I went in for a bumper repair estimate, I met with Brett not only was he super helpful he was knowledgeable. All my contact with the collision center staff was great. From the quick turn around of the repairs and the updates. When picking up my car a gentleman helped me load up my items in the back of my car from the rental. Would definitely recommend for the great job and the service quality. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!
I called to get the oil changed on our 2014 buick lacrosse, that we purchased used from Cascade Chevrolet in Wenatchee, WA. They did not have an open time but said we could drop it off and they would work it in. And they did! Cost was about what we would pay at a quick oil change place and they also did an inspection on the car. Very happy, will return.
As always Mark W. is great to work with. I feel confident that my vehicles are taken care of, and the work is performed to the highest standards. This service was for my wife’s vehicle so trusting who works on it is important since her and my children ride majority of the time in this vehicle.

I took my car to your service center to have 3 things done oil change,hitch put on and for a recall on the Jack. They said it would take 1 day after a week I got my car back. Got home checked my Jack the next day and I found no Jack in my car. You took the old one and didnt give me one to replace it. Im not happy Im really not sure you did the other things at this point

While we were on the road with our 5th Wheel, we had issues with our truck trailer brake system. Cascade Auto Center took us under short notice, found the issue, repaired it and we were back on the road. We are extremely appreciative of their kindness and expertise.
I made an appointment for my Chevy Cruze to get its 30/60/90 maintenance on Monday, August 2nd. The Saturday prior, I dropped my eyes off so they could get to my car as early as possible. As my appointment was scheduled at 7:45, the thought was I could get my car back around 1PM, and drive back to Bellevue for an important meeting the next day. This did not happen. By the time I called on Monday at 9:45, I was put to voicemail from someone answering the phone, not knowing where my car was. After taking an Uber ride to the dealership at 11:45, it was revealed to me that they lost my keys, and did not start working on my car until after 12 PM. A full 4 hours after I had scheduled my appointment. On top of this, I called multiple times to see when it would be done. The first time I was quoted, I was told $700-$800 and it would be done at 4:00 PM. This was not the case. I had to wait until 5:00, and I paid over $1000. If there were a situation at my job where I came over my estimates in both time and money, I would be fired. On top of the lack of communication by your staff, my car also needed a fix AFTER I got it back. When I drove my car off the lot, I had acceleration problems, my car was shaking, and it was making a creaking sound. It took an additional 30 minutes for someone to fix it due to the incompetency of the mechanic working on my car. As a quick fix, someone working there decided it was a suitable fix to give me 2 free oil changes over the next year for their lack of communication and effort. This is unacceptable. The time I had lost was worth more than the absurd amount you all charge for an oil change. On top of that, I live in Bellevue and only came to Cascade because it was convenient at the time. I had purchased my 2014 Chevy Cruze from you all back in 2014, and this has me considering never returning for maintenance, or to buy any additional cars. Not only will I never recommend going to Cascade Auto, I do not know if I can recommend buying Chevy after this experience.
Employees were kind which is ultimately the reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1; however, the time frames for completion were pushed out 4 times. Turning a 2 week time frame into a month.( I took my car in on Monday July 5th and didnt get it back until Friday Aug 6th.) I was never offered anything to make the unexpected longer time frame easier, like a rental car. I even asked about them providing one and was told they were all out, but they could call the person who handles those and see about getting me on a waiting list and that I should get a call about it the following Monday. I never received the call for a rental. And I dont understand why they didnt put me on the waitlist from day one. Speaking of calls, I only received a call 1 out of the 4 times that they knew the time frame needed to be pushed out. Every other time I had to call to see what was going on. The best answers I got when I did call was I wish I could give you a different answer, and yeah, your car is on the late list.... Like many people I rely on my car for work, and having a 2 week time frame turn into a month with no effort for communication and no attempts to make my situation easier is completely unexceptable. Honestly, it was unexpected. Ive only had Chevy cars and this was just such a disheartening experience with Chevy as a whole that overall tainted my view. If at any point any employee had taken the initiative to reach out to me to tell me they gave a bad time frame, or to try to offer something to eleviate the burden I was going through I would be a more satisfied customer. As it stands all Im left with is a bad experience and, I wish I had a different answer for you.

Take my Chevy to do a olí change and told them that if they can do the tire rotation I was there they din’t do the rotation till I ask them they said the tech couldn’t find the wheel lock they never asked me or anything plus they told me 2 hours they take 3 hoy to get my truck done
The dealership is great; however, the design of the product makes it so expensive to maintain. An exterior lamp in the outside mirror worth about $25 and cost me $150 had to be installed in the mirror requiring disassembly of the mirror, costing me $250. So a job that I should have been able to do for a total cost of about $25 ended up costing me $400. THAT MAKES ME MAD!!!
Everything went seamlessly! All of the staff were very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. 5 out of 5 stars is how I would rate my experience and will not hesitate to recommend others to the dealership.
I sold the car back to gm 2 months ago. Remember when you had an employee state the person handling buybacks was waiting on his covid test?You obviously need to update your Carfax system.

