My husband and I went to INFINITI to take a look at a used Nissan Rogue. When we arrived at the dealership, the woman at the front desk was very nice and went to get a salesperson. Steve approached us and was very helpful. We spoke with him about the vehicle we wanted to look. He had happened to lease it out to another customer whose car was being fixed. He took the time to switch out the vechiles so that we could look at the Rogue. Never have I been to a dealership where they would go out of there way to do that. He was very honest and polite. We have enjoyed working with Steve. We did the financing with John who was also easy to work with, he made purchasing the car quick and easy. When I first arrived at the dealership, I was just trying to learn more about a particular model that is not easy to locate. When I asked who would know most about them, I was introduced to Doug. Doug took time out of his day to sit and chat cars, options, and what to keep an eye out for on my search. While searching for several months, I thought why not call Doug and ask some more questions I had about a car that was at a different dealership. He didnt hesitate to offer advice and even pull information for the one I was looking at in another state.That experience made me realize how much I didnt want to take chances on a dealership that wouldve had to be shipped to me.After several months of looking at various lots, I located an older version of the car I was looking for, that was very well taken care of with low miles. Tim assisted me with the purchase, and has been very attentive to any concerns I had. He even took a lint roller to some dog hair that didnt come off with a vacuum. Great attention to detail that I was expecting.Thanks to you both.

The Infiniti team was amazing. Was beginning the process of replacing my QX70S. Was in for maintenance service with the QX70 and began a conversation about the difference between the Nissan Pathfinder Platinum and the QX60. That lead to seeing one on the lot and thank them for the time to walk me through it. While still waiting for service to be completed, I was approached about a QX60 that had just came in. Talked through options on the trade and before I knew it, was driving off the lot with a different Infiniti than what I arrived in. Amazing people from service to sales and on up. Made the right decision in staying with Infiniti. Great job team.
Not happy with the service provided! They are definitely vultures at prey. If you want to be lied to and have your bill soar to more than double the amount you agreed upon then do business here. If you want a shady mechanic head to Brad in Service hes the man to go to.I was told that after my diagnostic test was complete, whatever recommended service that I got done would be taken off the diagnostic fee. When I came to pick up my vehicle not only did I get a diagnostic fee, I got stiffed with over $250 extra. A $175 bill turned into over $430. Not to mention the miscellaneous fees that were tacked along. (Which was expected)The main problem was being lied to about which services would be covered. I was told any service that was recommended however; when I got there the story changed to the service you initially came in for diagnostics would be the only one covered.I understand times are hard and we are in a pandemic but, lying to take advantage of people is a poor business practice. Ethics and morals should be exhibited.Moral of the story.... if you like being overcharged and taken advantage of then go here.

I redid my review based on my experience with the vehicle and my experience during the times of service. If you don’t have an appointment your service with be hours for a simple oil change. I’ve had many issues with the vehicle though it was apart of the warranty to be fixed but I did get rushed into a loan and a high one at that. I would not come back with to this Infiniti because they try to get you with the prices and if you don’t bargain with the purchase, then you will be ripped off. I am unhappy with my 2017 QX60. I would rather go out my way to Illinois to get service than deal with them. I had better experience at Nissan in metro Milwaukee then here. The vehicle had 24,000 miles on it and with a dent in back vehicle still came out to 38,000 with sticker price at 33,000. Traded a vehicle and put cash down and still comes to the amount I am very disappointed at myself and the sales representative.

On August 30th I bought a new car at Lupient Infiniti in West Allis, WI. My salesman, Steve Martin, was outstanding!!!! He made it easy and actually enjoyable to purchase a car. Mr. Martin was very knowledgeable and also kind. I bought a new Infiniti QX55 which he knew a great deal about even though it is a new model for 2022. Steve was very patient as I was a bit apprehensive about buying the car at first. He was not at all pressuring me. I have not in the past met as good of a salesman as he is. Friendly staff went out of their way to help a distressed traveler. Key fob was going dead and I stopped to get a new battery at the dealer. Service closed on Sat. A salesperson heard my problem and took the time at no expense to me and replaced my battery. What a great gesture on his part helping a passerby. I think if they do this for a stranger they must really kill themselves to help clients and customers

Brad Baranowski has provided outstanding service for several years. He is one of two reasons we only own Infiniti vehicles (the second reason being that we love the brand). He is honest and always reliable.
Beware dealers who cosmetically hide damage on a car while telling you the car has no issues. Tim the Internet manager misled me and now I have $900 expense to repair tailgate scratches. Carvana provides a multi point checklist for quality. Lupient is a throwback to the 80s style car dealers that trick and deceive. Wrote the dealership....no response

