Greeted at the door and browsed living room furniture awhile, no sales pressure. Ali went out of his way to find the coffee table and end tables we wanted. He moved different ones to see what matched the couch and love seat we chose. Met the store manager Robert as we were wrapping up the transaction. Nice people and had a fun visit. Delivery may be awhile due to global shipping delays, but we got a deal we are happy with.

This is my first time shopping for furniture at Ashleys. I walked in with family and was greeted with a warm welcoming. We went looking for a sofa table but later buying a kitchen table set. The salesman NASA was so great and kind with mannerism. I really appreciate his expertise in sharing and expressing his opinion about the furniture. Im looking forward to continue shopping at Ashleys. Great store and love to atmosphere. They even have a play area for kids. How wonderful.

Ordered furniture on May 2nd and was told my items would be available for delivery in 2-3 weeks. The sales person (Rose) was great at selling and even gave me her number and said any questions or anything give her a call or text. Those 2-4 weeks turned into 4 months with constant calls and messages to Rose with no response at all whatsoever. So much for customer service. After many calls trying to get in contact with a supervisors with promises of getting a call back, that never happened. After 4 months I receive an email saying my all items are ready to ship so I scheduled and received the shipment today. Was missing the mattress. I would have not scheduled knowing not everything was to be delivered. Why was I sent an itemized list saying everything was at the warehouse ready to be delivered and then when they arrived they told me the mattress was at the warehouse but they had to leave for the day and that it would be delivered on another truck that same day. Ok that’s reasonable. I call to see what the time frame is for the mattress and am told it won’t be available for a other week. I took my bed out of the room thinking I would receive my whole bedroom set but now am left without anything to sleep on for another week, or who knows how long because everything always gets pushed back with Ashley furniture. From the begging Ashley furniture practiced deceitful tactics to get a sale and then the headache started. Now the headaches continues. If you are reading this considering Ashley furniture I would most certainly advise to go somewhere else.

I’ve never been inside the store before today 8/20/2021 and I absolutely loved it. I was able to buy my whole living room set. Ian made it so easy, quick and he was super friendly, my husband and kids loved it, we joked around and kids got to play in the play set they have In the store. I will be definitely coming back in no time. Now to wait for the delivery. So exciting.5+ Stars because I’m most likely to come back and I am most likely to refer people.

My closing date for new home was a little over a month out (new built home) and I went in to pick out new furniture to go with it. I was told it would take about 4-6 weeks to receive furniture. That was no problem for us… now it’s been over 12 weeks and they still can’t tell me when ANYTHING will come in… so now I’m stuck in a new home with just a few pieces of furniture. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! You have been warned!!

The service is horrible and no one can seem to fix my problem on an existing account. I do not recommend this store. Promises were made by Eddie White a salesman and not fulfilled! I have been waiting for months for one matter. The managers never returned my calls either. if I’m. not mistaken their names are Robert and Summer. This store is the last place I would go to. I’ve never had problems with Ashley in the past until now.

Service at the actual building was great. We ordered a bed frame, dresser, and two bed boxes. Everything went downhill from there. We were told we would receive our furniture in 3-4 weeks. Didnt receive anything until a month and half later. We were told we were going to receive everything with the first delivery truck. We only got the bed frame and the dresser and one of the dressers leg was broken so we sent it back. From there they told us we would receive both the boxes and the dresser in a month and half MORE. Ok we were fine with it and then that month and half passed and we never got a notification or anything from this company letting us know what was going on with our fully purchased stuff. I had to text and call the company multiple times and they were always rescheduling. Until I one day texted back the company saying that I was gonna ask for the refund if they rescheduled again. After that, I got a completely different type of service, I even got called to confirm delivery date. When we finally got everything delivered, the dresser had a few visible cracks. I do not recommend this company at all.

