I was referred to this store for service on my iPhone, as I have insurance. Upon entering the store the salesman advised that he went to the back and spoke with an Asurion rep that advised that the phone would cost over $200 to repair, with insurance, and that It would be cheaper for me to upgrade. Not once did he look up my account info to check coverage and discuss options. He had sales on his mind. He also advised against me making a claim online stating that they would refer me back to the store. Needless to say, I said no thank, left, filed a claim online and my son’s phone was repaired at Best Buy for $29. The geek squad rep explained that they hear this all of the time. I recommend double checking the information provided here, since they seem to push sales and upgrades.
My experience he was amazing. Kevin helped me out and he was extremely patient in helping me out with my situation. I never felt rushed and he didn’t push to sell me an over expensive plan. If your look for great in store costumer service Kevin is the guy to ask.
I was there 2 days ago stressed due to having to unexpectedly buy a new phone since mine had completely broken. KT, was great at finding me the best deal on my budget. Great customer service over all and Im happy with my new phone. 😀
Horrible 5 stores havent had cheaper phones in stock for 2 weeks Each one tells you something different. Internet to have I used maybe 7 days of service. In a month and a 1/2 I have been at least 20 hours talking to customer service trying to get stuff right. Worst month coming up everything within my life play on the positive customer service team is very nice and try and help me.
Excellent customer service. My husband had to trade in his OnePlus Pro due to an update that fried his cellphone. Austin was friendly, professional, and efficient. Austin got him upgraded to a OnePlus 9 Pro and needless to say my husband is very happy man! Keep up the good work to the entire staff.
We came into the store and KT came too assist us ! He was absolutely GREAT!! I was in a bind with my bill he gave me multiple options on how to make my account easier on me . He was social and very funny . I know when I come back too this store to recommend KT because he made being in store 1000 times better than calling on the phone !!!!

I just moved from an Android to my first iPhone. Kevin T was Amazing! He was able to transfer my data from my Android to my new phone. I feel comfortable with all he showed me. I will be coming back.

Best customer service I have ever had at a t-mobile store! Victoria and Germaine were amazing to work with. I was going in for a new phone which has never been a fun experience for me and usually takes forever. That is the exact opposite of what I experienced with them. It went so fast but at the same time they werent rushing me or pressuring me to buy anything. They were upfront and honest the whole time. I was very happy to have picked this store over other locations nearby by far! Germaine and Victoria will give you the VIP t-mobile experience!

Refused to sell me a $1000 phone because it was an hour before closing even though I was instructed to come back at this time and had a phone set aside for me and everything. A 40 minute drive wasted. I work down the street and recommend customers to them daily, I would recommend the El Dorado location instead, They got me in and out in 5 minutes.
TAKES FOREVER!!! Don’t go here if you have time sensitive things to do. I show up at this store at around 1:45pm. There are about 5-6 employees inside. Only three are helping people out. We go inside and tell the guy what we need. He says sure it will be about 15mins. It is now 2:30pm. A guest and and employee left the store at the same time one after the other. I have checked in twice and the guy has me waiting here saying that it will be 15minutes more! Wow! I said well a guest just left and so did another employee. He tells me that was his rep and that he was going to lunch. Great!! Must be nice to keep your guest waiting while he goes to lunch! I’m extremely disappointed with the promptness of service we have been given. T-Mobile get it together!
One lady walked out as I was walking in. No one else in the store. Told the associate that approached me what I was looking for. I needed a new charge cord, otter box, had questions about my watch, & possibly upgrading my tablet. There were 2 other associates there, but he turned & asked what time someone else was going to be there & then asked him if he said why he was running late. He then said they didnt have the charge cord I needed & recommended I go to Best Buy or Amazon for the cord & otter box. Recommended I call Tmobile or go online to upgrade watch & tablet. Said if I wanted to wait on them to help, it would be about an hour before they could assist me. Seriously? Ive previously labeled this as my favorite store, but the last 3 times weve stopped in, theyve been terrible. No one wanting to help, loud music playing so its difficult to hear. Gonna find another location or another provider entirely.
Im giving 1 star just to be able to do this review, if I could Id give zero. HORRIBLE customer service. I waited for over 40 mins after check-in just to speak to someone about buying a new phone. And NEVER actually did. It took them until I drove all the way back to work during lunch hour traffic at the mall for them to call my phone saying they were ready to see me. I literally spent my lunch hour with T-mobile, staring at phones they wouldnt help me purchase.
My worst experience with any cell phone provider. First I chatted with someone online the night before and that was horrendous. Every question took 5 minutes to answer and when they did, I didnt even get all the information I was asking for. So I came to the store. Went in and wasnt greeted, walked around and then someone came and asked me if I had signed in. There were no signs that I needed to do this so how would I know. Then I was asked to wait outside or in my car and that only 2 people were ahead of me. Didnt think it would take that long. After 45 minutes of waiting I gave up and left. Unless you have 1-2 hours to waist, dont come here or their website. Just another reason to go to xfinity or Verizon I guess.

