Very friendly and attentive staff. Great gas prices. Typically if I can’t find something in stock somewhere, I come here even though it’s a bit out of my way.

We have been Costco members many years and have never had any complaints. We love Costco!!!Unfortunately, today is the first, but it refers to the Tire Center. I showed up 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment for a Tire Rotation and Balance. I waited in the line for customers that had an appointment (I was the only one) for 15 minutes before someone acknowledged me. I informed him of my appointment, and he said the wait would be another 45 minutes to 1 hour for my vehicle. I declined the service, and will take my business to another tire company. Not what I expected from Costco.

Great overall shopping experience (If you are overheated visit the diary section). They have samples everywhere. The products are well organized. Staff are super friendly. The only thing I didnt like was the lines and parking but that is being picky. I am definitely going to be a returning customer.

I like that Costco has keto friendly snacks. Our family loves their pizza!! Always a good trip never know what your going to come home with..lol.

The staff and workers are always super friendly and helpful. Even when traffic is heavy inside the store, cashiers do a great job moving members along to prevent extended waiting!! I usually find what I want and need at this location 90% of the time.

So far so good.. Not overly crowded during the week.. Good variety of things to choose from.

I like the variety they have here with everything. The whole fish were fresh. Lisa, The Costco membership service associate was very friendly and went through everything with us thoroughly.

One of the better Costco. They always have the stuff I look for in stock and the people here are very nice. If you cant find something they will help you find what you are looking for or look to see which store has it in stock.

Overall great, not the food stand. One of the older ladies working there is rude.

It’s cool, but don’t go on Sundays, it’s a jungle full of Karen’s trying to get little Jimmy’s school lunch essentials.I wish they will use app for you to pay for gas and also scan and go just like Sam’s. Paper receipts are sooo 1990.

Was very clean and a good variety of everything. My only dislike was that they didnt sell any bottle sodas. The store was busy but you couldnt tell until you got to the front registers. Overall was a good experience.

I usually find all the stuff I’m looking for at this Costco. Berries, snacks, water and paper. I like how they keep the lines rolling as much as possible at checkout. Not a fan of the receipt checker. I had strawberries and other snacks at 8 items and this lady decided to check item for item 4x. Yet, funny how the previous 4 people she just glanced once or checked once. I saw her touching and moving things around in my cart, how gross. With all the receipts and germs she’s touching, thank you lady. Let’s touch all 8 items 4 consecutive rounds to make sure I didn’t steal an extra pack of blackberries.

Stopped to fill-up my gas tank (it is hurricane season). Pleased to see the price was 15 cents per gallon less than local gas stations. The pumps were clean and the area obviously well looked after.

Strolled through to see if it would be worth to buy a membership here and let my Sams membership lapse. Its nice and new, but prices on the things I buy every day were 10-20% higher at Costco than Sams. Not worth it at the moment.

Always helpful, clean, easy to shop. Always a great experience here

Costco is the ugliest store I have ever been in my life

Lots of stuff and some pretty good deals. Mostly like a giant treasure hunt. Check out the Deal Guy on YouTube. He has monthly videos of deals at Costco and other stores.

There is no question that Costco is a place to go if you want quality goods and food items in bulk. Much cheaper considering that they get the best quality. The return policy is amazing. If you dont like it in 90 days they take it and give you your money back, no questions asked. Employees seem to be happy and are very helpful. This is different level of quality compared to Sams wholesale. Highly recommended.

Lots of very helpful and pleasant staff. Amazing selections. Getting membership was too hard of a sell. We only wanted and needed basic and they pushed too hard and too long for executive membership. We got basic and look forward to enjoying it.

Clean and quiet. Went late in the afternoon and was pleased to find instant access to a cashier. In and out in 30 minutes.

They got good staff and most of the stuff is their just they have a small quantity for Halal meat but no chicken I wish/hope they will do work on that and we can enjoy some great meat

Usually, the staff are supportive except for today when a guy with red T-shirt ignored me and told me to hang on, then he disappeared.I left the store totally frustrated because of this unusual behavior and went to a different store to get what I want.

Huge place,it takes a good amount of time to check everything out. The food court still has a good deal-beef hotdog and medium soft drink for 1.50, that you can carry with you while youre checking them out. The weekend is the best time to go,the food section has all kinds of samples to try. You could say lunch is on Costco!

Price was slightly better than elsewhere but the service was far below expectations. Had an appointment and was told over the phone it would be an hour. When we dropped off my vehicle they said it would be 90 minutes. It ended up taking almost 3 hours. I expected that Costco would do better. I’ll be going back to Discount Tire or NTB the next time I need tires.

