We took our Cadillac with 140k miles to Heiser Chevrolet for a brake and suspension inspection along with an oil change. This was after two other dealerships could not diagnose the suspension issues. The folks at Heiser were not only able to diagnose and fix our issues, but they saved us several hundred dollars through their coupons! The car is driving much better now and I am happy I went to this dealership instead of others. The staff was very friendly and listened very closely and took notes when I came with a sheet of issues that I had with my car. They gave us a free loaner car during the time they had our Cadillac and the work was done on time. They said the work would take a week and they kept their promises. I did not at any time feel like they were charging me extra, in fact, I think they saved me money for the services I had done. I truly believe this is one of the premiere dealerships for Chevrolet, Cadillac, etc. because of their quality worksmanship on repairs, because of their friendly attitude towards customers, and because of their assistance in saving customers money. Overall 5/5 stars great experience and I will be taking the hour drive to go to Heiser to get my future repairs done rather than any of the dealerships closer to my home. Thank you to the team and thank you to Nathan who helped use out the whole way!

I had some safety recall work done on passenger air bag. I starting driving down the road and noticed that the mechanic cracked the dash board from the air bag cover plate to the defrost vents! NOT A WORD was said to me. I turned around and went back. Customer service employee questioned my truthfulness and took a copy of the records. If it was there before, there would have been dust, etc like the rest of the dash board had but the crack was completely clean just like the air bag cover they took off.He said he would call me back to fix the issue. Over a week later, no word from dealership.NOT HAPPY!!

Well first off I am disabled I brought my car in for an oil change tire rotation and there was a squeal in the front so I wanted them to check that out too. Came to pick the car up in the service department. The gentleman told me I would have to go to the front desk to pay for the service that they did. When I got to the front desk the woman said the charges would be $129. I said that can’t be right. I have free oil changes and tire rotations through Zürich she said to me you will have to go back to the service department and figure out the problem with the charges with the service person. So I walked all the way back to the service department. Told him about the problem. He corrected it. Then I had to walk back to the front to pay for the service which was $79 . She gave me my keys and I walked out the front door. Looked all around couldn’t find my car. So I went back into the establishment and ask the girl where is my car? She said it’s in the back by the service desk. All I’m saying is I am disabled and it’s hard for me to walk. They sent me on a wild goose chase back and forth. They need to do something to make it easier for customers with disabilities to pick up their cars.

We were extremely happy with our sales LADY Sherry!!!! She did an outstanding job getting us into the vehicle we wanted to get into and not tell us what vehicle will approve us like other dealerships have done in the past. She made our car buying experience fantastic. We drove through the lot on Sunday when they were closed so we didn’t get harassed by a sales rep. By Tuesday we drove off the lot with our new vehicle. Definitely will be returning when we need to.

Put a bit too much in my trunk and when I closed it, I couldnt get it to open.... Nothing worked.I called Heiser Cadillac and they got me in within 2 hours and my trunk was open in 20 minutes. They washed my car for me, too! All at no charge. Thank you, Heiser!

I asked specifically to not run my car through the wash because I dont like it. Im very particular with my paint and dont want it getting scratched. I was told not to worry because they wont do that if I asked them not to. I was then told at the end of my service that my car was accidentally ran through the wash. Needless to say I was pretty upset about this. As far as the actual technicians performing service, I cant speak any bad of them but as for the advisor I delt with(cant speak on the others), I was disappointed that this was not passed along. And if it was passed along, it must not have not been a request that carried a lot of weight. If someone does not want a specific thing done to their vehicle, regardless if the dealership thinks they know better, it should not be done and should be a priority that it is not done. Cause now I the customer have to deal with the swirls in my paint. Since I bought my car brand new, it has bot been in a touch car wash until this dealership and Ive been to multiple dealers.

He seemed to make it a point that anything else he was doing was on hold until he got me in a new truck. I have not experienced that kind of customer attention in a while so it was pretty cool to see that it still exists. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

I asked at a previous appointment if the techs inspect the tires when they rotate them and i was told yes they are supposed to - at that time I asked because I discovered a nail in the tire. - Fast forward to this appointment- after receiving my car i discovered another nail in two tires. they were really easy to spot and have been in there a while due to the wear on them.went to Costco for road hazzard warranty and they took care of me.Something I hoped Heiser would have.

This dealer sold me an older truck from 2006 giving them the benefit of the doubt but the power steering cooling system went bad on the DRIVE HOME, fixed it for free. after a month the check engine light went on and was told that they couldn’t do anything about it. after a few months I brought it into my personal shop which is a dealership they are telling me I now need a new motor. do not finance a vehicle from here, it is a scam. the safety inspections are done poorly. (I would give zero stars if I could)

Well.....i was told to replace the windshield washer pump, it wasnt going exceed $130....probably less... told them go ahead, that i had extended warranty on my 2017 gmc. Ended up being $515.00.......a little excessive for a 41.00 part.....my extended covers everything but that pump.....dealing with them now. the techs were great, did a good job....its just the price shock. Great job with the repairs/service; no complaints there. Valet service needs a tweak. I could request it from your website but you didnt prompt me for the location of the vehicle, so I had to add that later. You picked up the car from me but you didnt offer to return it. Not a big deal in my case, but that seems odd. Ideally I could arrange everything, including payment, online.