Worst service EVER! I just needed to buy a phone charger for my father as he was in the Emergency Room with no way to contact him. The Customer Service said she could not help me because she did not have a credit card reader. She then went to another Customer Service person and said I was in a hurry and that I just needed a charger and that I was in a hurry. That is when the Second lady said that I can just wait until they can get to me. I was told I would have to wait an hour or longer to buy a charger. This is completely horrible that I could not buy a charger to get to my father as they have him in the Emergency Room and no communication with him. I WILL NEVER BE A T-MOBILE CUSTOMER.

If you are looking for a T-mobile store in the Houston area this is the one. They took what was turning into a terrible service ending experience and flipped it 180 degrees.The night crew Carlos and Austin went above and beyond getting me taken care of where several other T-mobile stores couldnt. The staff is what what made the difference, without them it would just be another store...

Ive been into this store a handful of times and its easy to say that almost all the times Ive been paired with an associate, it has been Tyree.Usually, I go in to pay a bill and hes always helped me to his full potential, taking the extra step to fulfill my needs. As an Apple employee, Id say its a little harder to learn great customer service, but it is achievable. However, its no doubt Tyree holds this skill as second nature. Tyree, thanks for helping me solve my issue and please continue to do the great work you do. Youre a great face for T Mobile and they should be extremely proud toHave you on their team!
This place judge you by your appearance. I was already t- mobile customer I was trying to get another three lines so I went in there.I was looking for phones to buy for my other three lines. All employees start staring at me I was not even bother to help. I am changing my service.
Jeremy was awesome. Had some serious problems with Chrome dropping error and junk in my phone thru its ads. Jeremy fixed it. I have been with Tmobile 20 years and dont intend to change!
Great Customer Service. Very friendly and helpful. Jose greeted me right away and the manager Aubrey came to check on how I was doing. The environment was very welcoming. Not a normal experience for cell phone stores, they run customers through like cattle, but not here. I appreciate that everyone in the store spoke to me at some point during my visit. My issue with my phone was handled quickly and efficiently. Thank you!
If there is a no star that would be it. Went by last night to get my data transferred from old phone and lady working said that the internet is really slow at night with them. I was the only customer and guess she did not feel like working and told me to try in the morning. makes you wonder if a phone company should say our internet is slow. So much for G whatever, is more like 🐢 speed

I went into this store yesterday around 2ish on 5/7/18. all i wanted to do was switch from the T-mobile one plan to a prepaid T-mobile one plan. I first started working with a female who then when working with me decided to start working with another guy at the same time. So then the store manager Alex started working with me who then had a customer with issues come in and he started working with them as well. So here I am trying to get this switch accomplished with two people who keep helping others along with me. I then get passed back to the female to finish my switch where she is working with another man at the same time, while on hold on speaker phone trying to set up my line switch barely paying attention to the person on the phone instructing her on what needs to be done next to finish the switch. I was told i need to pay the month up front since it was a prepaid plan which was not a problem. I am now today the next day 5/8/18 trying to use my phone and am being told i cannot dial or text out because i do not have enough money on my prepaid account.... thats funny i paid for a month in full upfront. I have called customer service and they cant see that the money was even applied to my line so now I am being advised to go back into the store and see what is going on. Mean while i am at work where i can not just jump up and head to the store to get this resolved. Pretty sure if I would have had there undefined attention they may have got the switch done correctly. So back to the store to see if they can get it right!