My car trunk was not opening or working and the same dealer has fixed it 2 years ago and charged me around 300$. It broke after an year again in 2020 and they said it was minor and fixed it then without charging me. It again stopped in June 2021. I took it to the same dealer and they said its out of warranty they could not fix it and to diagnose it they would charge me $170 which was never charged before on my previous 2 visits and fixes of the same issue.After the diagnosis they said Infiniti doesnt make that part anymore and if I find it myself they can fix it. The whole labor cost for fixing it would be $1500.Now the end game is I took it to a different autoshop and they fixed it by just soldering the wire with an extra wire and it is working as new. And they have done it for free without charging me anything because it was just a piece of cable and 5 mins work.So I paid $170 to the dealer for doing nothing ( I am not sure what kind of diagnostics he did in 20 mins when the broken wire was clearly visible and he had to just connect them with a connector to see if that was the issue for not working ) and was quoted 1500$ for doing a 5 mins job.I always thought Infiniti dealership is the best to goto for any issues with my car and it was true until a year ago, but now I would never goto themThis dealership is a ripoff looks I would get a 2nd opinion for someone else before getting any work done by themResponse to the dealer : 6/21/2021 : It is not about repairing it or not, but charging me $170 for diagnostics which is only removing some tape and seeing that 2 cables are broken, connecting them with a connector to see if it was the issue. Being out of town and having a car breakdown is no fun at all. That being said, we had our vehicle towed to Infiniti Milwaukee the day after Thanksgiving and they got it in to diagnose it immediately. They then had to order a part which delayed our trip but that is not the dealers fault at all. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and work was excellent. Keith was a pleasure to work with. I have never had such terrible service at any dealership Ive been to. The problem that I took my vehicle in for wasnt even addressed and my vehicle sustained damage while it was there. Staff didnt notice. I had to return to the dealership to have it corrected. Such a shame, as I have enjoyed my Infiniti and I am in the market for a new car within a matter of months. I wont be buying from Infiniti Milwaukee. I was treated so poorly that it really made me wonder if they want certain minority groups patronizing their business at all.Not exactly sure what youre attempting to insinuate with your reply, but let me set the record straight. I graduated with honors from Milwaukee School of Engineering in 2008 and have been a registered nurse ever since. I made 6 figures this year, I own my home and last I checked my credit score was 807. Ill never pay for poor service though. There are a multitude of hardworking and deserving mechanics in the area. One of them can get my money. Thanks.
Great to be an Infiniti customer again. This is a dealership that tries everything they can to help you. The car buying experience was top notch and made you feel valued.Even after sale, we had our car stolen soon after. They were willing to help above and beyond, even on a Sunday, to help with the situation (unheard of for a car dealership) . We luckily got our 3 week old/new QX50 back but they had already located an exact replacement to help ease the situation if it was needed.. From sales to finance to management and service they did everything in their power to help. Highly recommend. We will be purchasing our next from Lupient.

I’ve been working with Brad for about 3/4 years now for my Infiniti service needs. He is so friendly, knowledgeable, professional and personable. It’s always a pleasure getting my Infiniti serviced when he’s involved.
Bunch of scammers. They advertised a 2017 QX70 Limited at $31,500...i agreed to pay $31,500 in the sales persons (Heidi) office. I planned to put down about $22k and finance the rest, we get to the finance office and John (short, fat, balding guy) says in order to get the $31,500 price, I can only put down $5k and need to finance the rest at 4.98%. I eventually walked away from the deal because none of that was ever mentioned when negotiating with Heidi. John said he would mail me a $25 gas card for my time and since I drove from Chicago and of course that never came. I bought a 2017 QX70 Limited with less miles and for $32,200 from another dealership a few days later. I put down the $22k I wanted and did financing through the dealership (Capital One) at 2.22%.
Edit as of 5/24/19:I have to withdraw my positive review unfortunately. I cant speak for the entire dealership but Brad dropped the ball on a couple of things post-purchase. I was waiting almost a month for license plates and I called to find out that he never ordered them. He misplaced the title to my trade-in vehicle and I received a call threatening to take my newly purchased vehicle, which they finally straightened out but that was a scare. But what Im most upset about is that Brad blatantly lied to me about the history of the vehicle I purchased. He told me without a doubt that the vehicle just came back from a lease and that was its only use. I even watched him look it up. I just found out today that it was used solely as a rental vehicle. You can argue whether or not that makes it a lesser quality vehicle, but I think its a horrible sales approach to lie about something like that and I would have appreciated knowing the truth when I made my purchase. Theres nothing I can do at this point and overall I enjoy my vehicle (besides having issues with the door latches already and minor body work), but I want future buyers and management to be aware that Brad may not be the most honest and professional sales person to work with.