All they sell here are lies. My elder mother in law was promised she would receive her couch on July 9. It is now August 11th and now she won’t have them for another 4 to 6 weeks. All she asked was for honesty so she could shop elsewhere. She and her husband are over 75 and have been sitting in lawn chairs for a month. Now no one will return her calls. BEWARE THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU THE TRUTH ABOUT DELIVERY DATES!!!!

If possible I would give 0 stars. The worst company I’ve ever bought anything from. I bought a piece of furniture on May 30, 2021 and now it is Oct 09, 2021 and still never received it and when I contact them for customer service and they give me a date on when I will receive it but it’s all lies. I’ve contacted multiple times and they keep lying to us. I’ve spent hours on hold on the phone for just lies after lies. The other furniture that I actually received was damaged and very dirty. I need a manager to give me my furniture ASAP.

UPDATE: Delivery times for furniture from Ashley Furniture is seriously LOOONG. I ordered in July and I’m still waiting on two orders. Some is expected to be delivered in November, the rest of that order might come in January. And another might even take until MAY 2022!!! Before buying anywhere make sure what you want is in stock. This is nuts.Rose Nguyen helped me out tremendously. I came in looking for new furniture for my whole house. But I am NOT good at matching things. I told her which dining room table I really wanted, and we went from there. I even showed her pictures of the house to see if the furniture would look good. Our new house will be an open concept so I wanted everything to look right together. I am very happy with everything we chose. She was so kind and saved me a lot of frustration and likely even disappointment if I had been left on my own. I had a lot of fun!

Great weekend looking for a Sectional for our new place. Searched 4 different furniture stores but Ashley beat them all. Jarvis was especially helpful. He let us browse on our own without hovering and when we were ready had all the info ready for us in minutes. We wanted to look at all our options so we did not purchase that day. Who we saw that no other store could match the deal (even online searches at Wayfair and Overstock) we returned to Ashley. Met Jarvis and had the deal done in minutes. Thanks

After paying for a warranty on a sectional that some of the electronics went out and is no longer available they gave me a store credit to use. We went in and picked the replacement items and they confirmed our credit however they did not apply to my credit they charged to my finance account. Now I am told by customer service I have to get it fixed at store level but no one will answer or return my calls after several tries. Horrible customer service. If the warranty department had not told me I would have not known until I received the finance bill and by then my credit would have expired. Makes you wonder if that was intentional or not.

Very upset! After waiting two cancelled deliveries on their part I had a delivery scheduled today and waited all day and STILL no furniture. I was even proactive and called yesterday to make sure there were no interruptions now no ones answering the phones or nothing! I still wasn’t told when they will send it!? Next time I will go to Rooms to go their customer service is way better! I’m furious because the bed is for my children!

My cousin and I went in the store to buy a mattress. The sale person Conny by nick name, was taking care of us. I tried several mattress before picking the one I wanted. We stated with the credit and the application. Conny told us that. If I wasnt satisfied with the mattress I had a 30 day return. But what she didnt tell me was it was written in the contract that I couldnt return it. She even assured me a couple of times that I could definitely return it. Also why would Conny not sale me a mattress cover if she had told me I would be able to return it. Never mention that to us.The first thing that went wrong was the delivery date and time. because Conny asked me several times if I wanted all my furniture delivered the same day. well the delivery day came. I didnt get a call from the store nor the the warehouse. That my mattress were still not in stock. I waited 2 2/1 weeks sleeping in my couch very uncomfortable. The time and date came up I was told between 4 and 7pm. but they arrived at 1:30pm. I was still at work. I had taken half day off. Well to my surprise I was driving fast enough to get home in order to receive my furniture. Got home and I was only getting the base to my bed, no recliner nor mattress. I first call customer service, as giving them a very hard time. Why wasnt I notified of this. That I would only get the base for my bed. The truck driver had no idea what was going on. They only had orders to deliver my base for the bed. After I called the store and got the manger on the phone I raised hell towards him. He told me the best he could do is refunding me the delivery fee. But never did. People Dont keep their words. Why because they already gotten paid by the credit system. I had tow wait for my recliner and mattress another week. I got everything I had ordered and tried the mattress for a week give it a good try before of thinking of having it exchanged. The mattress is too soft and I sink it and get lost in the mattress. To the extreme that my back is starting to hurt because of the softness. So I went to the store to talk to the manger about it and see if they could finally exchange it. but Eddie was nice but would not guaranteed the exchange. He told me he would do everything possible to see that it get taken care of. at this point I dont think he really did any about it. So there you have guys.... This store is not worth buy from and if you do make sure you get everything recorded! so upset about this. I am stuck with a mattress that I dont even like!

