My friend wanted to get a phone off of contract and we went in there 30 minutes before closed. the lady was extremely nice, assisted him finding the correct phone to work with the plan that he was interested in and stayed a good 10 minutes after they were closing and was completely nice and polite through the entire process.

Worst experience Ive had with boost mobile. The lady in the front didnt explain much when charging me and ended up charging me 20 dollars more for accessories which I didnt get. I went to another location and they told me I was only supposed to be charge 150 and not 170. She didnt even mention charging the insurance on the phone only after my husband went in asking for a receipt of all that was charged, she mentioned that we can take it off but only after getting the money of course.