This place is completely useless. Employees stare down at their phones and never bother to even look up to help you. This store used to be so good. You could walk in with any issue and they were so helpful. But it has steadily gone downhill. Thankfully T-Mobile places are all over.
This store is a SCAM/FRAUD. They let someone used my moms identity to add an Iphone 11, earpods, headphone to our plan. Even after we told Tmobile rep to NOT authorize these charges because my mom is at work and no one in the family is in this area. Long story short, something is fishy about this store. We even spoke to the store manager, Carlos.. and we can sense that he was hiding something. He first said he wasnt there when his staff authorized the transactions and then he said the guest had a California photo ID. He also said that he doesnt want to escalate the issue because it will put his staff in jeopardy. What about my moms security sir? Your people should do a better job at at verifing documents since it only requires common sense.. or this is purely an inside job. Here is the review and Im working on report this identity theft. This may take a while but trust me Im working on it.
Went in, person that signs you in was busy so i stood somewhere else, another lady came in he wrote her down and then me. Not a problem, i just want to pay my bill. 4 guys all have a customer, they cant even say hi or tell you hey well be right with you. Waiting for 20 minutes and no one helped me but they helped the person that was signed in after me transfer all her stuff from her old phone to a new one. Never coming here again, smaller locations with twice the customers have given me better service than this place.
I’ve been waiting 50 mins just to pay my phone bill. They keep saying hold on. It takes 3 mins to pay. Now the manager Ashley says I haven’t been waiting that long. I’m definitely not lying. Bad Customer service.
Came to pickup my wifes phone, but they refused to let me in due to my 1 year old son not having a mask. Harris county requires any person over 2 years old to have a mask. This place is a joke.
I fail to find the words to describe how bad my experience at this store was. Staff rolled back a transaction after my family signed off and literally walked out the store. The rep there forgot to give them the new SIM card and when they went back to ask for it a long chain of events ensued which resulted in the store reversing the transaction. They wasted our time and left us frustrated with no alternatives. Zero concept of customer service. When I asked to speak with a manager I was given a card and told to call in 3 days. I told them no, their manager needed to call me. It’s two weeks later and no calls.
I was here for almost an hour and no one moved. I could not stay because I had a meeting. It is ridiculous to have customers standing around with no one to help them. When I asked for my warranty replacement to be transferred to another store, I was told it couldnt be done and to have a good day. I dont have hours to sit there on my only day off and wait. Horrible service and rude staff. I will not be back to this location. I plan to just call 611, cancel that order and have my replacement shipped somewhere else.

Literally just left like 10 min ago, I went in with my mother in law so she could get all her data switched to a Samsung from a iPhone, the girl that was helping us didn’t seem like she wanted to help much, the machine was not working and we asked her twice if there was another way to do it and she insisted that their was not. So we left the store. I came to another T-Mobile(on Fuqua) and they where so polite, they downloaded and app without even using the machine they helped me out. Horrible service at this location!

I Signed up my family at tmobile went from simple choice to post paid to save them some money. it was suppose to be 90+tax i asked the rep specifically no other fees as any more and it would not be worth it to me. First month fine, second month $10+ per line adding another 30 to the bill Your Rep lied, I called customer service to see if they would make it right and told me to go to another company the bill is what it is. I hope the extra 30 bucks for a month was worth years of business.

Went in to upgrade on the Jump plan. After a terrible job trying to justify the new down payment system, the salesman was hard upselling the case and screen protector. I mentioned the pre-installed screen protector on the S10 and he said it was not a screen protector, it was just film to protect it during shipping, which is an outright lie. Id recommend using another location.

