I bought a 2014 Kia SorentoFrom This sleazy dealership called Autoplex,2000 miles in one year later the engine blows,put new engine from them for $5,500, the service manager Super sleazy and very rude,I do not recommend this sleaze Plex Autoplex to buy a car you will get ripped off

I was sold a lemon. I took it in for repairs twice and paid over $1500 to fix it. Now its down again and no car dealership wants the car for a trade in and I still owe $7000 on a car that is not drivable. Ive contacted Marvin from Wenatchee Autoplex and he has stopped communicating with me. I had to pay over $300 for a rental to go to my interviews out of state. I have three teenagers, and no family. I got promoted again for a job in Clackamas but will lose that opportunity because of this lemon. As a deaf employee, it is very hard to move up in the career field but I got it and now I have to turn it down because I have no way to get there . I started a GoFundMe so I can get help because Wenatchee Autoplex wont. Marvin complained they lost thousands of dollars, but I am out of $7000 and have no car and no support. Im sure Marvin still has a car to get back and fourth.

The initial purchase experience went fine. At the time it was discovered that the radio control console wasnt working. We signed an agreement that they would repair or replace the radio within 30 days. 2 failed trips to the repair shop (where I took time off and paid for gas) and more than 3 months since I bought the car the problem still hasnt been fixed. I have always been the one to initiate contact. I have been more than patient. Ive sought legal counsel and it looks like a trip to the Ford dealership and small claims court is in my future......

It was nice salesman, but they had no Subaru Foresters that I was looking for. I was told they cannot sell someone within 200 miles of Wenatchee.

The Truck was less expensive than any comparable truck in wenatchee and they gave me top trade in price for my car.

A good vehicle at a good price was told to go back to get a good car detail was really poor done .

I had an appointment for an oil change for my car. My son in law took my car over there for the appointment, we are in Moses Lake. Appointment was for 8, he got stuck behind a truck so he was 17 minutes late. The service department was extremely rude. Instead of hey man your appointment was for 8 am and I took the next one ahead of you. Instead it was, your appointment was for 8 and if you wanna do this it will be a LONG wait. With serious emphasis on long. Like really? No need to be a totally jerk yes I was late my bad. Wheres some customer service. Never again will I purchase from them.

This place has it all ! And its right across the street from the public market the whole family enjoyed this car buying experience and we will tell others great job dave and staff keep up the good work
