George is the best salesman ever. Friendly and doesnt try to oversell or upsell you on something you dont need. I bought my moms mattress, my mattress and frame. I will buy the rest of my set here as well. I recommend this store to anyone. I am a big guy so quality matters, the furniture is great. The price is excellent. Shpipping can get a bit frustrating, but that is the suppliers fault not the store.

If I could give 0 stars I would.They have a no refund policy and did not disclose this before the sale. We were looking for a mattress and bed frame. Found a mattress we liked but not the frame we were looking for. The salesman, Mark, told us that in 20 years of selling this mattress he “has never had anyone return one”. Knowing that we were going to check some other stores to see if we could find the frame we were looking for he told us he was going to write it up and we could pick it up whenever we wanted. We went ahead and gave them $500 and left to check the other store for what we were looking for. I called back about an hour later to inform him we found what we were looking for and asked about a refund. He then point blank so NO. The sale is final and no refunds even though the mattress was still there and we did not fully pay for it. He was very misleading when he said he has never had anyone return one. It’s kinda hard to return something when there is a no refund policy you don’t tell your customers about.

Bad experience, mattress not the same quality i bought as displayed in store,hard as a rock..salesman told me later take some ibrupropen for a couple of weeks till mattress breaks in yea right!!took back exchanged for memory foam type felt nice and firm in store, got it home and sitting on the edge the back of your legs sink to the side rails of the bed..called back for another attempt for another try and manager Chuck refused to take it back after only 2 days, ask for owners number, refused to provide it..... stay away from this place .......you buy it you keep it, even though you cover with the required mattress cover

2/13/18 7pm came in to purchase a mattress, the guy was pushy MIKE kept trying to persuade me no one was in the store that should have been my 1st sign to run!. He NEVER went over any store policy. ( when i told him that he never went over the policy he told me the sign was hanging up The next day I called to tell him i didnt want the mattress, the mattress didnt leave the store he told me i brought the mattress and it was mine and if i returned the mattress i would be charged a restocking fee i spoke to the manager (nick i believe) and he was no different a jerk (im being nice by using that word) the manager was super rude and told me if i dispute the charges it will be nasty for the both of us, basically tried to threaten/bully me into getting the mattress. it seems like they are hard up for cash. im pretty sure they dont sell many mattresses there were a million of them in the back lol they are overcharging i found the same mattress for 1/2 of the price they tried to sell it for HALF! and their mattresses arent brand names. DONT SHOP HERE, GO TO A BRAND NAME STORE. THEY ARE CROOKS . I went to mattress 1 and got a top quality mattress
