Employees so nice and helpful. Low on some products but not their fault. Tried to find me something suitable

They are always willing to help find and locate products and also transfer products to your store, so you dont have to go out the way.

I use to go to this location frequently and was discriminated against on multiple occasions by one sales associate in particular (not all). There have been times ive walked in and was not greeted, nor asked if I needed help with anything by this person, but someone of a different race walks in seconds after me and is greeted with a smile and helped immediately. Ive gone to check out and she would instead of returning cash to my hand place it on the counter (as if my hand was not there waiting for the change to be handed to me, the same way I handed it to her). She has been very rude and short with me on multiple occasions!!! I refuse to spend my money there especially if she is there. Not all the sales associates are like this. Ive gone and have been greeted by other associates and helped pleasantly, but this sales associate specifically has ALWAYS ruined my experience going there hence why I have stopped frequenting this location. I love cosmoProf and the other associates there but she needs to be tamed and learn to treat everyone equally!!!!

This is my primary location, I go here 80% of the time, the Falls location is my second go to (Depending on where Im at). The ladies on Hwy 100 all know me, and give me the best walk in experience, every time.Im loving the bed head gift set I bought today (Sunday February 18th, 2019). All I had to do was pay .25 cents more for a gift pack of items I already use, but in travel size. Perfect!

I stop in weekly and all the girls that work there are always so much fun to talk to and friendly. Dont let the few bad reviews make you want to go elsewhere. Cant please everyone right? :) keep up the good work ladies!!!

Love the store, and the friendly employees who always say hello and ask if you need anything when you walk in. Today they got 5 stars from me!I called to check if a product was in stock, and it was not. The lady on the line offered to put an order in for me for pick up next week. Now THATS customer service! Glad I called ahead and didnt make a trip.

Representative provided horrible customer service to their customers, being stereotype and made racist comment. I dont understand how anyone should tolerate this level of service. Previous comment posted made it sound like all Asian are not licensed by the state (Stereotype) and his comment on being moronic to enter a shop before it closes. Well, the point is the store is not CLOSED yet!!! In a customer driven environment, I will not tolerate this kind of customer service. Any customer service representative does not have the right to treat their customer this way.

Went in, my stylist forgot her card but luckily the owner of the Salon she works for gave her the ok to use the Salons card. She gave her the 6 digit account #, the representative claimed it needed to be a 13 digit #, and offered to look it up but claimed she could not find it with card holders name or Salon name. We called the salon owner to see if she could provide that 13 digit code and even passed the phone to the rep, before she picked up the phone she rolled her eyes which I thought was rude, it was as if she was annoyed she had to go through all that, at the end she asked for that 6 digit code and was able to look up the account, she really went through all that just to be able to find us in the system after all, I just felt like that whole experience was rude, I would say go to the one on 27th St, heard the girls were a lot friendlier.

Not so friendly, worker didnt even say thank you after purchase. Really, uou need better service at this location.

The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I am a licensed Cosmetologist and you need to be to make chemical purchases here.

Terrible attitude! The lady in the shop asked the Asian customers to get out with a please which didnt sound that polite, rude instead! And its right after she served the other customers nicely with polite attitude.Thats kinda discrimination! Would never visit the shop again!

Friendly professional staff

Very bad altitude. We were there 10 mins before store closing, the lady in the store asked us to show Cosmos card or otherwise GET OUT of the store. There are some other Cosmo store around the area, DONT GO TO THIS ONE.