The shopping experience was great, but have yet to receive furniture that was purchased on May 18th. Every time I call to get a projected delivery date, I get a date further in the future. If you want a good shopping experience and no furniture this is your place. If you need actual furniture you should try elsewhere.

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. The wrong desk was delivered to my house. After two different customer service reps we got an exchange scheduled. When the delivery truck arrived two weeks later, they had the correct desk on the truck but wouldnt deliver it to me, because their paperwork was wrong on the desk they were picking up. I drove to the store and spoke to a manager, Robert, and told him I wanted a refund. They wouldnt give me a refund until they picked up the wrong desk they delivered initially. He told me he would call in 1-2 days to confirm pickup. Never called. We did get a text confirmation for a pickup for 5 days later, but apparently that order got lost in the system and there is no pickup scheduled. So incompetent. Will never shop as Ashleys again. Still dont have my refund.

I looked everywhere for an oversized dining table. I wanted to be able to seat 8 comfortably. To my surprise Ashley had the Hillcott Extension Table. Once I was sure of my selection, I called the store and tried to order the table over the phone. I was told repeatedly that a manager would call me. That never happened. I ended up driving to the store the following day. They told me they never take credit cards over the phone. What? Not sure what the run around was about. But I ordered the table and now will wait for it to come in.

**UPDATE**What a disaster of an experience! If I could go back in time and prevent myself from walking into this store, I would. I understand that Covid has disrupted many things but the lack of communication as guaranteed by the service paperwork provided has not been followed at all. Not once have I been updated about my order (we are 8 weeks since order). However, finally I was told, not asked, that one piece of my order would be delivered today. Cool. Progress. WRONG. Do not be swindled by the white glove b.s. My sofa is sitting in a box in my foyer and have been told not one thing by ashley. Ive called corporate, customer service, a manager, my sales rep and not one person has been able to get someone out here to complete delivery. AVOID THIS STORE AND THIS BRAND. There are way too many alternative choices available!Terrific store with friendly staff. Usually, I really hate furniture shopping because it feels like such a pushy or rushed experience. At this store, the opposite is true. Staff gives you space but are ready with answers. Not super pushy. If youre looking for quality and an easy experience without completely destroying your finances, youd be hard pressed to find better than what is here.

The buying experience was great But the wait time was 2 and half months. We got 3 pieces after a month then the last 2 pieces came in several weeks later, not good.The delivery company is horrible and they don’t care about the doing a quality job. They were in such a hurry to drop off the furniture, they carelessly did Not connect the sectional correctly. Ashley Furniture needs to get a better contractor delivery service. I am not pleased, Future Buyers Beware.

Purchased furniture from Webster location, salesman, Jarvisz Jarviz stated that latest delivery date would be five weeks, its been eight weeks now and still waiting. We contacted store location because warehouse stated most of our order had arrived, and that we could expect deliveryin the next couple of days We received call after leaving numerous messages and was told by Jarviz the earliest delivery date would be December 28th...I would not recommend purchases from this location if you need furniture anytime soon.

