We bought a mattress here yesterday. George was our salesman and was very nice to work with. After going to two other stores we decided we like their mattress and Georges salesmanship manner and returned to Mattresses for Less to make the purchase. They have a large selection of mattresses and other furniture. I would recommend George and Mattresses for Less.

No pressure sales! One of the best experiences I’ve had with a sales person. Michael was so nice and took his time with us. He learned about what we both needed in a new mattress and showed us several that he thought would be a good fit. We ended up purchasing our bed yesterday and it is being delivered today! Thank you for your patience with us!

Went in to replace a thin hospital bed mattress with one just a bit more comfortable. Michael not only made sure we got what we were looking for, he went out of his way to make sure it was also a fair price. Would go back if need to replace another mattress.

The lady who helped me pick out my mattress was extremely helpful. She allowed me to take my time and did not judge me for trying out nearly ever mattress they had along the back wall. They offered same day delivery and second chance financing. Would love to go back sometime in the future when the time comes.

Me and my fiance went here and left due to Jr or rj (not sure his name) but he was horrible!!! We went to mattress firm to purchase our mattress and we dont regret it. Jr customer service was horrible and he got mad that me and my fiance changed our mind and he threw our money at us and said now ima have to cancel and change everything like dude who cares??!!! Thats your job. We changed our mind cause he was so unprofessional and not worth our money. Then he left out and went to his truck to smoke a cigarette smh and didnt greet me at all. He made me feel like I was a problem or bothering him.

According to the Black Friday ad, it showed a set for $299, the salesman stated it was just for the mattress. He tried to charge me $399 and I did not go for that. I ended up paying $350 because I really needed and liked the set. So buyer beware

I really liked Mattresses For Less. They didnt apply the sales pressure like some other places and (just so you know) have a 90 day same as cash financing option. They report to all credit bureaus so if youre looking to build your scores... This is a great option. They have delivery services as well. Ill definitely be back !

A family member recommended mattress for less to my partner and i, and we went with an open mind, Youd expect people to sell and sell products down your throat but we never got that vibe or feeling by anyone. We had the nicest salesman by the name of John to give us his honest opinion about our mattress. I had previously read reviews about the mattress knowing its ups and downs, and the salesman knew the product to the t. Over all, it was a very good experience and i would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good quality mattress for a good price and especially with people who know their products.

Terrible customer service.

Absolute liars. Bought a mattress and salesman Michael said the store gives you 300 credit, which he said is 2 pillows and a cover. We brought back the mattress under the 100 day policy and all of a sudden those pillows and cover were deducted from the what we paid for the mattress. I told him he said that the pillows and cover were free with purchase and he out and out lied and says he didnt remember saying that. You would think that if you spent $2400 on a mattress you get what you paid for. They will never have any business from me and I will make sure to let everyone know how to expect to get lied to if you want to deal with them.

This was one of the first stores where we didnt feel like we were on a used car lot. Our sales person (who was also the owner) knew everything there is to know about mattresses. He took the time with us to explain and answer all of our questions. I wasnt going to write a review, but then delivery day came. They unloaded everything we had bought and we noticed a small tear in one of the box springs. No big deal, but since we were spending so much money, we wanted it right. I expected some push-back for something so minor, but they happily took our call, scheduled another delivery truck and came and swapped out the box spring with another one just a couple of days later. I think that is the way people hope that all businesses would treat them. Hopefully we dont ever have to make a warranty claim, but I feel better knowing that the business we would be calling has integrity.

Competitive pricing and they treat you very fairly! Delivered our mattress set the very next day, & the delivery guys even helped fix it all up w/our current headboard! They went above & beyond! Thanks yall! :)

I went to Mattress For Less to buy furniture for our daughter new apartment. Turns out the demisions we got were all wrong. So we had to go back and she did get some diff stuff. We wanted refund of what was left and was told that they cant refund only give us store credit. So I went back and ordered a head and foot board and a side table. Used all our credit. It was a special order. They told me Feb 5th for delivery. Feb 5th came and I waited all day. No call or anything. I called Mattress For Less. He gave me the number for warehouse. I called. Manager or whatever he is down there tells me they lost my ticket but miraculously found it and had a guy there to pick it up and deliver it to me that night. Not really happy but I said ok. Then he calls back bit later and says its not there and that this place I got it from said it would be delivered to the warehouse on Thursday, and that it could be delivered Saturday. So again I waited and still no call and still no furniture. So I went in the next day when they opened and talked to Micheal. He called and talked to Brad and he told me its still not there and he called this place and they havent contacted him still. I like Micheal hes very nice and prices are great. But there delivery reply sucks. All I want is my stuff or give a a frikken refund. I will never in my life shop here again. Been over a month for backordered pillows we spent our money on and still have not received them.

Excellent customer service and excellent products! I worked with the manager of the Houston store and Maximo at the Webster store. Maximo helped me to find the perfect mattress (Comforpedic). His customer service is second to none. He was very knowledgable about every mattress sold in the store and it was obvious that his number one goal was to make me happy, not to make a commission. He was very honest about the life of the mattress and the warranty information, unlike many other stores that I had been to. He was even able to deliver the same evening, even though I left the store at 7pm! The delivery guys were great. They set everything up and took away the old mattress. Very friendly and knowledgable staff! Great mattresses!
