This place is great! You can find almost everything here and you dont have to walk as far as you do in the big box stores. The workers were knowledgeable and helped us find what we needed. I will continue to shop here. Also you can get individual nuts and screws here, a big plus.

We need places like Elliotts ACE, they have nearly everything. nice to be able to walk in and be able to buy a single screw or bolt of needed instead of whole box etc. also very helpful, explained to me how to replace my window screen myself. bought the tools. did it myself for much less than they would have done it for me. very nice

This place seriously beats any of the big hardware stores in service. It so much easier to find anything. My fiance and I love coming here and the Ace Reward program just adds to the experience.

An employee was going off on a loud political rant, completely ruined what would have otherwise been a very pleasant experience. I cannot in good conscience shop somewhere where the staff feel its appropriate to rave about conspiracy theories in the middle of the store. Check your political opinions at the door, Im looking for hardware not crackpot mental software.

Alway find useful stuff here. Also when you ask for help they are helpful taking you to the parts or screws or whatever youre looking for.

I have always have liked coming here and have been comfortable enough to browse the many cool things they have. Tools and the nuts and bolts area are my greatest interests, you get ideas for projects when looking through this stuff. They have many things beyond this that I think would be some interest for everyone.

And when I say it is so convenient to have a Ace hardware almost in any part of town (Milwaukee) within a mile or two, I love it.But I have to tell you, out of all my 20 plus years of going to different Ace hardware stores, by far..... this location beats all the rest!When me and my partner walked in the store and found exactly what we needed and started to walk out... 🤔 we both felt like taking an early lunch break from our clients house just so we can shop around this amazing store that had so much to offer on every level 🥰😂.I felt like I was in Ace hardware heaven and Im not joking... Id highly recommend going to this place. And I will return in the future, especially when working on that side of town...

A ce has everything and has the most knowledgeable staff out there. Theyre prices are a little higher than big box stores but they make up for it with theyre customer service. Ace is the place!

Have always had good experiences here. While some of the items can be a bit pricy if you know what to look for there certain things are competitive. Also have had good experiences with their service department, for example this weekend I was doing maintenance on a new snow blower before putting it away for summer and found that a bolt had been sheared off in the collar that goes on the axel. It had probably been like that from the factory you just cant tell until you take the cover off to do maintenance. I took the collar off and they got the bolt stud removed for me and replaced the bolt along with cleaning up all of the threads on everything and got it back to me the same day under a warranty service.

I always get great personal service at this location! Would recommend over Home Depot or Lowes if they have what you need.

Horrible place to deal with for stihl products! Bought a lawnmower a year ago bag ripped called stihl and said to bring it into ace where it was purchased from, not only did it take 3 months and a call to stihl to get a bag to the store because elliots was only looking at one vendor for them, when I came to pick up I was told not to bring in the old one. The manager tried to tell me it wasn’t going to be covered under warranty, and I needed to pay for it then said he would cover it if I brought in the old one. Lawnmower is at my elderly moms house 40 miles away. Take the extra drive and buy your stihl stuff from the professionals at Neus in the falls!!!

This Ace location has extremely helpful employees. I was there for 30 min and I had 4 different people offer their help. The store was organized and clean. I was able to locate exactly what I needed. Products seemed to be labeled correctly and in the proper places. I think what I liked most about the store was how it felt when I walked in...it was peaceful. I really like coming here, the atmosphere is very Zen, the signs are very clear for each aisle & what you are looking for. The only issue I have is when you are asking or inquiring about something specific you are looking for to one of the Ace Employees, they step back from you when youre talking to them...Mask or no mask. Im not a threatening person, Im not armed, Im not dangerous, Im a human being with feelings just like everyone else, looking for help finding an item I loved so much, I purchased it before. Stepping away from a loyal customer while she is speaking to them directly during a tough time for all of us, feels very disheartening. I still give 🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟 stars for how clean, & well maintained my Local Ace Hardwares are. Thank You.

Fine, you dont want to force your customers to wear masks during a pandemic.. at the very least, take the strong suggestions from doctors and scientists, and have your employees (most of them well over 50 years old) wear them, and make sure your customers are socially distanced while in line.I love your store, but you need to be more responsible during a pandemic.
