Never thought I would say this but my car buying experience from these guys was painless and pleasant. They do not hound you to purchase a car like those bigger car dealerships. Matt and Matthew are great guys that are really there to help and not have you feeling overwhelmed. I am really happy with my purchase and glad I choose them. Entire staff was very friendly. Never buy from these people!! You would think they would help one of their customers out! But NO! My wife bought a car from them and within 5 months the transmission started going. I asked if they can make good or help her out? All they can say is, well, she bought a warranty she can get it fixed but in the mean time she has no car. Can you help a customer out? NO! The least they could have done was give her a loaner. When asked isnt their a lemon law. They stated No not for used cars and I dont want to talk to you and hung up. REALLY? Is that how you treat your customers! BAD BUSINESS!! All I wanted to know is if there was a way they could help her out! Thank you Lexington Automotive for all the help! Appreciate that!

My experience here at Lexington automotive was a great experience, they make sure that after you step foot on their lot, you are leaving with a vehicle . The sales person Matt made sure I was getting the car that I felt would feel best for me. If I could have this experience again I definitely would.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!! Ive had problems with the car since shortly after purchasing it. It was my daughters first car and a valuable lesson for her as well. Ive tried contacting them for service but theyve relocated and changed their number!! Just all around bad people to deal with. When I find them Im giving them their lemon back!!!

Haven’t had car for 5 months, and the engine is gone in my 2013 Nissan Altima. I’ve been paying warranty since I’ve purchased the vehicle and the warranty investigator refused to replace the engine due to bad sludge being inside of the engine and a warped head. Now I’m just finding out from the mechanic and police officer that the one and only key that I have, is a blank key that’s inside of the keypad. I spoke with Chris and he says it’s nothing that they can do about it, call a locksmith and pay with my own expenses, and hangs up in my face. I was sold a lemon. Lawsuit coming very soon.

This is the worst place to buy a car. I purchased a 2008 camary with very low mileage. 3 months later blown head gasket. Too the car to mechanic explained temp had never ran hot, he informed me my theromost hand never worked. I called Matthew McCullah informed him of my issue he was very rude and acted as if he didnt care. Lets not speak on the useless wynn warranty no one accepts because they dont pay. Im currently working my lawyer now, its no way in hell this car was properly inspected nor could the car fax report have been accurate. I felt like a fool just throwing away my hard earned money. Matthew was kind but they look you in your face and feed you nothing but lies.

I spoke with Mike and he made it seem like everybody gets approved, their website even states that if you dont you will receive$1000 dollars, well instead of telling you that you arent approved they just dont return your calls. Mike told me he can figure something out something in minutes for me, being that Im a recent college grad I dont have the best credit and Im working a minimal job untill I get a car. I did the app and called him and he made it seem like he was so busy but when we talked before he was so ready to get me to do the application. Mike still has not returned my calls or let me know if I was approved or not. This is not a honest company.

I recommend them, service and vehicle excellence without pushy or hassles sales people.

Dont go there, they will screw you over. Sold me a car and charged me for a warranty and when I had to get it fixed a few months after I bought it... It never had a warranty and they did nothing to help

I bought a defective 2008 VW Passat from this dealership on 11/28/2016. I kept up with all of the maintenance on the car. Not even 3 months later, on 2/12/2017, I took it to my local NTB for my first oil change. This was also within the first 3,000 miles. After the oil change, many dashboard lights came on and when I got on the freeway, the engine blew out. It was covered under the warranty and stayed in the shop for 2 months while they attempted to fix it. I have possession of the vehicle now but it runs horribly and theres a loud noise coming from the turbo. The dealership refuses to take responsibility for a vehicle they sold me blowing out within 3,000 miles after the first oil change, claiming that they have all of their vehicles inspected before placed on their lot. I do not believe this vehicle was inspected properly because they found it in the back of their lot. I also did not pick this vehicle out or tell them thats the car brand I wanted, they just brought it to me and said it would be a good vehicle for me. Im a 48 year old single mother, I dont know much about vehicles. I feel like I was scammed. The dealership was rude and would not offer any help to keep a customer satisfied. I regret buying this lemon vehicle from this dealership.

This place is a bait and switch. You will pay double or even triple what a car is worth here. Dont waste your time.

Dont buy, I thought they were great, bought over 6 cars since age of 16, senter cout less busers to them overy the yrs. But got to big for their little people who helped them get there. Bought a lemon for 14 grand that I had to put over 2 grand into within first 2 yrs. Then the lowjack I was forced to have, stopped my car in middle of rd and could have killed my family. Was broke down over a month before I found out that was the problem. Now they wont fix bc they didnt get diagnostic notice first even though under contract its their responsibility. Our family has become homeless bc of this and a big dealership wants to make a big deal over 183.00 they should pay. I am disabled, have a disabled son, an 8 yr old son, a senior citizen, and my husband who lost his job bc he cant get to work. We are on the streets as of Christmas and they cant even pay for something they should while they are toasty in their homes. Let me tell you something. That car was suppose to be our home until my husband found work. Shame on you! And dont say you didnt know, we go way back.

Just letting yall know and be careful I purchased a 2001 Ford Taurus from there in 2012 a month later the head gasket blown and it was still under warranty through the dealership with the extended warranty and they refuse to fix the head gasket and now its stuck on my credit and Im not very happy about it because now Im trying to buy a house and I cannot buy a house because of their stupidity and the finance company will take $1,500 to pay off and Im trying to get in contact with the manager now and one of the salesmans told me that he was busy and to take my name and number but Im hoping to hear from him and get this settled so if they would just pay the $1,500 to the finance company to my account to wipe the count clean like they should have from the beginning and repaired the car and I would have kept the car and in South Carolina there is a lemon law and they really dont like dealerships that do this in the courtroom

Poor customer service. Wants to argue why you dont need a service or why you wont get one. Talks about employees and the business in front of customers that they dont acknowledge are standing at the service desk.