Even when its packed the cashiers move at quite fast pace everything is clean fresh the environment is friendly .

Costco is my favorite place to get food because it is always fresh and most of the store has organic foods in just about any type of foods you can get anywhere +everything is fresh and healthy for you but you need to have food to live and Im not totally sure but Im pretty sure it would be hard to get 1 and 1 half gallons of organic milk for a little more than 10.00 with the date on it being 2 months before you have to worry about it getting bad and having to waste it. We havent ever had any issues with it at all in that regard. They carry organic butter and eggs so many things that are organic. You never realize how much better you feel when you dont consume all the chemicals in the foods you usually get at the supermarket. I love Costco and I believe that it was the best thing I have run into, for extremely good quality on all the products they sell and then if it turns out not to great quality they refund you money without any problems. I love the place.

You can only use a Visa credit card and selected debit cards to join and pay for merchandise. Of course good old cash and checks are acceptable. It took longer than I think it should to get through the process. But usual fine merchandise.

The best Costco Ive ever been into. No lines inside or at the gas pumps!! No people to bump into! No congestion at the demo tables! If you do nothing else, Go to the snack bar and try the cheeseburger!!! Sooo good!

Food court selection is great. I’m a new member to the store so I’m still not too familiar but I do wish they had their aisles labeled. Also, the fact that their sandwich bread is in a completely separate aisle towards the front of the store and not in the back with the bakery items is really confusing.

Not sure why theyve been out of stock on Apple watches...for some time now...

The best time to go to this Costco is on Sunday morning right when they open. It is always really crowded.

I have visited here a couple of times and I don’t think I will wish to renew my executive membership at $120 a year. There is not enough perks to being a so called executive.

Hard to beat gas prices. They have a credit price, the other stations that are that price are invariably cash-only prices.

Well Im 60 years old had a very bad experience in the front door there were two women one is panic and when Caucasian we didnt know the rules or anything so what happened was she said we could not go in because it was senior citizens but she was very rude the way she explained it consider myself a senior citizen but she didnt even tell us how to get a membership the good thing my son has the one that we had to wait till a certain hour to get in there were two other young ladies in the customer service that explained it to us very kind and very helpful they should hire more people that way and probably shows the other women that were older to have a little consideration toward people

Love Costco - but whenever you find a product you like, it seems like they get rid of it by the next time you go in lol. They always have the best deals on small appliances.

During the pandemic plus the rolling power outages, Costco remained pretty stocked up minus the expected to fast items like bottled water. I had zero issues navigating, other customers were extremely polite and helpful, (I was lost at one point). The staff were extremely fluid when I observed them working. The checkout went faster than expected. All in all, I felt a great relief of stress upon heading to my car.

It was a busy Saturday with lots of shoppers. I am always amazed at how quickly they can check you at and have you on you way. I love the low prices.

Great place to buy in bulk. Nice selection of clothing of outdoor equipment. Also a great place to pick up meats, seafood, cheese, milk, wine and etc.

I love this location. Plenty of parking and cheapest gas around there. If you see this mushrooms, you must try it. Soooo addictive.Hawaiian rolls are super cheap here. I got this for last Thanksgiving and saved us quite a bit. Milk is definitely cheaper than other grocery stores as well. Organic products are cheap too!

Rude employees and managers are rude as well. Instead of solving problem,they make you feel that you as the customer is the problem. Pathetic really!

Very clean and busy store on the weekends. I liked the huge variety of healthy snacks and foods. I laugh and say its the healthier version of Sams. Because of that it is on the provider side but overall nice place to shop.

Great place to shop, love the prices and clean store. Problem is I was here today for lunch, not someones poor attitude and lack for customer service. The lady refused to give us a napkin before our order was ready. A simple napkin or point me in the direction to find them since the condiments section has been removed. When asked if you could correct something on our order that she messed up she gave us more attitude and I was done with the entire situation and will never be coming back here for lunch. Especially when I filled my drink and dirt was in my cup. Lost my appetite. Costco must do better......Time and date 1:10 pm 4/13/2021

If its not at Cosco its not worth owning. Honestly never had a problem with quality especially with our appliances. They make returning super easy. During the worst of the pandemic I already had toilet paper and other items because we buy bulk. At first its a bit sensory overload but once you get the hang of it you appreciate what they offer.

The supervisor Alex makes this store. We were lucky to have gotten him from the Pearland store. He has always been professional, helpful and pleasant. It always makes my shopping experience better to see him because I know that my questions/concerns will be addressed with courtesy.