I previously brought furniture with the extended warranty here but could not use warranty because every time I called with a problem I was told it was not covered under the warranty. So I waited 5 years so I could used the No use no lose I went to the store on 1/28/21 to look at sofas. I found 1 I liked and was initially told it was available for delivery on 2/1, great!!! But then I said I wasnt paying for sofa I was going to use the no use no lose suddenly sofa was not available for 2/1 anymore and they would have to verify that I never used credit. I was told someone would email or call. Did not hear from anyone for almost a week so I called to follow up on 2/2 and was told someone would call me back. I was then told credit was verified but I needed to come in to pay the difference because unable to pay over phone. So I went in on 2/4 to pay and was told estimate time of delivery was 6-8 weeks, hopefully sooner. Called today to follow up and was told item on back order with new estimated delivery of 5/18. The sofa I wanted was brand new item to the store, both sales associates said so and plus it was so new it didnt even have an item tag with pricing on it yet. I found it interesting that this sofa is back ordered still. Very disappointed and will not be returning. Im just waiting because Im not wasting my money that I paid for useless warranty.Update 3/30Received response from seller. Going to email as requested and see if a sooner delivery date can happen or some other resolution. Ill keep you posted.

Buyer beware! Bought four pieces of furniture less than 1 year ago. Took approximately 2 months to receive them via delivery. Looked nice and I was very pleased with the find.However, have had unresolved problems with two of the pieces of furniture for duration of owning them. Tried to overlook the issues but when the bed is literally falling apart after a year, I had enough and called the Customer Service number.On the phone for an hour with a gentleman who offered to make repairs and eventually offer exchange for same bed. I was not totally pleased with these options but agreed to the replacement....he then “couldn’t hear me” on the line and ended the call. I had sent him 2 emails with the requested photos of damaged bed/night stand during the call.After call was “dropped” I heard nothing and called back after 2 days. The request had been deleted along with the photos...”customer service” agent quickly became defensive and stated there couldn’t be a defect with the furniture if I’d had it for almost a year (it has not been a year-and should it fall apart in a year anyway I asked?)...and told me to claim on 5 year warranty. Asked to speak with manager and I mentioned having to screw pieces together from literally sitting on the bed...she immediately said ANY adjustments to the product, including putting a screw back, voided the warranty. No remorse from any of these parties, no admission of poor customer service practices, no admission of product quality (or lack there of) and total lack of respect and responsibility on this...Did I wait too long to call? Could have been sooner, yes, but I was so happy to have a bed after 2 months I tried to make it work. Never again.On that note I still have multiple pieces of furniture to purchase and NOT from Ashley!3 weeks later update- it appears the owner responded here asking to make things right. Weeks of emails back and forth and nothing...I am starting to think they are trying to spite me as they literally email re-asking the same questions over and over...only to do nothing. Wow.

I can’t give zero to this place but they don’t even deserve a one.The personal lacks training at every level.At the time of my purchase my husband and I were very understanding of a new hired that didn’t even know how to complete a purchase order.I had very specific needs regarding time of delivery dependent on my job. They never listened and didn’t provide factual information regarding what they had in stock or issues with the manufacture.They failed to communicate regarding delays in my purchase. They provided one estimate for an initial delivery only to fail and then told me that hopefully I will get my furniture 4 days. HOPEFULLY.I reached them by text hoping for an actual answer or to be able to cancel my order. They failed again.I drove to the store and I was told by the manager that every furniture store is suffering delays without acknowledging the poor communication or their internal issue with the manufacturer.This was my first and last experience with Ashley.The delays would not be an issue if I wasn’t lie to begin with. After 3 weeks of waiting, telling me this is a common issue among furniture store was lack of professionalism.

I purchased a very expensive sectional and was told there would be a 4 week delivery time. Cool, I can wait for that. 2 weeks later I get an update that it will be another 13 weeks before I will get my couch. This would now be a 15 week wait for a couch.I asked if I can cancel the order and get a refund. I was met with a 25% cancellation fee and told that delivery dates are only estimates. The employees trash talk other furniture stores in the area and straight up lie about delivery dates. Then they want to steal money to cancel an order that they can’t deliver within a timeframe they agreed upon.I will never use Ashley furniture again and I’ll never refer this company to anyone. This place is the absolute worst.

