Dealing with all the people at Napa West Hartford is a joke. From the store manager to counter help. Not one person at Napa knows how to take care of their customers. Lets GOUGE everyone that walks threw the door to makeup for all the money the store is losing due to their unprofessional manners towards customers.

One of the younger men that works at this store is impolite. Their tone of voice implies that you’re an inconvenience to them as a customer. This behavior has been consistent between both in store and over the phone interactions.This is not the type of interaction I’d like to have when doing business with a company. I will no longer give business to Napa and will opt to buy car parts from a competing company.

Always professional! always has a knowledgeable person on staff to assist you in all your automotive needs. May be a bit pricey but you honestly get what you pay for. If you need a great air freshener check out José I bought 2 today at a great price along with a transmission auxiliary cooler line for my Silverado good luck finding that anywhere else but at napa. I highly recommend you make them your first stop when looking for OEM parts. And did I mention they support the Military and first responders 👍🏽

There seems to be about as many auto parts stores as there are fast food restaurants, so how do you pick which one to go to? Well, for us, its the quality of the parts, and NAPA parts seem to be made real well and hold up over time.This particular location has a good selection and is rarely out of what we need.

The customer service is good you get what you need but the prices i recommended auto parts for better prices but if u want to go for it be my guest good parts and options they have in here which is good

Good place to get parts n tools

Every time I go and ask for something, they have an attitude and poor customer service skills. They never have what I need. Dont bother coming to this place, go to Autozone or Advance Auto Parts, even Walmart has more products and better prices. They are always angry, and empty. If they dont like people they should change business.

I walked into NAPPA to see if I can get a new battery for my key to my car and the employee said I don’t have tools to open that. What auto shop does not carry tools to open up keys. Terrible and very unprofessional

This location is fine, but the napa website is garbage. Search results dont actually bring up what youre looking for even though it exists. Then, when you actually find what youre looking for, and its in stock... It really isnt.

The customer service was excellent answered our questions even helped with changing the battery in the key remote.

Need hydraulic hose clamp they didnt have the size I needed, but the parts guy was very professional and try to find it to no avail.

The manager has no preparation for customer service, I bought a battery for my truck and now it is useless! They do not comply with the warranty offered. He does not want to change it because the manager decides so, I DO NOT recommend this store. Terrible attention from the manager !!
