My wife and I were in the market for a new mattress and also wanted an adjustable base. We had been doing research on what was available when we received the recent Presidents Day Sale flyer from Mattress 1 One. Since we already knew what we wanted, we decided to check out the store. We were greeted by Nick and given free rein to look around. We found the mattress we wanted along with the adjustable base. Nick gave us a great deal on the combo, saving us nearly a $1000 on the price compared to other places. We also got free pillows and the free TV deal. Delivery was also included. The only problem we had was that our mattress was back-ordered. We had to wait over two weeks before getting the bed. Of course, this was no fault of Nicks, but Mattress 1 One would be better if they provided more accurate estimates on their inventory. Overall it was a fairly painless experience and we will definitely buy again with Nick the next time we need a new bed.

We had a great experience, we came in with our 3 year old and 3 month daughters and we were able to find a mattress within maybe 15 minutes and we got a king mattress for the price of a twin, so we paid about $1100 for a $2500 mattress because of a sale that was happening. We bought the mattress Saturday and it was delivered Monday no problem. Overall probably going to buy my daughters mattresses there when they need bigger beds.

My husband and I went mattress shopping because we got a flyer in the mail from Mattress One. We were long overdo for a new set, and were a bit overwhelmed with all the selections out there. Nick walked us through our options, gave us a store coupon to use that saved us hundreds of dollars, and even sold us some pillows that were in store at a huge discount. We had a great experience at Mattress One. Ask for Nick when you go, he wont steer you wrong. BTW--received our bed yesterday and absolutely love it!!

I will NEVER buy from here. Rip off. My husband and I went to purchase a King size mattress to replace the one we have. The sale was any size for price of twin. Bout time the salesman (Byron) finished, it was $5**.**. It was a Monday night and he set it up to be delivered on Thursday. No call, no show. He said that the driver will call 1 hour before delivery. Between 8am-8pm. At 740pn husband called Store, and talked to this rude saleswoman (Brittany). Told my husband that it wasnt up for delivery and that he was supposed to call and schedule it. He asked for a manager and she said she was the only one there and hung up in his face. Got in car to try to catch the store open and get money back. She closed the store before 8pm. Took 7 days to get refund. They thought we didnt want to wait for refund and was trying to give us a mattress cover and a pillow with free delivery. We still said no thanks. Customer service was rude, salesman and saleswoman was rude. Will NEVER go back to any of their stores.

My husband and I went into the store because of a flyer in the window for a $299 queen pillow top mattress, we liked it paid for it and also added delivery, that process was easy. The hard part comes because the mattress was suppose to be delivered today between 10am-8pm. well its 7:37pm and no call from any truck driver no knowing where the mattress is. MY husband calls the guy we bought it from Nick and he tells him that it may still be on the way, we call delivery driver, (number provided by nick) and he says he doesnt have our mattress on his truck to call where we bought it back. Nick tells us somewhere Somebody entered the information wrong and that there was a mixup. Of course thats inconvenient to us and we would like a refund on the delivery charge $25.Nick says to wait now and extra day to see what warehouse has for us tomorrow, now we have no mattress and no information to even work with. Nick says that the company is fairly new but if this is the way they treat their customers i wont be shopping here again. The crazy part is the store is like 7 minutes from our home and the warehouse is somewhere about 1 and a half hour away.BACK AGAINThe next day y mattress was delivered at the top of the morning and I was offered my delivery charge back so that does make it better. I am happy that they did try to reconcile the situation to make me the customer happy. I WOULD SHOP HERE AGAIN
