I got warranty on my controller and it broke so I took it over there and they said they i cant get another one even tho they said even if i destroyed it we would be able to get a new one

I love coming here and just browsing when I don’t have money. Which turns out working against me because I’ll end up using the little money I have on their amazing large pop collection. There is also an amazing staff here just sad that Mando is gone to another location. Used to love showing up and talking games with Mondo. #funkoaddict

The employees are very helpful and always give great recommendations. If you are wanting to get your kids the latest games this is the place...dont do digital downloads, my boys always collect their older games and trade them in for credit towards new games!

Was told to come back later to pick up a game on its launch day because they hadnt put it into their system yet. You guys open at noon, you couldnt of done that earlier? Wasted my lunch hour there.

I always have a great experience at game stop. The only thing is I wish they would update their store hours. I went by on a Saturday around 9:00 PM. As Im about to enter an associate locks the door because it is closing time. The times online specifically say 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM on Saturdays. I wish I didnt have to waste my time and gas.

9/10 When I go it seems as if the cashiers know everything that I would like to know!Its amazing,I believe last week I asked about a game that I was planning to buy and the cashier not only told some tips about the game but he was super helpful when I asked if I should play the games in order or just play the third one and he told me just what I wanted to hear!

Its a good store at buy games and they have good discounts when you trade in a game or use your points(in the app) but the employees hardly helps you to find the game unless you just go to the counter and see if they have it there

Ive been a customer for a long time here, is what most would say but for me its true. Everytime I visit I meet nice people here who are so energetic and give full knowledge and game advice! I remember Johnny being one of the 3 that I have had help with chosing games or branching into new genres. I dont remember the girls name but she was helpful in helping me choose my next console! Awsome place!

Purchased a used xbox one wired controller. Came with a faulty wire, LS was out of place, and from how it looks it was never cleaned after was sold to Gamestop. Disgusting

The Weslaco crew is knowledgable and cheerful and friendly. They are definitely underpaid. So long as you dont bring up the war. Dont ever mention the war.

This GameStop, like many others, will try their very best to provide you with the assistance on looking for a specific product or even help you with deciding on certain games, theyll even go as far as showing you the trailer for the game through their iPad.

So after seeign the promo for 4 for 40$ as long as the games were 17.99 and under we got pretty excited and got our 4 games afyer verifying through one of their own employee that the pro membership price was good for the deal. All said and donr they ended up wanting to charge us over 77$ worse scam ever. And the cashier was just rude about about after we told her that it was her coworker that gave us the wrong information. Will i continue purchasing at gamestop possibly, defently not that one though. Theres plenty of oyher gamestops and i can choose from any of them. Heck we have internet we can always buy online
