Not impressed. Does this store realize that there are actual Android users out here? Two employees, and one tiny section for Android accessories. This store obviously cares more about IPhone users than anything. One last word: IPhones suck. Wont be back. Stick your IPhones where the sun dont shine.

Long wait and poorly trained staff. I bought a new phone and purchased a screen protector. The sales associate told me it had a lifetime warranty, if it cracked they would replace it. The associate did the install, 2 months later I go back with a cracked screen protector. Different associate tells me I have to go to the manufacturer and I needed to register the protector within 30 days of purchase. Kind of hard when their employee told me something different, and threw out the box in their store $70 down the drain.

The sales associate I believe his name was Dustin was extremely rude and condescending. I recently got a new phone bc my old one was having charging issues and stopped in today bc I was returning the old one for my rebate. Well nobody had informed me I needed to have my old phone charged in order to return it, and since it has charging issues it was not charging. He had it plugged in for a good amount of time and it was not charging (he blamed it on a dirty charging port but even after “cleaning it” the phone still wouldn’t charge.) So I decided to take the phone home and try and get it charged myself and bring it back rather than sit there with a rude associate waiting for the phone that takes hours to charge which is why I got a new one to actually charge. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I left there feeling like it was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life.

Nice having a representative focus on your needs. In other businesses, the staff is always more engaged with conversations between team members, distracted by incoming customers, or their own phone. This young man had only one focus: the customer he was serving. I was able to get only what I needed and my bill & services optimized!!

I walked into the store knowing I had a very complicated case requiring merging multiple accounts and deleting services no longer required. We were seated immediately and Diane reviewed our case and after multiple calls she was able to resolve the problem to our full satisfaction. I have not always been entirely satisfied with AT&T but this time they get the first prize thanks to a dedicated service rep (Diane) and her team. Thank you.

Erika at the Bay Area AT&T Store was so very helpful! I went in looking to upgrade my phone and she took into consideration every detail of the process from making sure I took advantage of the first responder discount down to helping me pick out which color phone would arrive soonest. They also made sure to check in everyone who was waiting and give updates on wait times periodically. Thank you for great service and would recommend this store to anyone!

We went in to upgrade my husbands phone. They charged us extra insurance and fees that we specifically told them we did not want. Only found out when I viewed the bill online later. We had to return to the store to get them to take off the extra insurance and then had to call the main number for the other fee. They also did not inform us of the additional $30 upgrade fee that would show up on our bill later as well. Very disappointed in AT&T customer service.

ONGOING ISSUE (5/1) In November 2020, we ported several lines from a different carrier. It took nearly 4 hours in store. When we received our first bill, we recognized features and charges that we explicitly said “No” to in store. I gave Joan (at the store on 646) the opportunity to fix his mistake, and he ignored my messages.When I visited that store, the manager understandably gave me a terrible attitude because I reacted unprofessionally. However, despite coming to this store and requesting help from Soila, as of this review (over 5 months later) we are still overpaying for our service and have yet to see reimbursement or promotional discounts as promised by Joan.Soila, a manager at this location, offered to look into my account. I did not hear from her for over a month. After several attempts to connect with no response, she responded saying she was on paid vacation for 2 weeks. Though I was patient in the first instance, it is now several weeks later and our account is still not fixed. Because of her unresponsive behavior and lack of resolution with our account, I will start my 22nd hour on the phone with AT&T customer service attempting to fix the issue myself.I will continue to update this post as the situation develops. Though this is likely a 1 in 1,000 customer experience, it should not go unnoticed.—————Update (5/5): the agent over the phone advised me to submit a trade-in request online, and that this is the appropriate process. This is the first time I’ve been instructed to fill out my own request in nearly 6 months. Similarly, I was instructed to apply for a military discount through an online portal after Joan failed to add the discount to my account the first time. Even after submitting the request and validation online, an agent in store had to apply the discount manually.The agent today guaranteed their changes will be implemented in another 3 months and that promotions will be applied appropriately.—————Update (5/30): spoke with another agent over the phone approximately 3 weeks ago. They advised that I would hear from a manager within 3 days. I never received correspondence, but I did see some credits on my account in roughly the amount expected which left an $80 credit on our account. However, we just received our most recent bill which is about $20 higher than our previous bill, still nearly $60 more than what we were promised by Joan in store in November 2020. Still no promotions. Soila, the manager who offered to help from this store, has not responded to messages, nor followed up on this issue.

Bought my phone here couple months ago and Eddy helped me he was cool but lied to me and added tons of things I don’t need on my account. Come to find out when I need my phone fixed he didn’t add the insurance i needed now I’m stuck with a broken phone when I asked for him to add insurance.Every time I wanted to speak with him he wouldn’t talk to me, he would hang up on me.Liars at this location

Came in and told the att employee I needed help. I told him that I’ve had tremendous amount of issues with att and it seems like I’d be better served at Verizon. Instead of offering to help, he said that I should call Verizon to have my carrier changed. Wow! Just wow.

