straightforward and charged a fair price. I only go to this place for repair or advice. I would definitely go there again and I even told my best friend to take his toyota there.

We needed a routine alignment done on one of our cars so we checked out NASA complete Auto repair for the first time. Rates were reasonable so we scheduled a Saturday service appointment. We opted for their free service pick-up however, after 1.5 hours of waiting to be picked up, we arranged our own transportation to head to the shop.That was a mild inconvenience compared to what we discovered later. After a couple of weeks we noticed the vehicle was making a loud banging sound and the ABS lights came on. The vehicle still has warranty so we took it to the dealership and found out the wheel bearings had been placed in the wrong direction! The service at the dealership was free and the job was done correctly.The pricing structure at the mechanic shop is fair though quality control measures appear to be missing here. This is the first and last time we will come to this place.

Had damaged my control arm for my right tire when I hit the curb on campus. I went to 6 different shops in the clear lake, webster, league city, and even houston area and they all wanted to charge me $300+ for the labor but they did it here for less than $90.At first I thought the price was too good to be true so i was a little anxious but they replaced it and since then my civic drives great and without any wobbling.

I trust the knowledge of this mechanic, and his prices are reasonable. I wouldnt trust my vehicle with anyone else. He always has my best interest in mind.

The place is a complete rip off. They did it once when I had an O2 sensor issue. I should have known when they did work without permission and wanted 700 for it. They reduced the price to 250 when I told them I didnt have that much and later when tried to do unnecessary repairs to my car. It was when I took my car to another mechanic that I was told nothing was fixed the first time.

I went with NASA Complete Auto Repair purely by chance, I decided to go with them because my past expeirence with other shops had showed utter incompetence and something for whatever reason told me to give them a chance after talking to them about getting a alignment (since I just replaced my tie rod ends and needed an alignment asap), the person I spoke to was very kind and told me to come to their shop whenever convenient. On top of all that they gave me a great deal compared to other shops so that was an overall plus. On arrival/entry to the office I met the person who I had talked to over the phone and we conversed about my car. I was met immediately with kind/quick/professional service. After the alignment was completed the same gentleman informed me that my tires were worn past bald which he showed me in person. I only had so much money on me because money has been tight and he worked with what I had left after paying for the alignment; he told me he would replace the most worn tire. 15-20 minutes passed and he came back to tell me the job was complete. He then began to inform me that he replaced both tires for the price of one, telling me that he wouldnt feel right letting me leave with even one tire in the condition they were (ripping on sides). Having been struggling with paying debts, bills, and expenses such as this Ill say that hit hard; it really resonated with me and truly helped me out. I now plan on going to NASA Complete Auto Repair as a regular when I need work. Not just for the fact this man runs an honest business with good prices, competent workers, excellent service or the fact he gave me an incredible deal for a first time customer but because I can tell this business is honest, fair and is literally the most pleasant/great expeirence Ive had. Trust me when I say that they will not dissapoint you and that they will give you the best price and work compared to most to all other shops youll go to. Its not often that you find people that are willing to show you some humanity. Thank you again for the work and hook up.

I recently started going here for the past 6 months and they are a total rip off. I originally went here to get some my car rewired. The owner charged me $265, and later I found out that the wires were still corroded and were never replaced. Every time they fixed something on my car, something else would suddenly break. Ive spent about $250 + every month. And twice my car wouldnt start the next day after getting work done. I honestly think they were messing with my car, so they could charge me to get something else fixed every time. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE CON ARTISTS

Brought out of state van to shop because it was running awful--they told us we needed tuneup and we needed brakes and had 10 percent left on them. The problem was we just replaced all brakes 3 weeks before. I pulled vehicle out--Scary!
