They have total garbage pharmacy service. They dont answer their phones, days in a row. They cancel vaccinations the day of without explanation. How can they be trusted when they have zero customer presence or mindfulness?

Drive through pickup here consistently takes over 10 minutes, even when there’s only 2-3 cars in front of you. Problem is - once you’re in the line there’s no getting out. It’s a very narrow one way lane. On top of long waits I’ve dealt with rude pharmacy techs on multiple occasions. The only reason I come here is because the location is so convenient for me but every time I come back I find myself questioning why I did.

Wait 15 min in the pharmacy line and still noone answers, people cant get out because its a narrow one way. If you go inside, it takes just as long because the same person is working drive thru and in store...

Wish I could give it more stars because the front of store staff is amazing but most of the Pharmacy staff are rude. They always rush you, never have prescriptions ready, never answer the phone in a timely manner, and always have a bad attitude with people.

Poor customer service after dropping off UPS package. There was nobody in line where the cashier could have scanned it and was there in a evening prior when my package was scanned in. I asked (I think a manager) for my package to be scanned in and was chased to the parking lot afterwards confronted by him. Walgreens scans FedEx packages when we drop them, why cant CVS!

Every time I go to this location, the pharmacy staff is always friendly and professional. The store staff has always been so kind and helpful to me when I need something, even if Im taking them away from their stocking or inventory duties. They rarely fail to smile and wish me a good day when I leave or greet me when I come in.

I have used CVS for over 15 years. This location is by far the worst for consistency, knowledge and customer service. So much so I moved every script I had but one to Walgreens. For the most part they are a 5 start operation and I have sworn by them! Sadly, however NOT THIS LOCATION.

I come here for 1 prescription and it’s always a hassle a long wait. Even when I call in the prescription and set it up to be picked up the next day at a certain time when I arrive to pick it up, I’m told it will be 15 minutes to process my request (it should be done and waiting) After dealing with this for 4 times, I’m done. Time to switch.

I wish I could give negative stars. Seriously these people lie, are extremely lazy and the rudest humans on earth. My doctor approved a refill with additional refills, April 23, for a week they kept telling me they didnt have authorization when they did. I went in and they blamed my doctor and again said no additional refills. This idiotic pharmacist literally counted days on his fingers!!! Yes it can only be filled after a certain amount of days because its a benzodiazepine, but Im two days past what the law allows. If he needs to count on his fingers, better check your bottle that you got the correct number of pills!!!

Staff in the store is very nice and helpful. The pharmacy is hit and miss, but I think its because they are always so busy. However, since I use the app, they always have my meds ready on time and I dont have to wait. That is what I want.

This CVS is the WORST!! I will never go back! I had a prescription sent there when I had the flu. I went straight to CVS from my doctors office, only to find out they were OUT OF THE MEDICATION I was prescribed!! The girl at the pharmacy counter said they were getting a shipment in at 3pm. I gave them my cell phone number so they could call me after 3 when my medication had arrived.On my way out, I noticed they had juice on sale. So, I picked up a bottle and checked out. The first thing the cashier did, was check the EXPIRATION DATE on the bottle and sure enough, it was EXPIRED!! Clearly, this was not the first time CVS had tried to sell an expired product, since the cashier immediately checked the date on the bottle!I went home and waited until 4pm, still hadnt heard from the pharmacy, so I called them only to find out that there wasnt shipment coming in today and that I would have to wait until Monday to get my medication!! After explaining how sick I was, I got them to give me a partial prescription. They gave me 2 days worth of pills to get me through the weekend. I had to have a friend pick up the medication for me since I was now too weak to go back out. The pills were NOT ENOUGH to get through the weekend. When I went back to the pharmacy on Monday, I didnt even get an apology. I. AM. OUTRAGED.

The pharmacy is a joke they don’t inform you on missing medications that are very important. They don’t care if you need a prescription daily to manage they are to lazy to call DRs and get alternative if they Are out of stock like they should will never use this place again.

Constantly out of my medications. Its not like theyre exotic meds is basic generic blood pressure meds.What the heck is the matter with this store? Mismanagement?No, I do not recommend this store.Constantly changing the colors and shapes of pills wondering if they gave you the correct pills. I hate that, and they never tell you about it.

