They do shady Business. They will sell your car even when you just got the loan for it. Then they have very poor customer service and treat there customers like garbage. The bold heads guy always were sunglasses even when he is talking to you. Like he is hiding the fact he is on something. I would never buy from this place you will never get your money worth.

If I could give 0 stars I would this is THE WORST car dealer ship. We had a car pending to pick up next day and they sold it to someone else. Sale pending and all! Poor customer service!!!! Awful management about getting the car we got a loan for back.

I got an ok deal on a car. But it was certainly a very dangerous situation for anyone that wasnt a car person. His technician lied to me about repairs Eric agreed to make. The work that was done was not done properly. I am in to month 3 of ownership and they are still dropping the ball on getting my plates. I initially had a great experience, but as I have a car that is the most expensive thing I have ever purchased show more problems and the small details Mega was supposed to deal with in a timely matter were not, I will not be a returning customer in the future. I drive 20+ hours a week, I bought a newer car to make my life more comfortable and that is not what happened with the purchase I made at Mega Auto Sales.

Sales guys are inexperienced dont know anything about there own vehicles on the lot.Sales manager isnt helpful either was not willing to to negotiate on price of vehicle after I inspected it and drove it. Vehicle has many cosmetic problems,needs some body work done. And has vary high miles(270k) vehicle was priced 2k over kellybluebook value. Definitely not a good place to buy a vehicle.

One star is five stars too many, I drove almost 3 hours to buy a hummer after negotiating on the phone for a price when I get there the hummer was covered in mud smelled like fish the rims were peeling check engine light was on then they lied to me about replacing an oxygen sensor when all they did was clear all the codes with their computer and gave me a false receipt to a completely different vehicle. They had two days to clean that vehicle knowing I was driving from Seattle. the salesman I spoke to over the phone very nice guy but very dishonest in describing the vehicle to me over the phone even the pictures On the Internet made the vehicle look immaculate when in fact this vehicle had been used abused by the employees. This was absolutely the worst experience in buying a used car I have ever had. If you buy from Miss Car Lot. do your research check the vehicle thoroughly if it is a long drive try lemon squad, they are amazing when they inspect the car I wish I had done that first.

Okay so let me start of by saying that this place is the absolute worst place to go buy a car. About a year ago I bought a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze, first of all the salesperson was very stubborn on the pricing, I tried negotiating a lower price but he wouldnt budge. The price of the car was $8,999 which is way overpriced for the specific car I bought. I didnt do my research and I went ahead and bough this car. The first bad thing is they gave me a high interest rate of 12% APR. This was my first ever car purchase so I didnt know what was a good percentage rate and what is not. These people will Scam & trick you if youre clueless like I was. Second bad thing is the car was already overpriced. A day after buying the car I noticed a weird noise coming from the engine bay, I took it back to the dealership for them to take a look at. They said that it was most likely a bad alternator. they told me that theyd replace it at no cost. The noise kept continuing after that, but I didnt bother anymore. A few months later while I was driving the engine overheated and smoke started coming out of the air vents. I pulled to the side of the road and I waited until It cooled down, I took it back to the dealership for them to check it out. They told me it was a cooling system failure as well as a bad alternator (but they apparently replaced it with a new one a few months back?). They gave me an estimate of $1,200 to get it fixed. They refused to lower the price, instead of finding a solution for this they tried selling me a new car from their lot & having a trade in. I declined and took it to another mechanic which fixed the problem for $400. After that got fixed a few more weeks passed by. I was driving and suddenly my tire pressure alert goes off. I pulled over and my tire was going flat. I put on the spare tire and took it to discount tire. THE TIRES WERE BALD!!! The wires were coming out of the tires at this point. I had driven the car for no more than 2 months. I bought all 4 new tires. These bald tires that came with the car were an extreme safety issue. Roughly a year after buying the car, Im now dealing with a bad catalytic converter, bad turbocharger, faulty engine fan & to my surprise it turns out that one of the engine mounts doesnt even have the bolts to hold it down. The car is now violently vibrating whenever the car is in idle. Please, if youre considering buying a car from this place, dont. This place is the absolute worst with people who will scam you, & sell you am overpriced car they didnt inspect/fix. They will trick you if youre a first time buyer, just like they tricked me. They gave me a high APR, Sold me Gap insurance which I didnt need. I highly suggest you go someplace else. Please learn from my mistakes & dont go here.

I went to go look at cars the other day drove the Toyota Coralla around and noticed the maintenance light come on, I told them about it and the finance guy Francisco said they just needed to reprogram it, but the other guy working there said it might need an oil change but I have to take the car today and bring it back to get it fixed. Then they tried to say even though I have 700+ credit that that doesn’t matter my monthly payments are still going to be high. Be careful buying through them it seems like they scam u with cars that have issues.

Transmission started going out after 9 months of having it. First car I’ve ever bought. All my own money. Go to town Nissan instead

We found the exact truck online at Mega Auto Sales that we had been looking for. Only tough part is that Mega is 3 hours away from where we live. After heading over to test drive it on the way through town for a trip, we decided to buy it. We were a bit apprehensive since we arent from the area and knew nothing about the dealership. The crew at Mega made the buying process simple. We had to rely on trust and taking their word on a lot of things and in the end everything worked out great. They are honest and trustworthy and great to work with. Communication was wonderful and our bank even said the same about them. Horrible experience. They lure you in with claims of no down payment then hit you with down payment required. Sold me a substandard vehicle and refused to make it right. It stopped running after owning it 3 weeks. Save yourself the headache and find an honest dealer

I would not buy a car from them!! My husband and I were looking at a car on their lot, and put a $500 deposit to make sure the car didnt get sold, then we drove an hour and a half to get up there, and when we got there, the salesman wreaked of alcohol, and the car didnt have anything the website said it did. We decided to look at other dealerships in the area, and found another car somewhere else, so we went back to Mega to get our deposit back, and they didnt want to give it back to us. My husband talked to the OWNER who said they couldnt write a check until the morning when their accountant got back. We will never come back to Mega, it was a very unprofessional busines .

They sold me a car that has the ac compressor going out right away(which they didnt tell me about) . Ive had the car for about 3 weeks and I took it to them, and they are charging me over $700 to fix it, after telling me it runs great and has great ac when I bought it. I do not recommend going to mega at all.

Just purchased a vehicle there on the 3rd. Unfortunately the car has some issues and I live 90 Miles away from Wenatchee and the car periodically stops accelerating while driving down the road. They were going to come pick the car up and then called and said theyre mechanic quit, then this morning said that one of their mechanics quit. Which is it? Also, I am supposed to pay for these issues that they didnt even know about and I cant even drive my car but still have to make payments on it? NOT PLEASED.

Terrible! Bought a car and it worked great for 2 weeks before it broke down. I have fixed multiple problems already like the alternator and the throttle body. Fast forward a couple months and the car has lost complete power, it shakes and it wont accelerate when i press the gas. I took it to a mechanic and they dont know what the problem is yet but they found very dirty work done on the engine. They found a rod used to pull a cable forward. Not surprised due to the fact that a mechanic that works there has lost his business for dirty work. Spent over 10k for a car that hardly works! I have been constantly giving the car maintance but it seems like its no use with a new problem coming up every few weeks. I have heard alot of other people who have had to fix the vehicles they purchased very soon after buying. My dad bought a truck from them the same day i bought the car and he had to fix the entire TRANSMISSION! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE IS MY ADVICE!