Went to the store and they only had one associate helping customers with quite a few people waiting. One rep was sitting there on the tablet not helping anybody, just sitting on their rear signing people in. When we went to leave, another associate that didnt even look like they worked there asked us to just wait outside, couldnt give us a wait time, and we just decided to leave. Three reps and only one helping customers, never going there again.

There are many reasons that I travel past many AT&T stores to get to this one. They have amazing customer service every time I am in there (and I am in there more than I should be since I am rough on phones)! I have never had a single bad experience at this store. Today, Nick helped me and walked me through the process of choosing from many different options of phones, insurance, payment, cases, and the whole process. He was extremely helpful and I will always pass multiple AT&T stores to get to this one to continue to receive the customer service I received today!

Man I was in desperate need of some help, it seemed like I couldn’t get help anywhere. I tried calling AT&T‘s customer care and stores directly. Brittany Lugo is the best! As a first responder we are used to saving lives, Brittany was the real lifesaver! She ensured that she helped me from the beginning until the end And did not get frustrated during the process. It seemed as though everybody I spoke to with AT&T was beyond frustrated. If you need somebody that’s going to help you and value your business as a customer you need to see her.

First off. I went to your store. The agent never asked me what plan i wanted. But he put me on the most expensive plan. And added insurance. When i dont need insurance i have BYOD. he created me a pin without me making my own. Submitted my port request wrong and never told me about an activation fee. I wanted the cheapest plan and he would of knew that had he asked

On Oct. 30 I walked into the store stressed out and frustrated because my iPhone screen display had gone out (it was dark). Being 7 hours from home and needing to drive home in two days, I was frantic! Dustin walked up to me, smiled, and asked if he could help me. He was patient and had great eye contact. He checked my account, saw I had insurance, and proceeded to help me file a claim for a replacement phone. With his assurances that a replacement phone would be sent in 24 hours, I left the store feeling calmer. This story has a happy ending because the replacement phone arrived by 5 PM on Oct. 31 (Halloween). This was no Trick -- only Treat!!! Thank you, Dustin, for professional service. Your customer service in my gradebook = A+!!

I was a bit wary about coming here after reading all the reviews, but I had a pleasant experience with great customer service. The guy who helped me was named Tin. Granted my issue was pretty trivial; I just needed to get a sim card to activate my moms prepaid phone. Also I went in the middle of the day on a weekday, so it wasnt busy at all. He was very attentive and I was out of there in like ten minutes.

02/13/19 The store was nicely set up but it wasn’t a warm welcome for a new black business man. I know for sure I was discriminated against and I don’t know why. I called the store before I came and asked what I needed In case I needed something I didn’t have and I brought and they made up so many excuses to why I couldn’t get a business line set up. I wouldn’t recommend going here if you black and you want to finance an Apple device. 1 is the lowest I could give but a 0 is what they deserve for false information they gave me. Darren

Be on the watch for Tiffany beck they come to your house and promise you into switch to at&t and they will pay off the remaining balance of your devices she comes and takes your cell phones 📲 and trade them in and when paying time comes youwill not get the credits for your devices that you been told !!!Be Aware Of Switching To At&t!!! you will get screwed with a bill like this and stuck with it ... pay of your devices first!

This AT&T Store located across Baybrook Mall on Bay Area Street, it is an average size compare with other store but its look really nice inside and display phone look organized too, and most important thing is the lady staff is very friendly and helpful, she asked me what I looking for and I told her I looking for new phone Samsung Galaxy S10 5G, she told me this phone is not for sale right now, and offer me the promotion buy one get one free on all S10 model. Got to att shop at 3 did not level until 3:40. All I need was switching sim card between 2 phones. The technician did not even check if the phone is functional and I had to troubleshoot the issue my self by restarting both phones.

Ive been with ATT for about ten years. I like their willingness to make payment arrangements. At this particular location, the staff was friendly and even recommended me to a competitor who sold the phone I wanted because it was cheaper there.

Once they help you its fine but waiting for the service is hell. I had to wait an hour and a half for a phone i was paying cash for. Thats ridiculous. They either need more employees or they need the ones they currently have to stay out the back and help whos on the floor. Its like they walk to the back and take 15 to 20 min just to come out and help the next customer. I never want to come here again....

I went to pay my bill today and as I was trying to open the door pushing my baby in the stroller there were 3 employees standing at the door. Neither one tried to help me to open the door . One of them asked can I help you after I was already in.. I thought maybe they didnt see me ( I dont know how they could have missed me if the stroller is kind of big) on my way out it was the same thing. This time there were only 2 employees and not even a Thank you or not even pretend to help to open the door. That was very discourteous. I think they should be trained in customer service. After all thats what they get paid for

My LG G3 kept prompting me to update the software this weekend, and after installing the update, the phone bricked. Went in today to get it taken care of and was helped by David Robuck. He was extremely courteous and professional, and he and another employee had me out the door with a replacement in 5-6 minutes. Cant really ask for better service than that! Im not happy with AT&T as a whole, but both times Ive had to go to this location Ive been treated extremely well.