They do not deserve any stars. Go, literally ANYwhere else!! They only have one worker who is kind. Everyone else is rude and disrespectful. They do not take the time to update their tags or prices. So I am constantly having to ask what the real price of everything is. And when you go to ask a question, all the workers go and run the opposite way and cannot be found. Do what you can to not go to this location. I will now be traveling to the further location where they actually act like they care. CVS needs to do a better job at hiring (and firing) their workers.

This is not a CVS recommend anyone to give their business nor hard earned money. The manager (Todd Davis) has no respect. He was also very rude and unhelpful. If there is any other devoted Christians as myself that loves Jesus Christ and accepts him as your Lord and Savior to know The manager (Todd Davis) told me he didn’t not love nor believe in God or his some Jesus which is all the more reason for me to stay away. It was just all around horrible customer service from the whole staff including pharmacy. I will never get my prescription at that CVS (7552 w Oklahoma) again. The place really deserves no stars.

Tons of mistakes here. Majority of the pharmacy staff is rude and uncaring. Jean is wonderful. Lines at the registers and the employees are texting or playing games on cell phones. There was one good pharmacist but shes gone now. The head pharmacist doesnt seem to know how to manage her staff since all they do is laugh and talk. Find a different pharmacy if you value your health.

Worst pharmacy i have ever been to. Went there for a refill on my REGULAR prescription and they tell me they have any left and i need to go somewhere else. I ask them why they cant order it and the lady rudly tells me fine ill order some. 2 weeks later, no calls from the pharmacy so i call them and they say its ready. HELLO?? where was my phone call saying it was ready? This has happened to me multiple times. Not including the one time they lost my prescription. Do yourself a favor and choose a different pharmacy.

They filled my prescription incorrectly, wrote on the bottle that I had three refills left when I only had one and then wouldn’t refill my prescription when I ran out. Then charged me more than the cost of a 90 day refill for just a 30 day. The lady one the phone was rude. I would not recommended them or any other CVS.

The staff I have encountered at this location are always friendly. I dont go here often but the tend to have a high turnout in employees. But every time I have gone there I have been treated well.

This store is terrible. The new employees Kailie yells at and criticizes customers. Both she and Lynn are unkind and unhelpful when the man who is the head store manager is not there. They never give a customer the benefit of the doubt. The newest manager Meagan lacks the judgment to be a manager and tends to perpetuate employee gossip, tending to be a friend to her employees instead of a manager. Since becoming manager, she often stands and talks with them about personal problems, disregarding customers who are waiting in line. Furthermore, often sales are not marked on shelves, but when the customer gets to the counter, the new employees show the customer that it is really on sale, or not on sale, refusing to give the customer the shelf price the way other stores like Walgreens, Target, etc. would. Furthermore, many items have been permanently removed from stock. Unfortunately, this was a great store until a few months ago when several employees left.

Try your best not to shop here or have prescriptions (Rx) filled here. Go to Walgreens they are just down the street and open 24hr. At that Walgreens location they are competent and the store is nicer in general.I have many bad experiences here at this CVS location and I hear that other CVS locations are not much better :Issues:1) They fail to fill Rx and then treat you like you are stupid when you ask for it and it is not there. My wife and I have had many occurrences of this happening. Calling customer support and lodging a complaint is of no use since nothing changes.2)I had a pharmacy staff member named Tracy (I believe) laugh at me when I had a serious situation with my refill not being ready (I need the medicine daily otherwise I will get seriously ill and no its NOT a painkiller ).3)They gave my wife the wrong medicine.4)Pharmacy members have been rude or incompetent.5)Items tend to be more expensive than at Walgreens.6)Pharmacy is only open until 6PM on Saturdays and Sundays7)Missed the closing time? There are no 24 hour CVS pharmacy stores so you CANT transfer a Rx to a 24hr store .8)They are slow in filling prescriptions. Walgreens can fill them 10 times quicker.9 The store in general is laid out poorly.I do not work at Walgreens but I used Walgreens exclusively until my Rx insurance forced me to use CVS for ongoing prescriptions. Not sure what I am going to do but I will NEVER shop here again or have a Rx filled here.
