Recently visited the Bayway Village location to look for a new bed. We were greeted by Robert who helped us choose a new bed. He spent a tremendous amount of time discussing the latest bed technologies and what their advantages were. He did not pressure us to make a decision to purchase at that time. He asked us to think about what we wanted and to come back when we were ready. We did that today. I was happy about the way Robert and Ben, the store manager worked with us to meet our purchase requirements.

Ben and Robert were wonderful, and helped me find the best deal on a very comfortable mattress! They enabled me to stay within my limited budget and were great in arranging the delivery. The delivery men were wonderful, too! I plan to get another mattress from this store because of this positive experience — thanks again! You’re the best!

We went to MF because of previous experience. We weren’t disappointed in the service or assistance we got in any way. Ben was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to ask all the right questions in helping us to make a selection. This time around we wanted an inexpensive mattress that would replace the one our daughter took with her when she moved out recently. After trying several mattresses that were what’s called “average pricing these days”, we explained that it was still more than we wanted to spend for our spare room. Without giving up comfort, Ben suggested the perfect mattress but explained that the queen size would have to be ordered and would take 1.5 weeks. We’re not in any rush so his proposal was accepted. We enjoyed a highly personable transaction overall. Looking forward to the delivery and glad to save several hundred dollars!

We needed a mattress quickly with box spring for family that was coming in to visit. Needed to walk out with it on the day in fact. Mr. Wolf, and the other associate, forgive me I am not recalling his name, provided us with just what we needed. We walked out with a great mattress, 50% off, along with box spring and the whole process took all of about 15 minutes. My mother-in-law says it’s the best mattress and nights sleep she has had in a long time. Thank you both for all of the help, quick service, and fantastic product.

So happy we stopped by Mattress Firm. We purchased our Mattress Friday evening and received our new mattress on Sunday. Service was great and the store manager, Benjamin was awesome!

Can I’m on yesterday with my sister and as soon as we walked in we were approached by a gentleman who asked what we were in for and I advised him that we were just looking. He immediately goes into his sale pitch which was a turn off. We listened as he explained all the ins and outs and hopped from bed to bed. We finally found a mattress that I liked. During our visit he did and said several concerning things. One he kept making remarks about financing when I had already informed him that I didn’t need financing. Then as he was trying to quick talk me into closing the sale I made mention of another mattress and he used a dismissing hand gesture and stated “oh this is a $3000 bed” I asked him not to monitor my finances. Again trying to get some breathing room we stared looking around and found another mattress that was a floor model. After inquiring about this mattress, we noticed that it said pre-owned. I asked if they sold previously used mattresses and he said “oh no”. Another red flag. Eventually he hopped around and claimed the mattress we wanted was miraculously sold and that he would look in the back to see if there were any others. Surprisingly he came back and there were no other mattresses (surprisingly). The entire ordeal rubbed me wrong. I then remembered that this is the same sales person who we had a similar experience with. Long story short, please let your salesman know not to “profile” customers and give false information. That was it for my experience with your company! I did however happen upon another Mattress Firm with an amazing salesman that actually took the time to finding what I needed and allowed me room to look around. After sometime I was please with my $4000 mattress that I paid for with NO financing. Lesson never judge your customer by their skin color and “assume” you have to be overbearing and deceptive to try and get a sale.

I have purchased from Mattress Firm in the past. This time, I went in first for ‘research’ to find which mattress would fit my price range (aka budget). Robert and George helped me. A few days later after mulling over mattresses I had rested upon, and some online research, I returned with a plan in mind. I needed a mattress, foundation, delivery, haul away. Ben answered my many more questions. Using my notes, I found everything suitable to my needs. I anticipated delivery in a week but it’s coming tomorrow afternoon. I recommend Mattress Firm, this group solved my needs!

My fiancé and I had originally gone to another mattress firm and purchased a mattress. We were extremely unsatisfied with the bed. I realize it takes a while to break in a new bed but I wasn’t happy with the one on the show room floor that’s already been broken in. We stopped at this location 4 days after the mattress was delivered to try out some other ones knowing that we would be taking advantage of the 120 night return policy. We spoke with Alex. He explained all the ins and outs of a mattress and why they need to be replaced after a certain length of time. He explained the technology in each bed. He spent the time with us to help narrow down 3 other mattresses that might be closer to what we were hoping for and never made us jump through hoops or feel bad about wanting to exchange out the mattress. He was patient, suggested we laid in each bed for 2 minutes each side and on our backs and then finally come back one more time before finalizing the exchange. I really appreciated his professionalismand expertise. I will recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new mattress. We feel 100% confident now that we are going to love our new mattress.

