There was no sign on the door to indicate that only people with professional cosmetic licenses can shop here. And if there was it was so small that it wasn’t visible to me. Because I looked after I was refused purchase. Nor does it say anything on their website on their home page. Unless you try to purchase some thing. I looked them up bye beauty supply in my area I was planning on going directly so of course I didn’t bother to click to buy anything online. In my opinion this should be very transparent on both the website and their storefront. Other than that I got a great customer service until they found out I wasn’t a professional… Initially I was only going to give one star but I’ll give two because the girl that was going to help me was very nice, and was helpful when she thought I was a professional.

If there was a Zero, I would give that. I was on my 30 minute lunch break. I walked in and said Wow, this is the first time I have been here and didnt know you was here.I walked in with my work uniform and badge on, which all should have been a red flag. Both cashiers got quiet and didnt say anything. After shopping for 10 minutes, I came to the register. They asked then if I was licensed. I said no. She said, well I am sorry but I cant sell to you. The notice is on the door. So I wasted 10 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break, I was refused service. This could have been avoided with CLUES given as soon as I walked through the door. If this is an issue for you to place on a small sign with the time of day you are open, then you should ask to see licenses before you allow people to waste their time. Thank God for SALLYS !!!

The ladies in here are always so sweet and funny. They always have what I need and have even ordered what they didnt have in stock for me in the past.

We drive 40 minutes to get to this store and for the last month or so, everything I need is not on the shelf. They have no answers as to when it will be in or why it is not there. Today I had to call the corporate offices and complain and all they told me to do was go online and order. So now, because my local cosmoprof cant seem to keep anything in stock, I have to pay 15$ shipping for supplies that I need asap. I refuse to drive another 40 minutes to find that the shelves are still empty.My coworkers and I have had multiple issues with this location. A couple of the ladies are so sweet and nice, but one is far from it and has even told us at times that what we need is in boxes in the back but she wont go back and get it. Not good customer service. Today put me over the edge.

The staff looked shocked when I walked in the door. No one offered to help me. Im not saying because I am black but, the way they looked and act, I was in the wrong store. So I hurried up and got out of there.

Love cosmoprof Nylon is the man!!

The closest Cosmoprof to where I live is about an hour away. All of their products looked like they had been sitting there for years! Nail polishes were discolored, no new lines, staff wasnt very courteous, etc. Very disappointed