Biggest waste of time. Zero negotiation and the guy in charge of used cars Scott Dibble wouldn’t even come out of his office to talk. (We were the only customers inside the entire dealership). John (from finance) was no help either, said we’ll drop the price a ‘nickel’ if you finance with us LOL. Would not recommend to a friend or even an enemy.Went to look at a car listed with 9k miles. We get there it has 10,300. Scott from the used car department was ‘demoing’ that car.. other cars listed with that mileage were $4,500 cheaper. Don’t think Scott wanted to give up the car he’d been demoing (the nicest one they had).I’ll take my $35,000 to a dealership that wants to sell a car, rather than let employees drive them.- we also called ahead and had previously asked them numerous questions just to be completely lied to upon arrival. They preached loyalty on the phone, who are you loyal too?Edit: Everything in your power? Scott didnt even leave his office to talk to us. I appreciate the response but it couldnt be more far from the truth.

At a stressful of my father being very ill, my car chose to not start.. I know.. naturally! right?? I got a jump and drove to my long time garage. Told them that I was afraid to turn off the car because it would not start.. they offered me a slot 4 days later!!!! what was i suppose to do let the car run for 4 days??I call Infiniti Milwaukee and Michelle said, come right over! she got the car right in and I was good to go in less than an hour. I would not have cared if it it have been longer because was helping me!. She was so helpful and friendly. They gained a lifelong customer.
Customer service is horrible.I waited 20 minutes just to be greeted for my service appointment. I was charged $210 just to get a price for a repair that I already told them I needed. I’ll definitely be taking it up with my bank and do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Tim in service provided me with a 5 star experience. He gave me a loaner car while my vehicle was being repaired. (although the management insisted on charging me $15 for the gasoline even though I brought it back with more than I left with.) Tim, however was thorough, extremely knowledgeable about cars and took the time to explain everything to me. I would give 3 stars as a whole but Tim deserves 5.If you need service, he is your guy!

We would highly recommend the Infinity Milwaukee location. We were on our way to vacation when we had a flat tire on the Friday of a holiday weekend. After changing the tire we went to the Milwaukee Infiniti dealer to replace the tire. Brad and the service department had us in and out in less than an hour with a new tire!
I drive 17+ miles to get my car serviced after calling earlier in the week to ask if appointments are required. No appt needed before 3 pm I was told. Garage door opens, I get out of my car say hello and mention I need an oil change. Service writer says....were closed. No hello from him and he didnt take his eyes off the computer. I respond with What??? He responds were closed. I mentioned I called earlier in the week. He responds we have several techs out. No... I am so sorry for the inconvenience nothing. Which then to my disappointment I get very upset. Still he gives no eye contact, but says I could get you in on Monday. Still to my disappointment I angrily say forget it. I guess since I get SO many emails from Lupient, that maybe they could/should have sent out a mass email just letting customers know the service dept is temporarily closed. I would have not drove the 34+ miles round trip for NOTHING!!!
My current QX60 only has just over 12,000 miles on it and the times at the dealership for warrantee and recall issues they have repeatedly damaged my car. First the feet prints and oil stains on the light interior seats and dash while changing the new INFINITI InTouch™ Services because of compatibility issues with the national communication system. I was promised the upgrade for $99 and extended service for 1 year. Except the dealers ship tried to charge me $199 because they put in the wrong code. You can imagine how difficult it was to find the paperwork and contact corporate Infiniti it was to remedy the issue.At the next oil change I had a door dent removed as part of the added coverage. Can you imaging the Infiniti dealership ripped the door gasket and I had to get a new seal installed.The more recent issues stated in early September 2018 and are still going on. The infiniti QX60 was taken to the Lupient Automotive Group dealership for an Oil change and recall for roof rail gaskets. First attempt for the roof rails failed because improper and sloppy installation. Worst was the new scratch on the driver side roof during the roof rail installation. A few weeks had passed and I had called about the part to repair the damage. AGAIN Lupient did not order the parts and would have never called me back except to sell me another car. Yes, I was very aggravating to send Brandon Reynolds the email that Lupient Automotive Group acknowledged the damage weeks prior about the dealership ordering parts. The Infiniti dealers ship owned by Lupient were doing nothing until I followed up with a call.If you thought it could not get worse it did, the Lupient Auto Dealership called in the Lot Lizards for the car painting. The Lot Lizards painted the car dirty so you could imagine the quality. The paint was bumpy and I’m not sure was they were doing when they replaced the roof rails but foot prints on the interior door and again oil stained on the light interior dash. My wife started to cry when we were at the dealership to pick up the QX60. We did not pick up the car that evening and asked to talk with the manager and told them and emailed the Lupient Infiniti Dealership and Nissan Corporate Office not to work on the car befor we could meet and talk about the car damage. I attempted many times to contact someone at the dealership nothing, nothing and again nothing. After 4 days a call came to return the loaner car. Then came the threats from Brandon Reynolds of having me arrested and telling me to get my car. This was in the afternoon and I did not have the car so I ask to return the next day! This was recorded with the knowledge of Brandon at the Lupient Automotive Group.The next day came I dropped of the car and picked up my QX60 that was cleaned and buffed out. However the pant transition was still visible were they repainted and parts were still rough. ALSO more damage. During the buffing process the scratched the bran new roof rail.At this point I have contacted my insurance to have the damage to the roof rail, stain to the dash and painting corrected.The corporate office at Nissan (the controlling company of the Infiniti Division) did nothing except slowed down the process. The Lupient Dealership’s Managers and Owners are nowhere to be found.Please look at the photos as you see what I’m trying to convey.Also the threat was recorded with Brandon Reynolds knowledge.My plan is to get the car fixed somewhere other than the Lupient dealership and avoid working with this shop because I choose not to risk anymore issue or damage from the Lupient Automotive Group. My experience with the Lupient group is less than 50% successful. I to Own a 2017 Toyota and every time I take it to Heister it is a totally different and successful experience. Just imagine covering the seats so they don’t get soiled.

