I went to ubreakifix on bay area blvd after discovering that the glass on the back of my phone covering my camera was cracked. I have no idea how it happened. It had to of happened within a few hours since my phone was not cracked that morning. None of the tmobile stores that had repair centers in it were open that day, due to remodeling. I was referred to ubreakifix. I went there and they were friendly and let me know that they had the part in stock. I was so relieved. It only took them 1 hour to replace the glass. That was it! They were lifesavers. Thank you so much!

Started out with simple lcd repair for ipad air 2. Ended up breaking home button (another location told me that happens sometimes) but this location offered to discount repair by half to make right. Lost my thumbprint opening capability but did take them up on power booster charger.Be informed that repair can sometimes lead to other failures.

Uriel performed a screen repair today on my wifes Pixel 4a. The League City uBreakiFix repaired her cracked screen 6-7 months ago, but a recent drop of the phone caused the backlight to go out and the screen to become detached. We took it to this location in Webster, and they repaired it in less than an hour. Turns out, the League City location did a terrible job with the repair, using some sort of epoxy to glue the screen on (Uriel said it was one of the worst repair jobs hed ever seen). The screen hardware simply needed to be reconnected and reglued with the official Pixel adhesive, which he did for no charge (not even labor). Thank you Uriel for the quick repair and excellent customer service. I highly recommend getting your Pixel repaired here if the need arises! (Dont go to uBreakiFix in League City!)

I hate to give a bad review because the people here are really nice, but unfortunately I have to. I took my phone in to be fixed under manufacturers warranty, and apparently the machine they used tore one of the internal cables. The original issue I brought it in for wasnt fixed, and now its broken even more. The guy at the desk told me that it was still totally functional, which turned out to be false because immediately after I left, I noticed that it wont connect to any cell towers despite multiple resets and reseating the sim card.My only option is to mail it into Samsung and wait up to 14 days to get it fixed. Like a lot of people, I use my phone for work and unfortunately dont have a backup. This is EXTREMELY inconvenient and honestly pretty unacceptable.

Broke my screen and my phone insurance covered my fix at this location. I cant even tell the difference! The screen looks and works exactly like when I got this phone brand new (believe me I have some pretty intensive criteria but the job they did passed with flying colors). They even added an OEM screen protector which was a nice touch. Im not sure if its still water resistant but Im not so keen to find out. Overall, 10/10, some talented people at this location. I will never hesitate for another visit if I need it!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND uBreakiFix.I have a my fair share of broken electronics. But this is the first repair shop that I have had a great experience with. The back glass of my new galaxy S20 was shattered after dropping a tool on it. I spoke them on the phone and told me to bring it in so I did. After 45 min they had replaced the glass and recalibrated my cameras phone. This is a great repair shop very prompt and professional. Great price for the service I have received.

UbreakIfix was highly recommended by close friends. I took my daughters phone to them and they were very clear about their policies and warranties, which I found very fair. They estimated a week to get to my phone, but called me the next day. Unfortunately, the water damage to my daughters phone voided their warranty (they prepped me for that). I asked what they recommended, and they were honest that it was better to replace the phone. They didnt charge me anything for the labor to open and check the phone or advice. I will definitely return with phone needs in the future.

Used their website to make an appointment for 11am on Sunday morning. Arrived on Sunday at 11am . Open sign on, but door locked. Nobody answering the phone.I called and left a voicemail. Nobody ever called me back.Extremely disappointed.

EDIT:These guys turned me around with their professionalism. They reached out to me concerning my original poor review and told me to stop by so they could see what could be done. I let them know the original issues and concerns I had when they fixed the first time. They told me they would take a look at the iPad and see what they could do to take care of me. They ended up not only fixing the screen, which had pulled away from the back of the iPad, but they also replaced my home button even though I had told them it wasnt much of a concern. I am much more ok with the price point now that I see the care that they will give you if anything goes awry.Thank you guys for being understanding, professional and fast. I was told the cost of this repair would be around $180. When all was said and done it ended up costing $205. For this price I was expecting much better. When I brought my iPad in, it had a cracked screen and the home button was only barely working. Now that I have received my iPad back, the screen is now crack free, but the home button no longer works at all. The screen is also flared up in the bottom right hand corner.Taking the price into consideration I had hoped that the home button would also have gotten repaired. I have repaired my own screen in the past and all it cost me was $70 for the screen, digitizer, and new home button plus 30 minutes of my time. My quality of repair was similar if not better.At least the associates were professional when talking to me.

Andrew, the technician, saved my Apple computer. The mouse pad was stuck and acting erratic. He cleaned it out and the pad was unstuck. Ubreakifix didnt charge me anything. They have serviced my 10 year old computer in the past, and their price was very reasonable.

This place is very knowledgeable about repairs and know what they are doing. Andrew helped me out big time. I came in late just before they closed and wanted my charge port replaced. He did a quick check and cleaned out the port and now it works like new. Best part is that he did it on the house and didn’t sell me any unnecessary repairs. Will come back when I need any repairs. By far the best repair shop I have ever been to. The employees are super knowledgeable about most anything computers or phones. Their prices arent the cheapest, but they are competitive. You know that old adage rings true though, you get what you pay for. This company stands behind its work. This is my first Google review. UbreakiFix is a great business whose values and business remind me of a small family owned shop in a small town that treats every customer like a neighbor that will come back time and again. I know this because I have been there 4 times for different items now. They are as honest and good people as you could ever hope to find. Even better that they have been able to fix everything. The last time they fixed 2 remote controls that I had been prepared to spend $350.00 to buy new ones. They fixed them both but wouldnt charge me because they didnt have a way to test them. I took them home they worked like new. I went back to pay them. I saved $300.00. This kind of customer care doesnt just happen. It has to come from the top. Thank you guys.

This place was awesome! Walked in with my Pixel 2 and a dead battery, they were able to get me in immediately and replacing the battery only took about 45 mins. Andrew F. was great also. He was friendly and listened to the issues I was having, and recommended a new battery. Once he was done the repair, he brought it out and showed me all of the pocket lint that was built up in the charging port. I was surprised my phone was still able to charge at all! I would like to thank the technicians for performing the repairs on my HP desk computer. The problem was with the speed of the computer. They explained what the problem might be and the cost to repair it. Later that day they called with the results of their findings. My computer was repaired and ready for pickup that day. I brought my cellphone in to replace the back cover that was cracked and they said I had to leave it with them unlocked and on.To replace a back cover?They wanted all of my information.... what a scam. I took it elsewhere and they had no problem with replacing it with the phone locked and off.Dont recommend this place.... go somewhere else.

Brought iphone to store with sound problem. Stephan was the technician and explained the potential problem and estimated cost. However, when I picked up the phone he explained that he was able to “reset” the headphone jack and solve the problem without replacing it and their would be no charge. I had a similar experience with this store on another phone, so I can recommend their trustworthiness and competence. I’ll definitely use them again.

Dropped by 30 minutes before closing. Explained that Id drop the phone off and come back tomorrow evening to pick it up (I work way over on the west Sam Houston Tollway). One of the repair guys volunteers to stay late to replace my screen - and did it within 20 minutes. AND they beat the other quote Id gotten by a solid $100. Bottom line: if your screen is busted, these are the guys to use.
