Nice, clean place. This is the first time Im here, so I cannot comment on pricing or general product availability. I needed one item. They did not have it in stock, and they said they would have to email the manufacturer for a quote and lead time. They were accommodating but didnt have what I need. Dont know if theyre well stocked and fairly priced or not.

Nice Knowledgeable People

So many mistakes... so many problems. Our representative was very kind, but the mistakes made on our project were excessive. The wrong door jamb was delivered; the wrong door colors arrived for the interior doors, and the wrong size exterior doors (for one set) were delivered. This put the project timing back. To their credit, Builders Hardware did credit us quite a lot for the mistakes. What is prompting me to write this review, however, is that one of the interior doors is actually coming apart! Its a partial glass door, and the wood frame around the glass was apparently not glued, but just put in place by brads. The brads (alone) are not able to hold the wood frame in place, and the frame has pulled away from the glass. I had so many problems with Builders Hardware, that Im just repairing it myself. Im sorry to say that we had such a negative experience with our commercial job. In the future, we will be looking for a different distributor.