By far the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced and not from a line level employee, but from the manager. I waited for 30 min before the store opened there was one customer ahead of me and I decided to wait in my truck as I didnt want to get drenched. Once the rain stopped I had gotten off and waited in line. The manager Ken came out and started to pick people to go in the store, mind you I had been waiting on my lunch so I went ahead and walked up to one of the counters. Kens next hand picked customer became upset and he explained to the lady obviously were going to have to take care of this first and pointed to me. I found him very unprofessional I was very upset by this point because I felt more of an obligation than anything. He made it very clear by saying loud and in a sarcastic way that he would finally help the lady. I went to pick up an accesessory I was going to buy and the lady kept running her mouth as well as her husband and kept taunting me. I told her look if you have a problem lets address it now, words were exchanged and Ken wanted to scold me like a child. Once they were back at their register she continued to make remarks directed towards me and Ken continued to smirk and chuckle. The other by-standards began telling Ken he was not right that he should not have been deciding who to take care of first and not talking to customers like he was . While my sales person Tyree was helping me, Ken interrupted without excusing himself or apologizing to me to ask about some transaction from yesterday. I knew at this point Ken was just trying to make my experience at this location a miserable one. I did call T mobile corporate and they did advise me that they have been getting several complaints on this location. I hope they get some new management in there fast.

The rep we worked with at this store flat out lied to us. We went in last Sept/Oct for the 4 lines for $120 special. At the time, we really only needed 3 phones, as we felt our other child was too young to have a phone. The rep claimed he had an easy solution; they were giving away free tablets and we could put the tablet on the 4th line and just switch it out to a phone when we were ready. With 2 computers and 3 tablets, we didnt need another tablet, but if it would act as a place holder till we needed the additional line we would take it. We walked out of there thinking we were on the $120 plan; with tax and the cost of the phones our bill would be between $190-$200. IT NEVER WAS. They billed us different amounts each month, that ranged from $40 to $60 higher than what we left the retail store thinking we would be paying. We were calling customer service every month to argue with them, and after the run around and so called credits they always claimed hadnt kick in yet we were able to get our bill down to $220. Still $20-$30 higher then we were told, but after you argue with them so much you just dont want to deal with them anymore. I finally called the corporate number and turns out we were never on the $120 plan. The rep lied; the tablet could not be used as a fourth line. The corporate rep did help us get the bill to $210, but now I need the fourth line for my youngest and they are no longer offering the $120 plan. It will be another $40/$45 to get the extra line, which would have us paying $240/$250. LMAO, the price theyve been trying to get us to pay for months. I regret the day I went into this branch. The bright side is we are not in a contract, so as soon as I can pay our phones off (with a required bulk payment) I will no longer be a T Mobile customer. Did I mentioned they supposedly offer additional discounts if you work for certain companies, but never gave us the discount even though the company my husband works for is on that list? Yeah, another story and post that I wont go into.
Staff was very unhelpful. Didnt care to help solve my issue; which was simply transferring a line from one T-Mobile account to another. I dont recommend this location.

Complete idiots. I have never been in a T-Mobile store and decided to stop in to check out the Moto g6 plus. However when I asked about it they said it doesnt exist. I told the rep yes it does I seen it on Amazon. Then she said I was wrong and it was a Moto e6 so she tried to sell me that while talking to a co-worker saying I dont know what Im talking about. Felt very rude. So I pulled it up on my phone and showed it to her then went on saying oh ya that phone hasnt come out yet. Almost believed it till I hit the buy now button on Amazon and said it would arrive in 2 days. 😎
They have the worse customer service . Sent me home to do their job and left me without a phone for 4 hours T.hen I returned to the Kemah location and they fixed me up.

My husband and 2 sons and I came to split or family plan apart. We were ignored, none ever told us what our rate amount was, and they misrepresented the rate plan to my sons. They were totally unprofessional and it was more of a party atmosphere for 20 somethings than a business atmosphere. And when you try to find someone to complain to, they dont exist.
I love the people who work here they are very knowledgeable and they have a great attitudes.

Here we are 30 minutes later and still waiting to pay my phone bill. This is the first time I have ever walked into this store for anything and after this experience it is most definitely the last time I will ever walk into this store. Furthermore I for sure would never recommend this place to friends nor family. #HORRIBLESERVICE!!