I recently had the (unfortunate) opportunity to experience the service level of Cascade Auto Center, and it was excellent! I was on vacation, towing a thirty-foot travel trailer when I lost power in my 2009 GMC 3500 diesel pick up truck. Fortunately, I was 4 miles from Cascade and was able to limp my vehicle to their garage. I explained my situation, having my 88 year old dad in the vehicle with his oxygen tank on reserve, and they immediately got my vehicle in for inspection. Within thirty minutes they had diagnosed the issue, two kinked fuel lines (poor choice of hoses by GM). The good news was that they could fix them, the bad news, was not until the next day. I was able to send my dad home, 250 miles away, in one of our other vehicles, so I didnt have to worry about him. I then got a hotel room for the night, across the street from Cascade. My mechanic, Nick, said that he would come in at 5:30 am to fix my vehicle, so they opened up the shop for him the next day and he had me on the road in a few hours. You just dont see this level of service that much and when you do, it needs to be recognized! Both Nick and Rodney took great care of me and they should be acknowledged for the above and beyond service. Thank you both!!

For 25 years, I have been bringing my cars to Cascade Autocenter. Now, my daughters and their families do as well. Cascades work is more than expected and the cost of repair fair. But, most any dealership can and should provide these tangibles. What separates the Cascade experience from the others, is the people who work there and the family-like environment they have created. I, and my family, are welcomed warmly and treated fairly. For this, and other good reasons, is why they rate 5-Stars and land a perfect 10 for me and the extended Carlson clan!

Hello Wenatchee valley I don’t recommend anyone taking there car to cascade auto body shop I took my car in after getting in a collision they honestly did a horrible job they didn’t even color match my car my car ended up being in worste shape than what it came in!!! I don’t recommend these people!
Love, love, love their communication! I brought my car to the body shop to repair hail damage. It was an extensive job but I was kept in the loop every few days, which is awesome. All the dings were fixed fantastically and it looks like a brand new car!
I went to the parts department for items for my older truck. The parts were discontinued but the young man searched the entire United States for the items I need!! He located both parts in 2 different states for me going the extra mile to be sure!! I call that GREAT SERVICE!!!

Literally 1 of 2 licensed GMC/Chevy service centers in the valley so when you need something done right youre quite limited between the two that each charge premium prices for the simplest of services. Being mechanically inclined isnt anything special so when you do the work yourself essentially you will save over 200% part:service price ratio. Using them as a parts provider occasionally you come across a question needing answering, dont assume your purchase comes with customer service as the mechanics are more than likely to hang up before they get too in depth with there answer. This is not what youd expect from a small town Wenatchee isnt what it used to be.
Just bought our third Subaru. Tony, Ted, and Allen were polite, friendly, and as helpful as possible given Covid-19 restrictions. Received a couple of extra value items as loyal customers, plus an unusual package specially designed by the owner for all new car buyers. If we ever replace this car, well probably go there again. Nice people!

Terrible experience! I scheduled an appointment for 9:30am but never was contacted by anyone with an update until I called. I called at 1pm and a little before 4pm. Then someone finally called (returning my call), and this was at 4pm. Thats six and a half hours and this was only for a diagnostic, and not even a repair. Why schedule appointments if youre not going to honor the appointment but push you to the back of the line. I was also told they would change my tires to Winter tires when I dropped it off. I asked if they could and was told yes, but my tires were never changed. Why say yes if youre not going to do it The! The person who called me at the end of the day was someone I wasnt working with because the person I was working with left without contacting me, and never contacted me before leaving. So I will never do business there again, ever! Such horrible service, horrible!

My experience was okay. When I was told my car was inspected and damaged on the truck upon delivery, I believed my car had been “inspected”. I then noticed the left side of the car had a completely different trim package than the right side of the car. I am disappointed that the “damage” is less than 3 inches from the “different” trim and yet the trim wasn’t noticed upon inspection. It makes me question what else wasn’t noticed upon inspection? Chevrolet should be notified that their quality assurance was not met prior to this car getting to the dealer and ultimately to the consumer.

I bought a truck sight unseen from all the way across the country via the internet and the truck surpassed my expectations. One of the reasons I switched to driving a ford was the service departments in my area. I have a long history of GM cars and trucks, the last 10 years or so the service has sucked! I enjoyed Roman, the salesman...very polite and listened to what i wanted and worked hard to help. I just didnt want to deal with getting truck worked on there!
Excellent service from the body shop. Tim took extra time to explain (in detail) everything that needed to be done and Justine in customer care kept me posted on what was going on when there was a delay. Best part... Car looked GREAT and was washed and detailed on the inside upon pickup. They will be highly recommended by me.
Jamie Dunn Assistant Service Manager goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want for your car issues. She is a detail person and explained to me what my cars needs were, things to look out for, upkeep, etc. Jamie is amazing to work with. I will trust my car in her hands anytime! Oh...by the way, if your electronics on your radio get messed up...she is the go to person. Again....I say Jamie Dunn is amazing!

