Very prompt service. Repairs were completed same day and communication was also timely.
We found a new Friend. Peter the Gentleman who helped me with the Radiator is PRICELESS. 💜I would Recommend Them Anytime. 👌
I was a walk-in for a oil change at the very end of their work day and they were able to squeeze me in all while maintaining a pleasant disposition. The service was quick and they did a great job. Peter was awesome and accommodating. I definitely will be back in 3 months for the next oil Change. Thanks!
Bill was super helpful and kind. I would definitely visit again. I have a VW jetta, but they specialize in most European brands.
My truck AC was working poorly. Stopped in, they diagnosed and repaired the system while I waited. Shes working great now! Thanks!
Quality work, reasonable prices and professional!
Fast service and fair pricing
Very frequently and professionally staff price are competitive
One of my employees decided it was a good idea to drive one of my vehicles to Mass. and along the way experienced problems with my vehicle. He got it to International Auto Service Center and dropped off. I can say as a business owner they were first class not even knowing them. Having to deal with a company with that much honesty and integrity has been far beyond my expectations. If you are looking for a reputable company you wont be disappointed.
Oil change and repaired flat tire
I love this place!!! They are very knowledgeable. Ken and Mackenzie were phenomenal and answered all of my questions addressed all of my concerns and made me feel comfortable that my car would be taken care of. Armando was my tech and also did a wonderful job!! They will be my new service center going forward.
This was my first time coming here and I had a wonderful experience. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. McKenzie is great, I love love love her energy, she is very knowledgeable and you can tell She genuinely cares about the customer and their needs. I will definitely come back for future work on my car.
Mackenzie was extremely helpful and worked with me to get my truck back on the road the next day. They even stayed open a few extra mins the night before so I could drop off my vehicle. Best in CT! I would recommend to anyone.
Such a friendly staff! Quick and helpful customer service. When repairing my car, Kenny noticed a few other things in my vehicle that needed to be replaced. Mackenzie and Kenny were very helpful as they emailed me a free quote with all the parts that would need to be replaced. Mackenzie even offered to text me to keep me updated on the status of my car when I had a busy day at work and wasnt able to call. Will definitely be back!
Ken and McKenzie is the best, first time I went was to get my blower motor fixed and the work was awesome. This time around I got everything done internal to my baby. (My Car) the results are awesome, they have me forever as a customer!! 😊
Very helpful, trustworthy and reliable. Mackenzie and Kenny were so friendly and knowledgeable and makes me feel I am home! I would stop stop by everyday just to say Hello!
I went to this place for the first time and they were very easy to deal with. I appreciate their customer service and timely repairs and knowledge about cars.
Not good service. We spend our time (1 month) and our money. They didnt fix the problem, they make it worst.Awful! Not recommend.Dont even go there they dont know what they are talking about. My car was a Mercedes Benz. You are justifying all your ignorance you didnt fix the problem you made it worst. We payed you $1000 as a down payment to fix the problem and everything what you did is made it worst, is just a waste of time and money.Dont go there!!! Red Flag!!!
Such a friendly environment. Quick and helpful customer service. Definitely coming back to get my next oil change 😊👍 thank you Ken for making this such an easy and friendly visit!
Excellent service. Found the problem with my truck and did the repair service. I now have heat again in my truck. Will use this company again in the future for all my vehicle repairs.
Since Buying My Nissan New in 2010 I went to the dealership for the first year. On my 5th visit to Dealer for oil change, and my vehicle didnt even have 15,000 miles on it, the service adviser tried selling me over $1500 of repairs i didnt need! My co worker in the emergency room referred me to International Auto Service Center and i have been coming here ever since. They are always upfront, honest, reliable and accurate with their completion times and will even pick up/drop me off at home if i cant find transportation. Its literally service from your living room! Many Thanks to the Team at International Auto Service Center!!
I have never done this before but felt it was necessary to warn others not to use this shop.It is a nightmare operation where you get passed from one person to another each telling you a different boldfaced lie ..... Anthony to McKenzie to Bill to Ken and back again.....unfortunately they dont collaborate on the story.....they did nothing with my car ...had it for a week and charged me big bucks for nothing ......terrible people
Ive used International Auto for years now. I have always gotten great service at a fair price. The last time I went in, my car broke down on the way to work. I was able to just make it to International before it overheated. Though I wasnt scheduled and dropped in as an emergency they got me right in (and even gave me a ride to work). Top level service from great people. I wont go anywhere else and would highly recommend them to anyone!
