Their pharmacy manager doesnt sell clean syringes if they suspect youre an addict. I guess youre supposed to get hepatitis C or some other horrific communicable disease on top of whatever health issues youll get from your addiction. Its disgusting and morally reprehensible.

Everyone from the front counter to the pharmacy (except the pharmacist) were very rude. They were not understaffed, plenty of employees around. It’s even worse when you are not feeling well yourself!

Customer service was great. Has a variety of many products. Medical Supplies, vitamins, pain relievers, cold/cough medicine, crushed, canes, supplements, protein powder and premixed protein drinks. Cold beverages in the cooler section which also has ice cream etc. Greeting cards, make up, skin care products, oral hygiene products, batteries. Has a Photo Center and a Pharmacy with drive through. Everything was clean and well organized. Again employees were great.

Constantly out of drinks in the cooler. Took them over 2 weeks to get the cigarettes filled of our brand. There is a cashier there that is so slow I had to put my things back or I would be late to work. Parking lot is a litter dump. The store should have been remodeled like 10 years ago.

Been a Walgreens customer over 40 years but will never visit this one anymore. Lousy Comunication, Service stinks, Pharmacy charges your insurance before you can pick it up.Should have closed this store before the one on HY 100 and Greenfield Ave.Not going back here, Many other choices in Area and I will be transferring all my business to one of them!

I have been going to Walgreens for 35 years. Walgreens never lets me down. Whether Im in Milwaukee, up in northern or, across the country. I can always get my medications filled with no hassle. The pharmacy and their assistants always go the extra mile and help you get your prescriptions right. Answer all your questions. I Cant see myself ever going to a different Pharmacy then Walgreens.

Normally I receive acceptable service here however today i was told there would be a 20 minute wait for a prescription and yet I’m still here almost one hour later. I’ve literally sat here and was not advised of any hold ups or delays until I walked back up to the counter.No respect for other people’s time ❗️Lack of communication ❗️❗️

I would like to say Thank You VERY much to the gentleman Manager at this Walgreens. While shopping today in store, I dropped $50 dollars. Realized at the register, asked for them to check cameras I lost $$ and the yound lady at photo called her Manager. He came out and said this $50? And gave it to me!! I am soooo lucky and happy to have him find it and that he is a good honest man!! Thank you Walgreens for having him on your team!!

Oh thank GOD for the other cashier. This Walgreens is fairly clean and for the most part the staff is kind and courteous. With that said, I stood in line for five minutes behind only one other customer. What took so long was the cashier, upon scanning each item, would talk incessantly about all kinds of things. While that was happening, a long line on the other register dwindled to nothing and so I just went over there. The cashier on the second register was super fast and efficient all while giving the first cashier disapproving glances. Well at least that isnt the norm at this Walgreens. Id come back. I just would avoid the first cashier if at all possible.

I love the selection of products they have, and the selection of food, greeting cards, kids stuff for a last minute present to buy and fast medicine pick up walgreens is always there. Great customer service.

My store of choice. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and respestful. Prices are fair and competitive. Best pharmacy, knowledgeable of family needs and helpful with heath issues. I can only believe that, grumpy, impatient, and poorly educated clients would post negative remarks. Proving sadly, they do exist!

I had to fill some scripts here because my Pharmacy is out and they Always provide good service is also very clean

Ive been coming to this pharmacy for about a year and a half, picking up my medications monthly. There is almost always a problem with one of the perscriptions sent in from the Doctors office. (At no fault of the pharmacy) this month was especially convoluted, as we were experiancing multiple issues with insurance, lack of communication from my doctors office, and also Walgreens actual supply of a certain med. I was calling back and forth to my doctors office all day, and then around 230pm, Robert, from the pharmacy called me (pretty sure he is one of the pharmacists) and basically told me, that he got everything squared away, after calling my doctors office, my insurance company, and a different Walgreens(to be sure they had my medication in stock) to make sure that I could fill my scripts today. Robert went above & beyond to make sure that I would be able to fill my meds today. I greatly appreciate the amazing customer service. A++ 🙏❤️

The store states they open at 7:00a.m. i walked 2 miles to get here so i could fill a script just to find out yeah the store it self is open but the pharmacy dose NOT open until 8:00a.m. how are you gonna open the store but not all of the store? Makes absolutely no sense at all!!! Walmarts not gonna say they open at 7:00 but you cant buy dishes until 10:30!

This is the worst Walgreens Ive ever been to. The service is slow, they are not customer friendly, and prescriptions take way too long to fill. If an urgent care doctor calls in a prescription for a newborn, it should not take 2 hours to fill. They have nothing but excuses and poor staff quality. Its really too bad this is the closest location to my home. Going forward, I will have to go further away to get my families prescriptions. Not very convenient.

Incompetent workers in the pharmacy. Gave me the WRONG medication I needed for surgery. Dr called in it making it clear what medication was needed. They need to hire people who pay attention to detail instead of slacking off in the back.

I have had nothing but great experiences at this store. The staff is well trained and willing to help.

I just love the way everything is in its place and nothing is on the floor. All in all its the place to go but dont use the pharmacy you will wait over an hour to pick up your prescription even when theres nobody in line ahead of you

Horrible! I went to Walgreens on 84th & Greenfield to pick up a prescription for my 9month old son at 5:35pm, was told at that time the medicine was not ready but are working on it at that time will be ready in 30mins.(half hour) so I thanked them and told them I will come back. Came back at 6:45pm and was told it is not ready yet will be 20mins,if someone pulls behind you (i was currently in drive thru) please pull around. So I waited. 7:15pm told well since you medicine is a partial we dont have one on hand for that needed amount but we do have a OPENED bottle we dont know why its open, and you will have extra amount that you can dispose of it once finished or we can call around and see other walgreen locations may have one hand, I said please check, I dont feel comfortable taking a open bottle you dont know why its open to give to my son.they checked and said we check the computer system and it shows 60th & Hampton ave or 2nd & capitol has it, would you like us to call and see if you can pick it up their... I had time to think how can a legal drug facility sell a open bottle they dont know why its opened and on top of not telling me this at 5:45 pm. When I was there first time, and expect me to drive 20mins around 7:30pm hoping they have it and they will be enough time to get it before closing!

As all other pharmacys they have bugs which have to work out I was very upset the pharmacist went out of her way for my problem and made my problem taken. Thank you Nicole. Thank u so much

Such a hassle getting prescription drugs filled will not come here anymore.