Tyson did a fantastic job with the purchase of a QX80. He was responsive to my every need from the start, and did everything as promised. Equally as important, we scheduled a time to sign the paperwork and when I arrived the car was fully detailed and ready, paperwork was printed and ready to be signed, the whole process from start to finish took just over an hour on the day of pick up. Tyson and the staff at Lupient Infiniti did a fantastic job being prepared and ready. This was an enjoyable car buying experience, I would highly recommend Tyson and Lupient Infiniti.
Having to get service work done on your car is never pleasant, but this facility makes it as painless as possible.
Excellent Customer Service. I scheduled an appointment online. They responded the next day and I went in to get my car checked. I was in and out in a timely manner. They told me which exact part needed to be replaced and even told me I could easily do it myself and save some money. Their techs know their stuff, very friendly staff, and clean environment.

SHOULD HAVE NOT BOUGHT LUXURY CAR BECAUSE SERVICE IS NOT LUXURY!!! I go to the Dealer because my tire pressure light was on. They told me I needed a new tire because the nail puncture the wall of the tire. Mind you that same tire was replaced months ago due to that same issue. If I haven’t said anything about my warranty on that tire. I’m wondering would they had said anything about the warranty. So when I pick up my car because they say it’s ready I get my car and my tire pressure lights still on??? Like how’s is my tire pressure light still on, this was the whole reason I brought my car to get service. So you guys don’t check to reset the tire pressure after checking the tires. Then they bring the car back again and my psi on my tires are all over the place. Like you guys don’t check the tire pressure on all the tires!!! The whole time I’m watching all these different sales representatives and service mechanics getting out my vehicle and nobody’s sanitizing my car. Nobody in the entire dealership was wearing a mask. I speak to the service representative manager Michelle and complained about what just transpired. All she says that it should’ve happened and it was somebody second day. I’m sorry but that’s not acceptable!!! We buy Infiniti to get the luxury customer service, and at this dealership that seems to be something they are lacking. Paid too much money for this type of bad customer service!!!!!
Tim in Service is what everyone in customer service should be; kind, helpful, and thorough. Coming in for service was made so much easier with his help, and Ill be a returning customer because of it.
Scheduling an appointment was easy to do online. When I arrived, I was promptly met by a service advisor. She was very nice and professional. She addressed my concerns and advised me of additional services that my were coming due.At the end of the appointment she provided a complete explanation of services and what I can expect at my next appointment.I am very happy with the services I received and will return in the future.