Called ahead about price for an oil change for my Volvo s80, and was pleased to find their price was reasonable, and about $30 below that of PepBoys down the street. For a high end, high mileage car that takes 8 Qts, ~$95 is the cheapest Ive found in town. The best part was that I could schedule ahead, wait less than two hours (pep boys was almost 4!), and pay the amount I was told ahead of time by their kind staff. :) Ill be back!
I had an overall great experience at International. Brought my car in to be winterized after seeing one of their flyers with their different seasonal specials they run. At the time they let me know that my brakes were really low and wasnt safe to be driving. This is something that my dealership didnt even catch. They were able to do them in a responsible time.
I was referred to IASC over 20 years ago; and I continue to use them as my auto service company. They are honest, trustworthy and dedicated. They have always gone above and beyond what is required for my vehicle to make sure that it stays on the road and that I am safe while driving. The knowledge and friendliness of the staff is second to none.
I truly appreciate the care they give to my Mazda Zoom Zoom every time that I bring it in! Very professional and knowledgeable services! Highly recommended as I have been using them for years!
Excellent!!! I had a small repair done asap and as a walk in I was so happy they made time for me. Thank you Mackenzie for exceptional service! ! ! Ill be back.
Honestly,professional and great prices
I am very satisfied with the service I received from international they were very reasonable with their pricing and McKenzie was very knowledgeable and friendly (shes a keeper) so needless to say I recommend international auto 11 out of 10 times.
Wonderful people, very helpful and knowledgable getting my BMW repaired. Being a woman I felt extremely comfortable with Kenny and Anthony, they did not take advantage of me and try to sell me parts I did not need.
My Acura was previous repaired by another facility and it stopped working and wouldn’t go over 10 MPH less than 2 miles after leaving that shop. The most frustrating part is that they had it for over 1 month. I googled for auto electric specialists and International Auto Service Center had amazing reviews complimented by a great website with helpful tips and blogs to resolve minor issues ourselves. I called and scheduled an appointment in which they got me in within 48 hours and brought me back home. The staff at IASC was amazing, made me feel comfortable especially being a women. McKenzie and Kenny kept me updated through out the day. They diagnosised, repaired and got my car back on the road within 24 hours and spent wayyyyy less than I could ever imagine. The best $289 I’ve spent this month! Found my new mechanics!
The service is very good, thanks to the manager, Ken Kraft, but the waiting room area needs to be so much more inviting and I have been after them to do this for years. I am very disappointed nothing has been achieved in this space.
We have been taking all of our familys cars to IASC for service for as long as I can remember. I find them to be friendly, honest, straightforward and very helpful in accessing any car problems that we get. I know that when they point out a problem - its a real problem and I know they arent trying to upsell me any services or products that I dont actually need. When Ken (the service manager) tells me that he or one of his mechanics has found a problem with one of our cars I trust that hell fix it with quality replacement parts at an affordable price. These guys set the standard for how all automotive service stations should operate.
I needed new tires and a head light. International Auto was professional and gave me great service. I highly recommend them.
I had my car towed to this place last Thursday because it was over heating. Anthony stated that the last people to work on my car put the wrong engine in it. He said he had trouble finding parts for my car because of this. He even told me they took advantage of me. The day I was to pick my car up he told me that he found another issue that would cost an extra $200 in labor. I asked if my car would work without the repair he assured me that it would. The next day it started doing the same thing (overheating, leaking coolant, & smoking) I had just paid $453 to have fixed...I wanted him to have someone come get it became obviously they didnt repair it correctly. He told me to drive home & if my cat starts smoking pull over on the freeway, get out the cat, pop the hood, get as far way from the car as I can & call him and he would send someone to come get me. Thank God I made it hone because when I called I was told he would have out of the office all day. He lied & said that he was coming to get the car yesterday. Today is almost over & they still havent come to get it & hasnt bothered to call.
Excellent garage very well price and great work
Love these guys!
