I came into the store angry (separate unrelated issue), and I left feeling quite pleasantly.Robert is a gem at Staples and knew the answers to my questions before I asked. He even helped carry the desk I purchased to my car! Superb customer service.

Went to Staples @ I-45 & Bay Area Blvd to shred a bunch of old papers - 3.5 boxes of them @ 99¢ a pound. Store rep unloaded from car & fed papers through slot into locked, secured, shred bin while I watched. She was great! Iron Mountain will pick up & shred @ their location. Office Depot had quoted same price on phone but said $2.99 per pound when I got to the store. So will shop @ Staples from now on!

There is someone always ready to assist. Forrest directed me to an item I needed. He was kind, patient and put my ream of paper in my car. One-hour pickup is usually ready in 15 minutes and I never have to wait to receive my items when I arrive to the store. Cashiers are friendly

Staples is the best store ever. I went to Staples to buy some items, at check out I presented some coupons, and I forgot that they were from Office Depot, the gentleman told me that the coupons were from Office Depot, I felt so dumb, but guess what, he gave me the discount even though the coupons were from Office Depot, tell me if that wasnt a fantastic deal and a kind gesture. Staples is the Greatest!!!

Elizabeth, at the Printing station was of INCREDIBLE help! I had zero idea how to work the fax machine and she walked me through and explained everything. I wish the other woman (short blonde hair, older woman) had helped me as much as Elizabeth did. When I asked her for help she just answered me very rudely and turned away. She definitely shouldn’t be in customer service if she has a problem answering questions or helping customers out.Side note: Clearly this establishment doesn’t care about its reviews or customer satisfaction, hence the lack of management response to the negative reviews.

Love the customer service and friendliness here. Jo at the printing center is awesome she helped me a lot. Definitely only location I will go too.

Worked with their printing department to get some custom invitations done. Design was done from home and they printed them. Very knowledgeable, helpful staff. The invitations turned out beautiful.

Never again will I shop at any staples. Associates are friendly but the store is obviously messed up at a corporate level.

Terrific customer service from Elizabeth in printing! When she realized I had pre-bought invites that the Staples machines could not accommodate, she went out of her way to look up other places that might be able to print them. After I called several places and found out no one else could could print them either, I decided to return the invites and purchase new ones at Staples. Elizabeth went out of her way to find a similar weight card stock, matching envelopes, and worked to fit two invites on one page to make it less expensive. Great customer service like this makes me want to do all my printing at Staples!

Although Staples and its competitors are very similar, I have to give kudos to staples for taking my old electronics- for recycling. So I prefer to shop there!

I was at the tech counter and associate Jason helped me. He was very courteous and made my experience so positive. I came to staples from Office Depot frustrated about a computer issue, talked to him about the situation and he quickly helped me out. Next time I am definitely going to him for all my tech needs. The print team here has been great. Ive come in with some very complicated scan and print orders, and they patiently took a lot of time to work with me to get it right. When I have print needs I always prefer Staples. I get so frustrated at other places. But I have never had a problem here. There is always staff around to help and great customer service. A special shout out to Alicia in the print department. Shes helpful and she knows how to get it right. And Kiara, so patient with me. Thanks, yall. Ill be back.

I typically like coming here, but as of today--will no longer purchase items here (at least for pickup). Asked for something to use instead of my finger to sign tablet (which was absolutely filthy)--no help. Light conversation about using a stylus, hand sanitizer, germs and she says, thats because Im young and in a condescending way! Somewhat offensive, but because Im old, I can forgive.

Several months ago I had the print desk at this location make copies of a packet containing several different documents. When I received the completed copies, I made the mistake of not double checking their work. While going through the documents today, when I needed them, I noticed several missing pages, rendering the entire packet useless and putting me in a bind.

Ample selection of Office and School supplies. Helpful associates with courteous attitude. Conviniently located down the road from The Tutoring Center, Friendswood--great place for K-12 Reading, Math, Writing and Enrichment programs.

Good help here. At times more then one print person is needed for help.