It’s been a month since I made an online purchase. They gave me a delivery date, but when they day came, I never received my delivery. Really bad customer service. It’s hard to get a hold of someone, then when you do, they keep telling you to call different phone numbers. Not friendly, and they all sound uncertain. Still have no idea when my purchase will be delivered.I would not recommend this company at all.UPDATE: I finally got another phone number to call to get my order cancelled. Took about 30 mins on phone, but thankfully, my order has been cancelled. I immediately ordered from a different furniture company, it will be here within a week.Glad I was able to cancel my order. Wish I would have originally gone with another furniture company, so I wouldn’t have wasted a month. Would not recommend this company, and will not ever attempt to use in future.

First off, all of the sales representatives are so nice and very helpful. Once in particular helped me a lot and his is Dion. I would definitely suggest having him as your representative. The paper work did have a few errors but Dion fixed every issue and more. I am lucky to have come across ashley furniture and super excited for my shipment.

Purchased a mattress and box springs at the beginning of March and was told it would take a couple of weeks. 6 weeks later, still no answer as to when I will actually receive so I cancelled. Now 2 weeks later and still have not received refund nor can I get the store manager to return my calls. Used to really like Ashley but after this experience I can say we won’t be returning.

Beware!! Do not buy at any Ashley furniture store ever. If I could give a lower rating I would.We ordered furniture back in January and they told us what we wanted was in stock and delivery would be max 4 weeks. We were fine with it at first because we were in no rush to get them. Now it is just ridiculous. Every time we call to get an update, it is postponed further and further. Estimated date is now July!! They keep blaming it on covid but every other furniture store is still delivering on time. Or they straight up tell you what they have and when they have it. No bs to make a sale.We can’t even cancel our order and go anywhere else because they messed up our credit and we are dealing with identity theft because the sales man didn’t seem to care about his job and paid little attention to the spelling of the name or he never verified info was corrected before submitting info.Definitely not number 1 furniture store in America!

Our Sales Associate Jarviz was very helpful!Update: They will sell you items and give you an estimated delivery date that changes every time you call. Beware of constant lies! I purchased a kitchen table along with matching bar stool chairs for my new home in November 2020. I have been told repeatedly that the chairs are on back order and the date keeps getting pushed back. I’m now being told they don’t know when my order will be in. If an item is on back order to this extent, then why is it still showcased on your floor? I went to another Ashley Furniture location to see if they could help. When speaking with them I was told that my order had been canceled! They said that’s what happens when an order is past 6 months of purchasing! I have not been told this information from this location (Bay Area), which is where I purchased them from! I have not received a refund! I have not neglected my order for 6 months! I have called multiple times and been given the run around. After reading reviews from other customers at this location, It seems this is a common issue! And they don’t care because they have your money while your left with lies and no deliveries in your future! My kids should have a place to sit and enjoy their meals months ago. I have been patient and understanding that COVID has slowed things down. But this is beyond a COVID processing issue! This is lack of customer care & honesty!

Do not shop here unless you want to be disappointed. Not the cheapest, not the nicest stuff around, but I found a table I liked at a decent price. After 3 failed deliveries (missing parts, missing the table, etc.) I had to cancel my order. Not the first time I’ve had issues with Ashley. I will not be doing business here in the future and I recommend you don’t either.

Horrible customer service when you have defective product delivered. They don’t answer the phone at the store and the after sales customer service on the phone will hang up on you when you ask for them to replace the defective product. 5 days and still no response from them.

Ashley Furniture is were I have bought all my furniture! Living room, dining room, and bedroom. They have been great, until recently. Bought a sectional back in April. We new before purchasing it would be a six week wait. We were told we would receive a call every week with and update-Didnt happen. Once all or our pieces were in stock we were giving a delivery date (Saturday August 7th) we gave away all our living room furniture to those in need o ly to find out the have us THE WRONG DATE! It wont be delivered until the 14th! So a week with no living room Furniture a baby shower to host this Sunday- the 8th at our house with no living room furniture..this has been the worst experience EVER!