Bad experience. They have a tow truck driver named Rich Hoegmann. He is a convicted rapist. I found his sex offender registry on line. He ripped me off on a tow. He hooked up my car to the tow truck at my apartment. When I came out he shook me down for $100 cash so he would take my car off the hook. He refused to give me a receipt. When I asked for a receipt he said, If I give you a receipt I will have to charge you sales tax., I said fine and then he said that he did not have any tow slip receipts. He put my $100 in his pocket, he dropped my car and the way he went. When he dropped my car he did damage to it. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
These guys are excellent, they serve their customers— professional, honest, and courteous as well.My car broke down in a heap of smoke in the late evening on the 4th of July!— and who did AAA have dispatching the truck, these guys. Initially I had my car towed to my normal shop, only to find out the next day (a Friday) that my old shop had all of their mechanics off for a nice extra long holiday weekend (understandable). So I immediately made a call Friday and did what I shouldve done in the first place, had my car re-towed to the guys who were actually there for me in the first place, International Auto. Not only were they hard-working but extremely professional and courteous as well, these guys serve their customers. I was back on the road within 24 hours, enjoying a concert saturday evening. They did a thorough job as well, Ive had no further issues. Id trust them with my car again, these guys are legit.
First rate auto electric work! Honest, and nice to work with. These guys diagnosed and solved a problem that had baffled two different dealership service departments.
Im relatively new to IA but took a chance with a short I had in my electrical somewhere. They fixed it within two hours at a little over $100. A dishonest place would have tried to bilk me. Since losing AC automotive to bodywork I kept searching for a good honest place. Ken will make you smile with his analogies, the mechanics are very nice. Everyone takes the time to explain, in as detailed as you want, the problem(s) theyve found. Theyve got a customer in me.
Great service! Always dependable and honest!!!
International Auto are known for screwing over their customers. Its a known fact. First of all they are a sub contract for AAA and are being investigated for running a fraudulent towing business; this is what they do a tow call comes in and the customer requests to be taken to their choice of shop and instantly the driver starts by telling them that the car needs to go the their shop, that is a LIE. He has been advised by Peter, Anthony and Ken to bring all cars back and the driver gets a CASH kick back (WRONG). They get the car in and do the work without calling the customer(WRONG). When the customer calls in to check on the car and see whats wrong with it they tell them to come get the car. And this is when it all hits the fan. My car was worked on without my authorization, when I got the call to come pick up my car car my car was running worse than when it was towed in. They put in $1500.00 in parts and labor and the car was barely running when I picked it up. Took it to my repair shop that I trust and found out that they over charged me for what they did and the part they put in was defective, also cracked my egr so that I would have to return for more repairs. When I contacted them to let them know that the part they put in was defective they said there was nothing they could do for me I asked to be credited and they laughed at me. I called to speak to Peter, he was nowhere to be found, I asked for Anthony, he is gone, I asked to speak to Ken and he dodged me too. These people are JOKES!!! They should be investigated for running such a shady business. They are rude and disrespectful. They do not care that they damaged your car, all they care about is that they just screwed you out of your hard earned money and are laughing about it. They are a disgrace to the auto repair field.International Auto gives all the other repair shops out there a bad name. I asked around and found out that no one used them, the only reason they are in business is because they have AAA for now. That too will come to an end I spoke to Carl Carlson from AAA and was assured that they are being investigated. So, please if this happens to you call AAA customer service and ask for him and file a report on them and then call DMV Dealer Complaints and file a complaint with them. I felt there was no need to fight with such arrogant people who do not appreciate our business.
When you a customer it feels like you are part of the family. Awesome people.
Horrible ppl things were stolen out my vehicle and my car came out worst cops were called but they said no proof of anything like this other customer stated DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE THERE
FINE PLACE. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM. FIXED EVERYTHING I ASKED FOR AND I STILL DEPEND ON THEM TO DO ALL OF MY WORK. THE SERVICE IS GREAT AND AFTER SEEING TH SERVICE THERE I WILL RECOMEND MANY TO VISIT OR HAVE SERVICE DONE THERE. YOU CANT GO BY WHAT YOU READ YOU HAVE TO EXPERENCE THE GOOD WORK PROFORMED AT THIS CENTER. FRON ELECTRICAL TO REPAIR OF RADIATORS ALL JOBS ARE DONE TO A HIGH LEVEL. TRY IT...I WAS EVEN SHORT ON MONEY AND THEY TOOK CARE OF ME. ALL I HAVE TO SAY.....WHAT A WONBDERFUL STAFF AND GREAT WORK!!!