Making miracles happen! I ordered a mattress and box spring to be delivered on a certain date. Only the box was delivered so I called to see what happened! Since this bed was low stock, they had made arrangements when I ordered the bed weeks ago to have it shipped to the NASA store so they could save one for us. Unfortunately, that was not communicated to the delivery team. Leonardo and Michael were awesome! Leonardo worked his magic and found where the mattress was and even though a delivery team was not available to have it delivered today, Michael offered to deliver it himself! We went in for an exchange because the initial mattress purchased was not meeting my mom’s needs. The customer service we received from Elaine was impeccable from the beginning. She really took the time to understand my mother’s needs and what kind of mattress was ideal. I purchased a bed last Thursday from the Webster, Tx store. The saleswoman was great; and I ordered my little ones bed on the phone with her. I double and triple checked that the bed would be delivered to their clearance store (across the street) the following day. She ensured me that it would absolutely 100% be there! I called the store the following day around 3pm, as I had not received a call to tell me that it had arrived. Well, it didn’t get delivered- they could have at least called to notify me. So, they tell me the soonest they can have it to me is Monday (mind you, we had already given my daughter’s old mattress away). I asked the gentleman I spoke with on the phone if they could drop the mattress off on the porch (as it was only a full bed and in a box), he assured me multiple times that that was fine and I wouldn’t need to be there. Sunday I received an automated call confirming my delivery for Monday. It stated that someone in fact needed to be there. So, I called him back (at the mattress firm clearance center) and he said it should be fine. I asked him to please check; and in fact someone did need to be here for delivery. I’m glad I called or they wouldn’t have dropped the bed off and my little one would be without a bed for over a week. O also called the original store that I purchased the mattress from and asked to speak to a manager. She was not helpful at all and promised she’d call me back to see what could be done. Shocker, no call back! This has all been a disaster and I feel like additional training is needed. I did receive my mattress today (but not in the time frame given the day before- they arrived about 30 minutes earlier). Thank God I took off work earlier (gut feeling told me to) or I would have missed the delivery truck.

Several months ago my husband and I started looking for a mattress. We are newlyweds and were looking to upgrade to a King and preferring to not spend an arm and a leg. We spend a good 2 weekends looking for the right one. We started at this mattress firm and really loved the purple but decided to look at other options, just for peace of mind. We literally tried every mattress from here to the Galleria. We encountered rude store owners, salesmen who laid on enough pressure to explode a volcano and even one guy who made a comment about the vehicles we drove up in. Even through all of this we kept wanting to go back to Mattress Firm for the purple and for the vibe. Both times we walked in to this Mattress Firm, everyone was so nice. There was no over talking, no pressure and we just felt that they just wanted to give us something we would love. And they did! They prepared us that our bodies would have to adjust to the gel grid of the purple mattress. They completely walked us through all of our options and also made it a point to try and find us more affordable options for what we had chosen. We love the Purple and we love this store. Neither of us had difficulty switching to this mattress and claim that we are now having the best sleep ever. Between 2 adults, 2 dogs and a cat everyone is getting good, roomy rest now! We are so thankful for their happy help and will recommend them to everyone we know.

After several attempts to contact Mattress Firm about a box spring that was damaged at delivery, I finally got a manager who owned the issue and tried to help me resolve it. Thank you Tra for taking ownership on behalf of Mattress Firm and making a decison. I recently moved and was considering other options for future Mattress purchases until I talked to Tra. She is very knowledgeable and helpful!

Very disappointed with my experience with this compnay as a whole. At this location Elaine was pleasant to deal with when placing my order but it all went down hill after that. I placed an order for a king size mattress box spring (two twin XLs) on Thursday (July 23rd) for next day store pick up. I was then told that I should call after 3p on Friday to see if my order had arrived to aviod making a wasted trip before coming to pick it up. I make the call on Friday and was told that the truck didnt have my order on it today and that I should try back on Saturday (July 24th). This happend again on Saturday and a thrid time on Monday (they are apparently closed on Sunday). By Monday I am quite frustrated and call back to talk with Chris (Webster store representative). Chris pretty much told me that there was nothing that they could do about it and that he gets frustrated because he has no control over when a truck delivers warehouse orders to the store (despite the fact that the system shows that the items were to be delivered on Friday). We are talking about an organization that has a warehouse in the Houston area not being able to coordinate deliveries for customer orders in the Houston area.All I needed was for a truck to pick up some box springs from THE COMPANY WAREHOUSE, 45 mins away, and deliver them to THEIR STORE on the date that they committed to!!Instead, after waiting for 4 days from the date of purchase, I had to go up to the warehouse myself and recover the product that was being held hostage because MATTRESS FIRM CANT GET THIER TRUCKS TO DELIVER CUSTOMER ORDERS TO THEIR STORES ON THE DATE LISTED IN THEIR SYSTEM!! Mind you, Mattress Firm never offered me the option to pick up my order, I had to demand it.When I began to present my frustration to Chris, he said that there was nothing that he could do to serve me as a customer and instead directed me to the company website and phone number. When you go this route to complain there is no way to get to an actual person, instead you are presented with a form to fill out and told that you will get a response within 24 hrs. By the way, I did this and I am now on hour 30 with no response and honestly I dont think that I will ever get one.I will never being doing business with this organization again! I recommend for anyone reading this to avoid almost certain frustration and to find another organization to do business with.

Mattress Firm Webster TXWe had an emergency since we found out today at 4pm that our beloved water bed was leaking. Not wanting to go through this again we decided to go to the Mattress Firm in Webster TX. We had previously helped my father buy a mattress from this location. Today we met Jacob W Escoubas when we arrived who greeted us as we walked in the door. We told him our situation in that we needed a mattress we could take home today. He quickly went to work telling us the ones he had in stock. He also swapped a couple out for us to try to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. He promptly answered every single question we had. Super nice guy and was no stress in the process and was quick to tell us what they had there that we could take home. Great experience and will do business again. thanks again Jacob!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I were shopping for a new mattress this evening. Prior to today my husband had already received a quote and was just waiting for me to come in and try the Mattress out. The female manager who presented herself as the Assistant manager was absolutely horrible! She kept telling me we needed to buy a certain type of mattress because I was extremely curvy! Then after we sat down to get the info on our mattress she got very irritated when we asked her about pricing, she then accused us of haggling with her when quoted the previous sales person and even threatened to call the police on us. There wasn’t a single other customer in the store. And six managers. I own my own business and have worked in customer service for years, and have never seen such blatant discrimination and poor customer service. My husband and I are pillars in our family and community and this woman should be ashamed of herself. Worst customer service experience ever!
