This pharmacy is absolutely the worst pharmacy ever. Every time I go to get my prescription they say my insurance says I have a primary insurance and because I need my prescriptions, I have to pay 10 times the amount it would cost. They will smile and tell you if you get the issue straightened out with the insurance company and come back within seven days, we will give you the money back. I called my insurance agency, made sure everything was okay, and went down within the seven days to get my money back, and then they tell me they cant get it to go through. they say maybe I can get my money from the insurance company. Then I got mad and they called my doctors office and told them to take it off as my pharmacy. nice way to keep my money.

This pharmacy is the worst. My doctor sent a prescription over exactly one week ago.I’ve been having problems with my insurance because the script is namebrand and not generic. Anyway, I finally get the script approved through my insurance and guess what Walgreens doesn’t have it in stock, as usual. I have been getting this prescription from them for years, name brand and generic. It’s not like I’m going to vanish into the night and never pick it up. And it’s a 28 day script that doesn’t have room for OOS issues. I have battled with them so many times in the past about this, it’s not even worth the effort anymore. I am soooo long overdue to switch pharmacies!

I have used this store for a few years and there is all ways an issue with one of my prescriptions every single month, they dont have enough trained staff

I give one star simply for the fact that my husband just left the store and clearly seeing the milk he wanted to get in the freezer behind the display shelf and the employee stating she isnt allowed to walk back there to grab it. When just last week, a different employee grabbed it for him! Just wow!

Walgreens is definitely in my top 3 in terms of drug stores. Dont go in here often, but when I do it is in and out.

Good selection of meds(allergy) great prices. New protons toothpaste significantly lower price than Rite aid.

The associates are nice. Catch cool deals with card, coupons

Rude lazy bunch in the pharmacy i had to transfer my scripts elsewhere they are not interested in improving their service so i am out of there

Bad experience the first time I used Walgreens. My mom came for a visit from out of state. The assisted living my mom is in did not send one of my moms medicines because it was in the process of getting filled at the Walgreens in her state. I had her doctor call in a prescription to the Charleston Highway Walgreens. I called them to see if the prescription was ready and was put on hold 3 times. After a long wait it would ring back to the front cashier and I would go on hold again. After 20 minutes of this nonsense I told them I would just drive up there. The rude cashier told me that the pharmacy was very busy. So, I drive to the store and I find nobody in line inside the store and nobody in the drive thru. They were not busy! I wait for over 5 minutes till the pharmacist rep comes to the drive thru window. I find out that the insurance refused to pay for a second refill. Walgreens wanted me to pay $295 for the prescription which I couldnt. They were rude and told me there wasnt anything they could do and left me at the drive thru like I didnt exist. I tried to get their attention, but they never came back to the window. I called the Walgreens on Augusta Highway to see if there was anything they could do and they offered to sell me a couple of the pills from the prescription till the assisted living could overnight her medicine. So, I went to the Augusta Highway Walgreens and bought 2 of her pills to hold her. It would have been nice for the Charleston Highway Walgreens to offer selling a couple of pills. I will not go back to this pharmacy! This happened on August 4th, 2013.

Well managed with friendly staff. Good overall location, but kind of restrictive getting in and out
