I had a great experience here. I was looking to start wearing wigs without a lot of knowledge and they were so kind and helpful and they were so affordable, I was expecting to spend $100 at least on one wig but I left with two wigs and the supplies for $80.

Prices are good! Store is clean!! People are friendly

They over charged me and didn’t give a receipt the next day they told me I couldn’t get my money back, and I couldn’t inquire anything. One thing I’d like to tell folks add up what you get before cashing out, and if you have kids with you they run game on the most vulnerable with a lot of distractions. They overcharge and take your money and won’t give you a receipt so when you complain and ask to run cameras they won’t. I come in there and spend a tremendous amount of money very seldom use cash. I really never expected to get done like they did me and there’s no telling how many other people they’ve done this too. I will not go back into this place again. What make it so bad she thanked me twice after taking what was mine.

The two young ladies working in the store today need to be trained in customer service. Good selection of products but I will not be going back!!!! Treating all of your customers with kindness, and respect is very important and should be expected.

Never really have what you need

They had most of the stuff I was looking for, the gentleman who rang me up was polite and got me in and out of the store. My only complaint was there are a good many items in the shop that have no prices on them! If you are trying to stay within your budget, no listed prices make it very difficult to do.

They have a wide variety of wigs and hair products. Everytime i go there is a good sale going on. They with cut your lace wig for you. They staff there actually know how to help a customer with something they want and/or need.

Have great customer service and always there to help you with what you need. Good selection of hair to choose fro .

I was pretty impressed with this shop. It is big than most shops and have the largest selection of hair and other products Ive ever seen coming from a native new yorker...also alot of the prices are competitive...

The last two times Ive been there the staff with very short almost shaved dark hair has been awesome and very helpful! Shes great and the store is organized. I would definitely recommend this store.

The employee needs to work on customer service. I felt watched and rushed. The store had an odor. Store employee laughed when I asked about a legitimate product. Employee may need to research popular hair products. Not sure if I will be back.

Today me and my daughters went into this store to buy braiding hair. As I was looking at their selection, the owner yells from the front counter, “no, no, no” to my daughter who was standing in front of a display. She was not touching anything, and actually had a doll in her hand. I replied “no, no, no, what? She’s not touching anything.” His reply was that he didn’t have his glasses on and couldn’t tell. This example is one of many when the owner has racially profiled me and my daughters while being in his store. Following us around, and rushing my shopping experience. Today was my last day patronizing this establishment. I’ve gone back here because it is the closest beauty supply store to me, but I will go out of my way in the future to receive better service.

Great for products they have a plethora of selections in that area but when it comes to braiding hair and things of that nature I feel they just miss the mark. Its the only one in town for me so Id happily spend my money there.

Very bad experience, racist sales clerk. I wouldn’t recommend this location for anyone . They treat black people with the lowest quality of customer service. If I could give no stars I would’ve.

They ALMOST always have just what I need. Lots of options. The floor staff is a lot friendly than the owners who run the registers and stand behind the counters.

I enjoy shopping here for my hair needs. The staff is helpful. The only thing I dislike is the return policy. The return policy is ... well there isnt one! They take absolutely no returns & only accept exchanges before youve walked out the store.

Always have the beauty selections I need staff is very knowledgeable about hair supplies.

Do not shop here! These people dont care about you as a customer or if youre their employee. They look out for their own and over price you. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

Would be a zero. I bought a wig $192.00 when I got home and put it on it was all cut up in the front and has red and blue threads in it. I took it back only to be told they do not exchange or refund for their terrible product. I brought a cheaper wig and the clip fell out after 3 days of wearing it. Dont waste your money here the wigs are crap.

They have anything you want but they is a little expensive.

Customer service sucks, but as they hire new employees its getting better and the new ones really make u feel welcomed. Theres a nice selection here of weave, kind of your average size.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I drove 35 minutes to get to the store after working​ all day. I arrived about 15 minutes before the store closed. When 8pm came around and I asked to try a wig on ( which I normally NEVER do, but wanted to make sure the color looked ok on me before buying it), the lady looked at me and said we closed. If I am in the store before it closes, I should be able to get the help I need, and purchase what I want. I will never shop here again, and sincerely hope that you all go out of business​ as more people (like me) shop online.