I have had my 1997 Tahoe serviced several times at Cascade Service so when it was time to buy a new vehicle, there was no doubt where to go.The purchase of our new vehicle was an exceptional experience. The sales department met us at the door, introduced us to Bill Miller who made the purchasing experience easy, fast and thorough with no pressure. After the purchase Bill facilitated service of after market purchases including pickup from an off site vendor. The parts department helped us with the same professionalism as sales and service. Cascade has it right, internal and external seamless communication,on time delivery, and fantastic customer service!
Great customer service, explained well my needs for the vehicle, no pressure to have the work done, they let the customer decide based on the information they give the customer. They give a ride back to home while my car is being serviced (and also back to the dealership to get my vehicle), offered a free rental car if I needed it, trusted me to come back to make the payment the next day after I picked up the car in the lot after hours. They have good chocolate chip cookies and snickerdoodle cookies. They have always been very accommodating.
Great place low pressure sales didnt try and sell me anything out of my price range. In fact they pointed me towards cheaper cars that I could safely afford. Awesome price for oil change and service as well. Will go back for sure and recommend everybody.

I would give 5 stars to Randy Roberts sales consultant. Not only does he have a lot of class, is knowledgeable on the vehicle we wanted to purchase, he followed through on his promise to get us a second key for the newly purchased used vehicle. When he wasnt able to get a key from the previous owner he purchased one wholesale. This was very much appreciated as a new key would have cost us $300. I would definitely seek him out to purchase another vehicle.I found the financial person to be very courteous. He was efficient at the same time patient in explaining each document before we signed.The reason Cascade Auto does not have five stars is the due to the rudeness of the sales manager. He was the only person at Cascade Auto I encountered the day I purchased the car that did not stand up and introduce himself. Instead he sat in his chair was very arrogant and trashed the sales consultant in front of me. I went away appalled, and was planning on writing a letter about his behavior but your request for public feedback saved me the cost of postage. When I shared this story with others in our community I found that he has behaved this way in front of other customers.
As of 6/7/19 Ive been notified that they no longer perform work on Mazda vehicles. Other than that, the service department rocks and the sales team is friendly if not always knowledgeable or good at following up. Normal dealer stuff.

I have used Cascade Body Shop for several repairs ranging from minor to major. My experience is they have excellent people, do what they say, have very fair prices for repairs, and only do what is necessary. Both Tim Clark and Dirk Fowler are excellent in evaluating repairs and also do those simple things like returning phone calls.
My sales persons name is Leon. I felt that he did an exceptional job finding the exact car I requested and giving me a great price. I was very pleased with the time and attention he gave me to make sure that I was aware of all the functions of the car and that I understood how to use them. He followed up to make sure that I was satisfied with my car and if I had any questions. He also made it very clear that I could call him anytime if I had a question. He gave me his cell number to make it easy. The financing department made the process very quick and simple.I feel Cascade Subaru gave me truly exceptional service.I love my new Subaru Outback.

I recently bought a used car here. Two years old. I wont bore anyone w/ the long version of my sob story, but in four months Ive had the vehicle in four times, once overnight, for a problem that no one in the service dept was able to figure out, and that should have been taken care of before the vehicle was sold. The last time I was in, I was told the problem had been resolved, but as I pulled out of the parking lot it became abundantly clear that I had been lied to and charged hundreds of dollars for Im not sure what. Parts were replaced unnecessarily and my time and money was wasted. I understand this place has a decent reputation, but my experience was anything but decent and I wont be recommending anyone purchase a vehicle here.
By taking my Chevrolet car to my local dealership, I feel confident that they will give it the best care possible using GM approved materials, serviced by GM certified technicians.
Everyone made it very easy to purchase our vehicle. They were great to work with and we would definately buy another vehicle from them. The whole purchase process was very seamless and easy.
My story, although lengthy in time span, ends with an overall positive result. Beginning in the spring of 2013 we experienced several (electrical) problems with our 2012 Equinox. After multiple visits to your Service Center and a considerable amount of time you were able to resolve many of the problems. However, some problems remain, one of which is a serious safety concern..... headlights going off! Display lights have stayed on with the ignition turned off and key removed, remote entry failed, multiple times of a dead battery and on and on.Throughout the experience we feel Cascade stayed with us and did all in their power to resolve the issues. We discussed going the Lemon Law route to get into a different vehicle and Cascade personnel were willing to work with us and deal with General Motors to get the 2012 Equinox replaced. Bottom line, it has been a lengthy and at times testy experience, we basically are content with the outcome.We were able to get a 2014 Equinox as a replacement. Although the 2014 does have a couple of options we wanted and obviously a couple of years newer, the out of our pocket money to get rid of the 2012 Equinox was more than it should have been. At least now we are comfortable if we go somewhere and dont have to be concerned about getting home before dark.Thanks Scott, Eric, & Bill for working with us through this negative experience and turning it into a positive one.Darryl & Karen
