Theyre super helpful with testing our battery and starting system, for free. The warranty for parts carries Nationwide at any AutoZone and filed under your name and phone number, which is way better than the competitors that require paperwork proof and having separate files for each store. Anyways, I bought the battery from Walmart on account of being broke currently, saved $25 but just know exactly what battery you need first, installed it myself in AutoZone parking lot, and they had in stock the terminal ends and a replacement battery ground cable, my old one was obviously corroded to the point of open circuit. They even offered to loan us basic tools to finish the repair.FYI, I always get my oil filters from OReillys because they carry percolator and WIX, 2 of industries best. Dont mess around with fram or stp, trash quality
The store associate made this visit awesome. I did not get her name. She was very friendly. She acknowlege us. Offered assistance and helped look for the product. It was out of stock though. She even made suggestions. That is awesome.
Nothing bad to say....but hiring people with some knowledge of mechanics is a must for a auto parts store.
Ordered on line the parts were ready but apparently they were used I paid for new I want new I will be shopping somewhere else in the future.

If I could give plus stars I would!!!!I have an electrical problem with my truck for several months...all winter no heat blower no speedometer no defroster no auto door locks etc etc..its getting hot no AC blower cant roll down windows got a service dog...after replacing parts fuses and computer units...this man told me exactly what was wrong with my truck. I love love LOVE my truck and now I dont have to get a new one!!!! Thanks Autozone guy!!! Youre a SUPERMAN!!

When I plugged in my car information it pulled up a battery and when I got to the store they said it was a motorcycle battery! Why pit vehicle info in if its not going to give you the right parts?

AWFUL SERVICE!!!! Sent my 18 year old daughter there simply to get tire pressure checked because the light was on and a very rude lady that was working there gave her the handheld computer device to go out and get the code from the car herself! Ive never had to do that myself at an AutoZone, someone always comes out to the car to assist and get any code from warning lights that come on in the car. Guess the business of a college student is not worth there while, but now theyve lost the business of a lot more people without realizing the ripple effect of bad customer service. Will make sure I spread the word. My daughter ended up going to GoodYear and said they could not have been any nicer or more helpful.
Did a brake job on my car and was trying to confirm what I read online about bleeding the brake lines. Was told not to which contradicted what I read online. I didnt bleed the first one and forced fluid out of the brake master cylinder. Youd think people working at an automotive store theyd know how to properly work on cars but youd be colored surprised. Not all but the one that told me wrong for sure. My take away is to research multiple sources online and only come looking for the proper parts after looking them up online.
Cant tell the difference between a 5.9 diesel motor and a 5.9 gas motor even when you spell it out dont waste you time with these poorly managed stores

Least helpful people on the planet! Got to Advance Auto Parts up the road. They actually looked outside at my car and took me to the product I needed and explained it to me! Autozone lafy, Well sounds like you need to sand down your headlights. Walks to an aisle. Doesnt show me anything and walks back to the register to ring me up for air freshner. What a waste of $4 I spent there. Never again will I go there!

Gave me lots of helpful tips and even taught me how to put my battery in all within 10-15 minutes. Good customer service and a new battery is always a great way to start your day. I just left this auto zone at 8:30 pm because they couldnt install my windshield wipers and they dont close until 9 pm and their are 2 of them working and no other customers have in the store smh. Never again will I come back to this auto zone that employs lazy workers. I continue patronizing the Gaston auto zone who always gives great customer service.
Very rude staff, especially a Rex Jenkins. First, they didnt even acknowledge me when I walked in. When I handed a tool back to Mr. Jenkins after another employee left it on my car, he threw it on the counter and didnt speak once again. If you dont like your job then quit.

Theyre hiring of employees needs to improve with knowledgeable people from the automotive field I wouldnt buy a cake from mechanic or vice versa I did not catch the whole conversation while I was in there but one of the other employees was asked about either installing the wipers or did he have somebodys why percent they may have been ordered that was unsure of any information about this mans wipers except for something about maybe a future offer and did not seem very satisfied when he left either today
The lady at the front was very curtious and helpful. She was able to find the product I needed in a timely manner. She made great conversation and made us feel welcomed so Iwill definitely return back to this location.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ive always had good experiences with this location when I was around that area. Well, this is to the man who was working tonight at 8 oclock on the 19th of April.He refused service (immediate need of windshield wipers). We offered extra cash for labor and an umbrella.. of course. I might be rude.. but Im not an animal.(Originally he ignored her question) he said to my 60 y/o step mother (who obviously cant install them on her own, and Im not the smartest when it comes to anything other than oil changes..) Ill come out there when it isnt raining, Im not going outside in that rain and she replied, Well this is an emergency and we need them asap (it was raining terribly tonight and we cant just sit stranded in a parking lot until it stopped raining.. thats too dangerous...) and he followed by saying, oh well, Im sorry to hear that and proceeded to ignore her.I dont appreciate the service we received tonight.. but its the worker, not the store.Maybe pay more attention to the attitude of the people you hire.. Id hate to experience this again and have to find another auto shop to go to, I love this location.. but this is something that management needs to take care of asap..8:33 pmApril 19th, 2019

I went in one day and asked the man there if he had a part for my car . He looked it up said he did and told me the price . The older blonde woman said something to him . He then told me he didnt see it on the computer . I thanked him and left .I went back the next day and bought the part from the same man who whispered he was sorry and I told him it was ok . Employees are often made to lie by managers or owners because they fear being fired . I could tell this man did not like having to do that . He is a good guy .
The service was a little slow but adequate
Manager accused me of bringing in an altenator from a junkyard for core charge. Why would i pay for an altenator at a junk yard, just to turn it in for a core charge? I would actually lose money by doing that. Completely ridiculous. Wont be returning.
A little more sketchy than your average autozone. Maybe make sure you keep that thang on you if you wanna go up there.
