Tiffany at the Bay Area store was the epitome of professionalism! She was very polite, listens to my questions, answered directly and accurately. All while multitasking and helping other staff with their customer questions. I wanted to lower my service level and delete cable altogether. She did not try to sell me to keep the service. She gave me good advice on plans available and even pointed out that they have a newer better modem, which she gave me and activated today. I’ve had Comcast for a couple of decades now and this was by far the best customer service experience I’ve had! Thank you Tiffany!
Everything was good at first until the girl at the counter got the I fo she needed and proceeded to tell my girlfriend and I to call a number instead of her just taking care of it then and there. I have personally worked with xfinity before and never got turned down in store. Ive always had limitations on the phone which led to store visits. Seems pretty unprofessional to push your work off to someone else just because you want to. Although she was not rude about it, actions do speak louder than words.
Staff helped give me the equipment I went there to get. Service was ok, nothing outstanding in terms of politeness, courtesy, friendliness, or enthusiasm. Place was clean. 6 or 7 minute wait in line. Not bad
As always the staff greets you as you come in the store. There were ample staff so the wait was zero. The staff was prompt courteous and very helpful.
Went to get new modem and wireless set top box. Was quickly handed one and asked if I would like to activate it now. Since I had several important things to do online I said lets do it later. The gentleman wrote down a phone number for me and told me to call it when I was ready to activate.I have called this number more than 12 times today and a perky recording comes on saying basically, were busy, call back later. No ability to leave a message.Not happy to have to get in the car tomorrow and go back up there.......
If I could give Xfinity zero stars I would. By far the worst wifi experience I have ever had. It also doesn’t help that the only option for customer support is speaking to a robot, which never ends up being any help at all. I’m paying almost $100 per month for wifi that doesn’t work more than half the time, and anytime I try to get technical support, I NEVER have the option to speak to a real human. I would highly recommend using any other provider than Xfinity.
Signed up for service and they couldn’t transfer my original number. I said ok then I’m gonna have to cancel because I need my number. Then I start getting charged for monthly cell service. So I went up there and they “refunded my money” not all of it just what they seemed fit. Then 7 months later I notice they have still been charging me amounts of 44 dollars up to 170$. So I call them 1.5 hours later on the phone no resolution. Then I call my credit card company and file a dispute 6 minute turn around on that call. Then I receive an email days later stating I haven’t paid my bill and they are shutting down my imaginary phone. Wow. If it’s on my credit report xfinity will go down as worst company I’ve ever delt with. Do yourself a favor and call customer service before signing up. You will quickly change your mind.
Long line every time Ive gone in. Customer service at this location isnt very good, the location at Victory Lakes is 100% better. Drive the extra few miles and skip the Webster store

Cant reach anyone to talk to about anything. Complete waste of time. Website says its down when Im looking for questions about service being out, BUT website is up & running fully when selecting make a payment lol. Unreal. Typical one way street. You pay us on time for services we havent provided mentality. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. Cancelling service and destroying all of my equipment.
I visited this location today with a lengthy request. Thomas helped me with all my concerns, and changing of phones and phone numbers. He was very efficient, and professional, and completed my request in a timely manner. He was also able to save me money on my existing Wi Fi account. I am very happy with his service!

Would give zero stars if possible. This company has the most HORRIBLE customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!! I had to change debit cards for auto billing and I could not talk to anyone and could not sign in online to change the card. The first time I called, the system said my name but said it didnt have a phone number for me. 2nd time I called it had my phone number!!! I finally talked to a man and even he admitted the system was trash and wasnt working, spent over an hour. Now trying to call the store close to me and no one answers. Will definitely change services when contract is up.

The staff at the store can only do so much to fix the gaffs, mistakes, and deceit from the Comcast/Xfinity online and 1-800 customer service people. The store staff shouldnt have to constantly apologize for the **** their customer service, sales, and retention services people do to customers who pay an arm and a leg for the overpriced products that are offered. I was lied to by their retention services. They said I had a no contract service product with all the movie channels. A few months ago half of those movie channels gave me a subscription required message, and today I received a bill for a $160 early termination fee. How can I be charged a termination fee for a contract I didnt have? According to their billing department, I was in a 24 month contract, which is something I would never do; lock myself into a merciless contract that would go up in price with no way to cancel it. Somehow it was changed from what I actually agreed to, but, theres not much I can do without it being in writing. Im done with Comcast/Xfinity. Hell will freeze over before I sign up for your service again!

The employees here are great. The Xfinity internet service is horrible. They recently (more than) doubled my monthly payment.I pay $73.47 for 200 mbps downloads, while I actually get ~20-30 mbps download speed consistently. This was even after they sent a tech guy to come help me resolve this issue.This is the only internet service provider available at my apartment complex, so I am stuck with them until I move. Extremely disappointed with the service.

I’ve been to 3 Xfinity locations (Baytown, Kehma and this one in Webster) and the Webster location provides the best customer service. Conversations are not the typical sales pitch conversations when you walk into a business. The staff is easy going and pretty quick about helping you with your needs. Cable service is by far the best I’ve ever had. For that I have been a customer for the past 4 years. And the Mobile service is just as great as my Verizon account. Btw Josh at this location is awesomeeee
Was taken care of almost immediately upon walking into the building. They were following proper social distancing guidelines and had Hand Sanitizer publicly available. Would definitely come to this location again.
Tevon Hubbard deserves a raise! He went above any standard he had to to try and help get my wifi going. Texting and calling to make sure I had what I needed to get it done. Much Appreciated sir!

Be careful, I’ve changed my account 3 times and am still being over billed. Almost double what we agreed on and the coustmer service agent will not fix it.
Change the dam open hours on this Google listing its not hard to do. Its very annoying to see this business isnt open.

Always fast service, no lines usually and the store is well kept. The manager was being rude to the customer next to me for no reason and then started scolding her co worker right in front of me. Other than that this place was a good experience.
The staff are only capable with the most routine problems .... dont expect much resolution of bigger problems/situations.

They were very helpful at the Webster location, got us a yard sign and helped us contact customer service to get an appointment. However, the next day a gentleman from India called, tried to tell us what was wrong, and tried to cancel our appointment without understanding the issue with our motion sensor.
The Webster location on Bay Area Blvd provides great customer service. The staff are fun, efficient, and attentive to your needs.

I had a horrible experience here! The reps didnt seem to care about anything other than selling me something. It wasnt until I left and went to another location that I realized this is NOT a Comcast corporate store. This is an authorized dealer and the employees do NOT work directly for Comcast, they work for a company called blue fish mobile. Save yourself trouble and just go to the actual corporate location in League City

I went to this store and 2 employees told me the couldnt set up, my prepaid account there, that I need to go online and do it, went to the store and Pasadena and the guys overthere were happy to help, never coming back here, poor customer service.