International Auto Service Manager/Owner:Upon reviewing your company’s website, I’ve found that you advertise quality and efficient car services. However, my experience described below contradicts the mission and values you claim to uphold. The treatment I received is appalling and unparalleled, and upon further consideration after correcting the situation myself, I feel it is important to apprise you of the events that occurred. On 12/7/2014, I experienced issues with my car (2008 Mazda 3) while driving on 91 north. I pulled over immediately, found my car leaking antifreeze, and called my insurance company, Nationwide Insurance, for a tow truck. The insurance company sent me a text message to verify the time of the report (6:56pm) and the estimated time of the International Auto Service tow truck arrival (7:56pm).At approximately 8:15pm, the IAS tow truck driver had not arrived. I called my insurance company and was told that the tow truck driver was running late because of his own mechanical issues. I explained that I could no longer wait with the vehicle (it was below 32 degrees outside, and I couldn’t run my car for heat), and I wasnt planning to wait with the vehicle anymore. I was instructed from the insurance company via IAS that I should leave my vehicle unlocked with the key under the drivers mat. I questioned the directive because my car is front-wheel drive, but I complied as told. After a friend drove me home, I received various calls throughout the night from my insurance regarding the pick up of my vehicle. It was scheduled to be delivered to the dealership in Hartford, Liberty Mazda. The next morning, I phoned Liberty and was told by the manager that my car was not there. I phoned my insurance company who verified with IAS that my car was towed. According to IAS per my insurance company, the tow driver completed paperwork verifying that the car was delivered to Liberty Mazda. I then phoned IAS personally and explained the situation. The woman I spoke with put me on hold to reportedly call the person who was contracted to tow my car. I waited on hold for 15 minutes and was told that he wasn’t answering her phone calls. By this time, it was the afternoon, and no one--not even I--knew where my car was. I told IAS that I was leaving work to personally look for my vehicle, and if I didnt find it, Id be filing a complaint with the state police and my insurance company. However, if I did find it anywhere but Liberty Mazda, I’d still file the formal complaint with my insurance company. I was told, “Do what you need to do. Hopefully we find it before it comes to that.” I found my car where I left it because IAS: A. never picked up my car, and B. lied to the insurance company and to me. Additionally, the insurance company informed IAS of my complaint while I called for another tow truck.According to my insurance company, IAS alleged that I never answered my cell phone when they arrived to pick up my car. Despite the allegation being slanderously untrue and a continuation of their lies to my insurance company, it is completely contrary to all of the previously given information: I answered all of the calls I received that night, I have no missed calls from anyone, there was no reason to call me because the car was unlocked with the keys inside as instructed by the tow truck driver, and the car was never towed as initially reported. For these reasons, I’m writing this letter to supplement my formal complaint to Nationwide Insurance, filing a complaint with the DMV Dealer Complaints department, submitting it for review against your Better Business Bureau accreditation, posting it in Yelp and Google reviews, and copying you as the owner and manager so that you are personally aware of the situation.Thank you,Ryan J. P.
This place is a absolute rip off they lie they have lost so many of there contacts because of this nor can they keep any help for a length of time I pretty sure they lost their aaa towing and there DHL account they screwed over access transportation to these people cant be trusted in the least of situations let alone with someones kids on a bus or youre family behind one of there fleet vehicles they put there hands on
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SPECIALLY WITH THE OWNER. DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE. THEY HAD MY CAR FOR OVER 3HOURS AND WERENT EVEN ABLE TO TELL ME WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE A/C AND CHARGED ME OVER $200 FOR DOING NOTHING. THE SAME SAY I BROUGH IT TO A DIFFERENT PERSON AND THEY FIX IT IN 10 mins. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE
Great service. I will be back for sure!
Fast and friendly service!!
My company truck was repaired there and they stole a bag of loose change that I had in it.
WARNING! Do not go to this service station.
Avoid this place.. Charged me $59 bucks just to say that i need new struts. While i was waiting there another lady came to complain that the car got worse after they supposedly fixed something.
The go above and beyond
Excellent service
SHUT DOWN about time
Good people, good work, they make you prices and try to help as much as they can with your car.
