Showed up 30 minutes before they close last night to get my mom a new mattress for her newly renovated bedroom. The salesman Adam was friendly and patient, showed us everything we asked and quoted us for items that we had no intention of buying that night. Okay, I waited a year to post my review to ensure the quality was good and it lasted. Yes it did! Extremely pleased with the steal of a deal we got on our soft king sized tempurpedic mattress and adjustable base!!!Leo was great at helping us get the exact mattress we were looking for but at a discount price! Cant believe we almost bought this same matress from a furniture store and would have paid triple! The money we saved for the quality we got makes it that much better to sleep on :) I also recommend getting the stain resistant mattress cover, I thought it was a splurge but worth it bc weve had a few baby bottle spill all over and mattress still looks like new!

If you are looking for a mattress please DO NOT find Logan Wallace, hes the manager at this location. As you can see hes using his spyglass to scout for the next guest he can over promise and under deliver. Well on Second thought he would deliver but not through Mattress firm like he should, hell probably send the Porter or a shady third-party delivery. However if you are in the market for a mattress please DO find Corey or Leo they are some of the best in the Business and sleep is their middle name!

I got the mattress for like half the price it usually is! I had been using my old mattress for over 20 years so still adjusting to my new one. When it is time again, I will be seeing Cory. I cannot say enough about the service both Matt and his manager provided for us at this location. We were looking to purchase one but wound up purchasing 3 mattresses from them. We had to wait on them to come in and when I called Matt for an update, he contacted me back while on vacation. I am glad some of our younger generation understand customer service and how to provide excellence! Great job team at the NASA clearance center!

I want to start with thanking Leo, our salesperson, for his time, knowledge, patience and understanding of our needs and budget. My husband doesn’t make a large purchase on a whim and he hates dealing with pushy salesman. However, we could no longer put off buying a new mattress and we are so grateful we chose Mattress Firm and got to work with Leo. We were there for 2 hours exploring all of our options with our 2 and 5 year old daughters running around thinking we brought them to some kind of mattress themed trampoline park but we did not feel rushed or stressed about shopping with children. We left confident that we made the right purchase!

Very good service at store and delivery team. Only issue was we were scheduled for Tuesday delivery with tentative for Monday. Store was supposed to call if it got switched to Monday. Our only notice was a call while we were at dinner saying they were 15 minutes away. Fortunately it all worked out.

6/12/2021 Best customer service and some great guys work here. Logan was the one that helped us and sold me a king size Sealy Silver Chill Plush Hybrid. He helped with all discounts possible and even got us FREE adjustable base! Give them a try, if you dont buy that day, Im sure youll be back.

Logan is always super helpful. He has done everything he can to help us throughout our mattress buying experience. I can not recommend him or his store enough. He is at store number 10005 I believe. It is the oldest location to date.

Please never purchase from the store. Wet mattress alert.I ordered my mattress one week in advance on 4/24. A stearns and foster hurston luxury cushion firm. Unboxed. Usually rejected deliveries because of something minor. 1600, priced dropped 50%™and a box spring included. Delivery set 5/1. They robocalled me on 4/30 to let me know my delivery window was 1045-1245.5/1 robo call at 1110, to let me know they were approx 30 mins away. So I and my cousin sat watching the gate (because we heard horror stories). Nothing for 50 mins. So I called the branch to speak to my sleep expert Leonardo. Let me find out what happened. 20 minutes later I call back again, Leo says Oh they tried to deliver, but left because you didnt pick up the phone. My phone had not rang, there was no voicemail left, there was no delivery truck that ever approached that gate. They didnt reach out to the sales team to try either. Him: Oh well they took a picture of your front door Me: My people and I have been here the whole time Him: oh I mean of your complex Me: we have had a clear view of the gate this whole time Him: oh its a screenshot of their call history showing they dialed you ... After several more back and forth calls it went from.... well try before end of day, to Ill try for Sunday, to maybe Monday or Tuesday. I asked for them to email me the picture of the proof they tried to call me... Of course... Let me confirm your email.... Two hours later.... Our email is down.... I had to text it to you... Text that was apparently unavailable during my missed delivery. Now Ive wasted the time of family and friends, and had to take off work for delivery. So I took off Tuesday, for my trouble they upgraded my delivery from drop at door to include set up (though I asked for an upgrade on the box spring to the adjustable base). I was told a manager would call me, they never did. Only once I was called on speaker and Leo told me the manager was listening... So I waited for the manager to introduce themselves, offer an apology... Anything.... Silence.Delivery day I again watch the gate, this time they show up and actually call. We get the mattress up to my apartment, they asked me to inspect through plastic and sign. I was told dont worry about looking at the bottom of the mattress, youll want to look at the top. After looking I reminded him they were supposed to now set up the mattress. When they pulled off the plastic and I saw what was underneath i immediately refused the delivery and called to ask for a refund. The mattress was wet to touch. Leo was out but Harriet decided to tell me that a pre-owned mattress is bought as is. To which I informed her that a wet mattress is an indication that in between the time I purchased it and the time they actually delivered it it had come into contact with water which is no longer as is nor up to standard for typical pre-owned items. (See pictures)I still havent received a call back from leo nor the manager, despite sending him the pictures.I will NEVER purchase from this company again (this would have been my 3rd in 8 years) and whoever tells me they plan to, I will attempt to disuade them.The ONLY competent person I spoke to throughout the process was Chantelle in the league City branch. The rest of them need a course in customer service.

It was maybe 25 minutes to closing when I walked into the Webster Mattress Firm. However, Cory didnt hesitate to greet me and learn my bedding needs. He was patient and offered to switch out models so I could get that deluxe feel of an adjustable bed. Lets just say, I could have fallen asleep unashamedly right there...bright lights and all.He secured financing for me and I walked away with a good feeling about my purchase and zero interest.I would definitely recommend folks include this store when shopping for a new sleep system.

Came in the store wanting a king size but had a budget of $350. I’m a young mom and expecting so I really didn’t know what to expect. Leonardo was amazing with asking me first what I’m comfortable with spending and right away he could tell I came with little knowledge so he showed me first what I asked for (something around $350) then he brought up how I could do monthly payments for a better mattress than just settling for a regular mattress. The way he explained was amazing, He let me try out some beds and I found one I liked and he got me a monthly quote that was well under my budget and I was able to take it home the same day. He never pushed for a sale and that’s what I loved about it, he made the over all experience very comfortable and I could tell he was actually trying to help me instead of just make a sale for the day.
