When there a couple months ago to fix my front and I noticed is getting out more no more, they never clipped the bumper and they charged me extra for everything they used saying the my insurance didn’t cover it. I didn’t say anything because I needed my car to work but this is absurd and totally unfair. I hope in God they keep the business going. Because from my side I’ll never come back and I’ll make sure other people I know won’t go either.

I used Collision Solution under less-than-ideal circumstances: someone crashed into my Jeep, doing severe damage. Ray, the owner, was incredibly helpful at every step, explaining what he found and what could (and couldnt) be done. He even brought in an outside Jeep expert to look at it, which resulted in it going from a repair to a total loss. Without all the expertise, I may have been left with a Jeep that was repaired but never quite right...the worst case scenario. Will definitely use them again, but hopefully not in this type of situation!

I went to Collision Solution to fix my side view mirror, and I am beyond satisfied with the service I received! I was welcomed by a smiling staff, and everyone was kind and helpful throughout my entire visit. The staff thoroughly explained the process of replacing my mirror, and answered all of the questions I had regarding the repair. It was clear that they were knowledgeable and experienced! Extremely helpful in the process to fix the poor workmanship of another body shop. They’ve been very thorough with explanations as to what the issues were with the last body shop’s repair job, and how it needed to be corrected. Highly recommended!

My Subaru was damaged in an accident and I took it to Collision Solutions in West Hartford. They made arrangements with rental car company and interfaced directly with my insurance company - completely painless for me. They called me twice a week to let me know how the repair was progressing, and the quality of the repair is excellent. It took a bit longer than expected, but it really didn’t matter to me as insurance was paying for the rental car. I don’t know that I would go here if I were looking for a cheap fix, but for a good as new fix subsidized by insurance, I would HIGHLY recommend.

Ray was helpful and kind… he was very responsive, helped me navigate the insurance process, and had Enterprise ready with a rental car while ours was being fixed. I appreciated his calls to update me on the progress every few days, so I was not left wondering what was going on. They did $7,000 in repairs to our Subaru after we were hit, and it looks great. They returned it to us vacuumed out and clean. I am happy to find a repair shop in our area to trust!

Collision Solution took my car in the day after the accident, and worked faster than most shops would. I was provided with informative updates every other day and felt very assured my car was in good hands. I received my completed car close to the estimated completion date and it drives better than it did the day I drove it off the lot! Fantastic service and great people, highly recommend this shop!