We like costco, we went because we are having an issue with a patio cover we ordered on line. Is missing 2 pieces so we cant finish installing it. Unfortunately costco couldnt do anything, they said to go to the website and write a complain which we will do if dont receive the pieces soon. It has been 3 weeks since they supposed to send them and they havent. We are still waiting, and is very inconvenient, we have the cars out side the garage, we have a frame only with out a cover. We paid $2000 and we cant use it..

Costco does have better pricing on most items compared to Sams. But as far as checking out. Costco seems outdated and behind todays checkout technology. We really like that we can scan & pay all our Sams products on our cellphone, and also pay your grocery bill without the long checkout lines @ Costco. And Sams is definitely faster and more helpful durning unexpected weather events.

It was a Costco, just like many other Costcos I have been in before. The employees that I interacted with were polite and helpful, it was clean.

I am so tired of being harassed by employees (and yesterday the manager) because my 2 year old and 4 year old dont want to wear a mask. Theyre BABIES! They were even sitting in/standing on the end of the cart. A far cry from some of the other kids running around the store. My older kids (6 and 10) and I were all wearing masks, Im not anti masks, but stop it with the babies and masks. I dont need to be harassed or yelled at by 3 employees and a manager while picking up groceries. Im never going back. You have made me a loyal Sams club shopper.

We use the pharmacy, gas station, and grocery at Costco. We like the cleanliness and professionalism. Selection is acceptable. It is my best bet for bleach, drinking water, dairy, and bakery items. Organic is affordable. Plus, the usual casual entertaining paper plates, cutlery, and cups.

Cake was great. Not to sweet like other stores. Candies fair price for big amount. Every month there will be variety items on sale/discount. Only bad side was there was a new product monster coffee (mocha/vanilla) was available and bought one to try out. Next month came back they are no longer available and wont be available for a while. There all kind of monster product except the coffee.

I think it is a better wholesale store than others we have in the area. Many Christmas shoppers, but check out was fast. Many self checkouts, and store employees to keep the customers moving. Oh, yes, the fresh food looked good. Good place to go Christmas shopping.

I call to ask about a generator didnt even get a chance to tell them the item number or which one before they told me no we dont have any and we don’t know when we’ll get any im confused how they even know which generator im speaking about very bad business I guess there to busy for their paying customer i wish you could check online whit out bothering the very busy employees of Costco

Good prices but not worth the membership for my two person household.

Very difficult getting fully onboarded as members. Granted, our experience is likely an outlier. Im sure most peoples onboarding is much smoother. I considered canceling more than once. The only reason weve stuck around is for the cash back credit card. We likely will not renew. We just dont spend enough here to get a good return for the membership.

Great service from the cashier that helped me named Joe! Full of energy, great attitude, so friendly! Costco needs more workers like him.

Husband and I found some deals and enjoyed browsing and shopping around.

Its like a zoo right now, but there always seems to be plenty of parking on the far left side of the parking lot. I dont see much of a difference from other big box stores. The main issue we had was with the door greeter. She was condescending and a little patronizing. I hope customer service will change.

I love that costco uses instacart now, so I can get groceries delivered.

We are here for a bit of downtime and there are some things that you absolutely need to make the stay even better. Costco was the clear solution.

If someone is looking for fresh and reasonably priced items they should come here. They will need a membership of course.

I like how they sanitize the carts for your use.And they also display what merchandise they are out of, saves a lot of time!Check-outs are faster. I have been to a different costcos in the city, and this Costco has less traffic comparatively which I love the most.

Shame on Costco for forcing all of their customers to wear masks. They are forcing three year olds to wear them and even forcing customers with medical conditions to wear face shields as if that were a one-size-fits-all solution for every condition). There are countless other stores where I will be happily and freely shopping instead!!

We were absolutely surprised when we entered that there was no many people and omg the clothing tables were so organized but we are also comparing it to the Costco back in Edmonton, Alberta Canada where its always packed and the clothing table is destroyed

ITS HERE!!!! FINALLY!! CostCo isnt just a big box store...its a way of life, baby! I grew up right around here and words cannot describe how excited I am that we finally have a CostCo here in the Friendswood-Webster-Clear Lake area. The Grand Opening was super crowded outside but once inside there was plenty of space to just walk around and shop. I spent 3 hours there and couldve stayed longer if other adulting obligations didnt get in the way. Everything sold here has great value and the meat department is 2nd to none. HAVE FUN!!

Hello, our shopping visit to Costco is always a pleasure. Theres always plenty of disinfected carts and at this time its right important. It has a good selection and easy to get in and out of the store.

Not the stores fault but there wew ALL of rude and inconsiderate people in this location today.
