Wow! The selection is amazing the the pricing is outrageously expensive. I rather go to another similar store and buy similar quality if not the same for less than all of these “sale prices.” Even the curtains and linens were outrageously priced and not a good deal. Be ready to spend a lot of money for items that are non refundable or chipped! Not impressed with this location although the staff was kind.

Decided to go to Pottery Barn Outlet on a Saturday morning!! It was great! Outside the door it states Mask recommend. Once entering, I was greeted by a happy employee with a mask. Some customers didnt have a mask on. The store was really clean and organized. Prices were really great! Signs said ex tra 50 % off. I saw a few things from the actual Pottery Barn. There were plenty of kitchen accessories, rugs,faux plants,lighting fixtures, picture frames, bedroom accessories. I would recommend coming to this store.

My fiancee and I went here because she loves Pottery Barn but cant always justify paying full price. A lot of the sections had a very limited selection, but we were impressed with the selection of rugs and lamps. The rugs were 60% off, and we ended up buying two.The customer service was superb, and they were very eager to help us roll up our rugs and keep them at the front for us while we continued shopping. They frequently checked in on us and answered all of the questions we had.We had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend going here especially to find a rug!!!

Good as always. Dont always have what we went for BUT we do find things we need! Like ivory candles 12×3, 2 chairs that match ones we had for our game table,(got there last yr), 2 round lamp shades! Yeah P.B.O.!

They have fantastic deals at this location, but if you see something that you like... buy it immediately. Most of the time there arent multiples of in-stock items.We learned this THE HARD WAY.

So expensive! I must be doing something wrong because the prices are cheaper online through regular pottery barn with coupons. Some thing are a good deal but its VERY limited. I was so excited for this store as I visit the one in San Marcos often. Once I found a return slip in a couch and the original price was cheaper than what was listed in the store. But they were offering a percentage off..go figure

The staff at the Pottery Barn Outlet store was incredibly helpful and friendly.Not that the staff at regular Pottery Barn stores are not, but they were just extremely awesome here. Multiple different people asked us if we needed help in our short visit here, and went out of their way to answer questions we had and multiple items.We came here looking to find a bargain, but would make the hour long trip back out here again for the experience.

Another store that sits corporate day you must eat a mask. Explain why? Its the larger than 12 football fields and people are no wear beat each other. I left. I am sure others will fall into step but I will shop where Im comfortable. I have a breathing disorder with proof and they didnt care which is part of the problem. No one cares anymore. Homegoods just as good and welcomed me in.

Never knew they had an outlet. Ill be back. Some great deals.

Worst Customer Service - Two prices were posted on the product … the regular price, along with a “special” price. Of course, it was then 40% off that price. The manager did not honor the lowest price (“special” price) posted on the product. It wasn’t about the money … it was the principal of the matter! They receive a commission on the sales of their stores. I will never shop there again!

I came here for the Labor Day sale and the items were marked at 50% off (employee said normally it’s 40%)of the original price including damaged items. Def. not standard outlet prices but, could be worth it for certain items.

Second Pottery Barn Outlet Ive visited but nothing special. Everything is overpriced to begin with so youll have to really search for a bargain.

I am a bit surprised at the prices of the scratch and dent / left over pieces. You would have to get extremely lucky to find anything of value here. You are better off just going to a regular Pottery Barn and just get what you want.

A few interesting things horribly overpriced. Easy parking, easy access, understandably not many customers.

Buyer beware. They say when you leave there are no returns. I bought a chandelier that was missing pieces and appeared to be already installed somewhere because the wires had be cut. I had to find replacement part AND all the instructions were in French.

Just a warehouse of stuff. Prices even though discounted, are still outrageously high.

UPSCALE??? uhhhh. No. And right now it’s by appointment only; which is a joke! Even before COVID-19 the store was empty! They should be begging for people to come in and shop! I can’t imagine having to make an appointment to browse overpriced, nicked up junk. Folks, heed this review and take your business to places that appreciate it! Homegoods... here I come! Much better value and quality and nice to feel appreciated as a customer!

Cool neat place

I bought 2 bed side tables at 50% discount than the website. I saved like $700 pm on both. Aaron was extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Very expensive!

New outlet store. Everything from furniture, sheets and towels, to dinner/glassware. Everything is at least half off regular price with 70% off mirrors and wall art. 60% off outdoor furniture. Good clean store!

Beware about the purchase because they are not allowed to return or refund the item. But I saw the online, they are provided 30 days return policy. But at this store not to obey that. Horrible experience

A mess! Very little selection of anything other than furniture. They have some little broom closet room with cartoons of random stuff and people digging through cardboard boxes. Felt like a flea market. Don’t know if I will shop there again. Was looking forward to it’s opening and was disappointed. If you have a chance to go to the one in San Marcos, it’s s dream store!

BEWARE- selling broken and incomplete products which you don’t realize till you get home and open your box!We purchased an $1100 entry table shelf that was on display. At purchase, they brought us a boxed version (requiring installation) and their people loaded it into the back of my truck. When we got home and unloaded the box, we noticed on the underside of the box a big hand written note that said “NO HARDWARE”. Clearly this was not something they brought to anyone’s attention, and failed to point out when they loaded it into our vehicle. Mind you, this is about a 100 to 150 pound box. When we called and spoke with the “manager” that sold us the product, she advised all sales are final and they could do nothing about this and suggested we go to Home Depot, even though there aren’t even instructions in the box!This short blonde “manager “ has no understanding of customer service, nor quality. You’ll recognize her fairly easily as she lacks any sense of class or care.DO NOT BUY HERE- YOU WILL REGRET IT.