Mathias Taz Derksen, was amazing from start to end!!!! I was on a tight time schedule and budget. He helped me get exactly what I wanted, and he didnt try to unnecessarily upsell/change my mind on the car that I wanted. Taz was seriously unlike any car salesman I have ever worked with. He was direct, and to the point, helped me accomplish what I wanted in a very timely manner but was incredibly thorough Would highly recommend him and this location to anyone interested in getting a vehicle! Timothy Robinson also was great! He knew me and my husband were pressed for time and made sure everything was prepared and went quick and smooth. I had my oil changed, tires rotated, air filter replaced, and transmission flushed. After an hour, my car was done, and I was able to leave. On the way home, a light on my dash came on, telling me I needed to service the tire monitor. I called the dealership right away, and Mary found me a service person quickly, even though they were on the verge of heading home themselves. Jason assured me that that happens a lot with tire rotation and that I could bring it in the following day without an appointment. I came back the following day, and after a specialist reset the tire monitor, I was good to go in about ten minutes! I love the way they make every effort to help me out! Keep up the good work!

We wont be going back to any members of the Heiser car chain after purchasing a car here. The test drive and sales experience with the salesman (Taz) was acceptable, although he did not wear a facemask in the car on the test drive. The entire purchasing experience was tainted by the legal and financial guy, who told us many times that he was not an employee of Heiser, only a part time subcontractor. He did not hesitate to share his conspiracy theories and right-wing ideology about covid, and he also was very pushy about trying to sell the add-on warranty package. Perhaps these issues dont bother most customers in this geographical area, but I found him abrasive and did not want to listed to him spout his uneducated and unscientific dogma in a business transaction. I do not recommend this dealership where staff values their own freedom to behave badly over good of the public.

My serpintine belt broke on US Interstate 41 about 2:30 PM CDT. It took my roadside assistance about 45 minuets to decide they couldnt load my location into their system so they couldn;t help me. The Washington County sheriffs office responded and dispatched a local tow company which towed me to Heiser Checerlot Cadillac.Now it is about 4:00 PM. Heiser got my truck right in to see what the problem was. They couldnt get all the parts that late in the afternoon or they would have had me back on the road that after noon.I had a friend pick me up at the delership -about an hour from home - . They got it going the nexd day. contacted me right away and I got a ride back to Heiser to pick up my truck.Everyone there was wonderfull to me even though I was not a regular customer and was pulled from the highay late in the afternoon.We need more dealerships like this!!

Brought vehicle in with a check engine light. Diagnosed as condensation in the turbo charging unit. Bill was $1000. When I came to pick up the car I was directed straight to the cashier without any explanation of the invoice or help from the service department, something that left me very cold. Additionally, the check engine came back on today, likely for the same reason as before. A $132 diagnosis that was separate from the price of the repair, a $300 part, and $600 in labor later and mediocre customer service at best the problem isnt solved. Very disappointed.

Recently had the opportunity to work with Cesar on the purchase of a new to me /used truck. From the moment I spoke with him on the phone, I knew that he was not your average salesman. He went above and beyond to make sure I had good pictures so I knew what I was getting. (I was six hours away from the dealership) Being from out of state, the financial end was a bit different, but their sales manager Steven made that process very simple. I was charged $496.00 for a diagnostic fee to tell me the transmission on my 2017 was no good. There are service bulletins that describe this particular problem. Then to repair it was more to replace it and to replace it was $3000 more than a transmission shop. I also agree to a price for a new 2021 Tahoe Premier and the salesman would not return my calls. After having my vehicles serviced at Hieser for the last 15 years and buying 7 Chevrolets over the last 15 years, Im taking my business elsewhere. Theres no customer loyalty at Hieser any longer.

Ive never experienced such great customer service from a dealership before. With leasing my vehicle there, the service was wonderful. Now after getting my oil changed they have been nothing but great. They forgot to clean my windshield as I asked for, wasn’t expecting them to say yes in the first place, I wrote a review letting them know it was forgotten. To make up for it they’ve given me an entire cleaning package for no charge. I’m 100% satisfied with everything they’ve helped me with.

I bought the truck I wanted with no pressure or hassle. I spoke with Sherry Konek a week prior and informed her that a new truck was in transit to their dealership, and that I was interested. The truck came in on a Thursday, and Sherry called me that evening and asked if I wanted to come in on Saturday because she was off the next day. I told her that I wanted to come in on Friday because there was no guarantee that the truck was going to still be there on Saturday. She said no problem- Ill get you started with Leigh Mattilla (sales), but I will come into work anyway to make sure that your auto buying needs are being met.I received excellent service! Communication was also excellent. I eventually had the opportunity to discuss numbers with Rafael Rivera- General Manager, who was very transparent. From the initial vehicle overview, to the financing- everything was explained thoroughly and accurately.The ease of purchase was appreciated and welcomed. I highly recommend stopping in. I will definitely revisit for future purchases.
