Drop off and pick up were easy, they were very consistent, and my car looks great! I highly recommend them.

They are open on the weekend and early in the morning so it makes it an easy drop off when you have a busy schedule.

They play nice and try to get you to SIGN that POWER OF ATTORNEY. Do not sign it, its just going to make your experience with this shop horrible. They will delay the process as long as they can to rack up storage fees, $250 a day to be exact. Dangerous people, they are seriously not good for society. 5 months of back and forth and they did not do one thing to my car. Bunch of losers. How do you take a car and sit on it for that long and not do one thing. They got away with thousands for sitting on there. Watch of for all the Johns, they will confuse you and do everything to make you feel it is okay. I’m writing this to help everyone who is thinking of taking there care here. Please read and listen.

I brought my Audi here after I got into an accident in the area. I am so happy I brought my car here and Im so satisfied with the overall process. The guys here are all very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I was at ease the entire time and they even provided me with an awesome rental. I was getting constant updates from them and was in the loop the entire time. I have been driving my own car now for about 2 weeks and it looks and feels better than before. Thanks guys!

Took my car to the shop after a minor accident. First alarming thing they told me was there weren’t charging me my insurance deductible and promise me a free rent a car. I said okay, deal, not thinking anything of it. Fast forward a few months later a job that takes about a month, has not even started and they won’t allow me to see MY car. What fools!!!! Excuse is always “oh it’s in storage.” Careful because these storage fees are $250 a day. Man oh man. Bad business.

West Hollywood Collision Center helped me out so much. I needed to get some body work done on my BMW X3 and Harry was the biggest help.. If you go there, DEFINITELY ask for him. He is super nice and very helpful. They had my car done the next day. Their work is so clean and they were very efficient. Thank you West Hollywood Collision Center. You guys were amazing!

This is the best auto shop in Los Angeles. I know I havent been to every one, but I still feel confident saying that. West Hollywood collision center and their guys are the best. Theyre honest, they treat you with respect, and they hold your hand every step of the way. I started coming here a few years ago, after a bad accident, and since then Ive become so loyal to this place I wouldnt even think of going anywhere else. Every time, their management does exactly what I need him to do, for exactly the right price. Ive written another review for West Hollywood collision center but I dont care. Im going to keep writing reviews for them as long as theyre in business and as long as Im in West Hollywood. But like I said, even if I leave West Hollywood, and move to the exact opposite side of town, Ill keep coming. And as for everyone else, if you live on the west side youd basically have to be an idiot to go anywhere else.

I got into an accident and they towed my car here. I had no idea what do because it was my first accident in California. I trusted that this shop was going to lead me in the right direction. Nope they totally took of advantage of me. I later found out that this wasn’t the shop my insurance authorized and I’m now stuck. For everyone’s information, laws in California do not protect the consumer and these fools take full advantage of it. No due diligence on there part. Stay away from this circus. It’s a scam!

I had my bumper repaired and painted and they did such a good job! Im very very very happy with them!!! I will always go to them for any auto body work. They are a phenomenal place with a great team. Theyre reasonable and they take very good care of their customers and Im one happy girl =)

After a tragic crash where I was hit while pulling out of a parking spot at my apartment, by luck, I met Harry who recommended me to his shop. Upon meeting him to the day I received my car, I was treated like family. if you are looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy person to take care of your car you found your man and shop! Thanks Harry! My car looks better than ever and Im glad I came to this shop.

I brought my car here and I never got it back the same. A minor accident turned into a total loss because of this shop. They held my vehicle and charged an absurd amount in storage fees. I received my car in pieces. Not even put back together after months. What kind of people do this! Please watch out for this shop. I’m out of a vehicle and getting charged per day for a rental!

Not only is their staff awesome, but they have a very welcoming environment.The staff are all very professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable. They keep things transparent and their clients updated with the latest information on the whole process. My car looks brand new. Not only did they do a great job with the repair, but made sure it was clean inside and out. I highly recommend this shop to any and everyone that needs auto repair done.

After a car accident, our son’s car was towed here. It was no longer drivable. They turned out to be a fraudulent business who cashed the insurance check that required our signature (which we didn’t sign and didn’t even know they received a check until speaking with our insurance company.) They forged the signature and then did not do any of the work. (Also beware of the towing company who wants to take your car here.) They held the car hostage by not returning our calls. When we were able to talk to them they would constantly give us the run around. The storage fee to even get them to release the car was thousands of dollars. We had to experience this horrible, unethical business scheme while trying to deal with COVID from states away. They wanted to charge $10,000 for a repair that ended up costing $1300 after we were able to get it home to our shop. (Which by the way would have been covered by the check they fraudently signed and cashed.) As a healthcare worker during this COVID pandemic and then having our son come home due to COVID, this additional stress and headache was completely unnecessary. If I could give them 0 stars I would...and if we had the time, money, and energy - we would be taking them to court. Purpose of review is to hopefully save someone else the same horrible experience.

Thank God for these guys. I got into an accident and a tow truck showed up that does roadside assistance. They brought me here since it is a certified claim center and Im sure glad they did. Very nice guys that care about your best interest. The whole process was easy and they were very understanding ( I had just got into an accident so I was a bit uneasy ) But awesome timely work. Back into my brand new car and I couldnt be happier.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! IN MY OPINION THEY ARE CROOKS AND LIARS AND EXTORT FOR CASH PAYMENTS!!!PLEASE READ THE OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS AS THEY ALL SPEAK THE TRUTH. Just as many people have mentioned they send tow trucks around to the scene of accidents (later learned they listen to police radio waves) and lie about who sent them and then insist that the car be towed to their shop. They tell you the car will be totaled so it doesnt matter where the car will be towed because there will not be repairs. When i read the reviews I wanted to pull my (not totaled) car out of there. They said fine and I signed the release. When the tow truck I ordered showed up to tow my car to another shop, they refused to give me my car. They instead in my opinion EXTORTED ME FOR $3200 CASH!!! They claim it was for storage and tear down which never occurred. My insurance was on the phone and said they would send a screenshot of a wire payment, and send the wire immediately but they would not accept this. I offered credit card, check, or even a cashiers check so that i had proof of payment for my insurance carrier, BUT THEY WOULDNT EVEN ACCEPT A CASHIERS CHECK!! Instead they refused these payments, made me take another morning off of work to come the next day to bring even more cash since they charged yet another day of storage fees. By the way depending on who you ask storage fees cost $0, $125, $175 or even $250. Everyone there lies from the girls at the front desk to the manager, estimator, tower, and owner. Looks like they even changed their name from Final Touch Collision presumably to hide from all the bad reviews there. DO NOT GO THERE!!

So glad I brought my Mercedes here!! The staff at West Hollywood Collision went above and beyond in terms of customer care and repair. I recommend them for excellent paint repair, attention to detail, and wonderful customer service.

Having bad experiences in the past, I was very reluctant to take my car to a new body shop. But the guys at West Hollywood Collision Center made me change my views and I will definitely be using them from now on! Everything was so fast and quick, definelty recommend this place!

LONG STORY SHORT I GOT INTO AN ACCIDENT MY MERCEDES GAVE OUT A SIGNAL AND A TOW TRUCK CAME AND HELPED ME OUT TOOK ME TO WEST HOLLYWOOD COLLISION (WHICH IS A CERTIFIED MERCEDES SHOP) THEY FIXED MY CAR AND GAVE ME A RENTAL. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST IF I CAN GIVE THEM A 10 STAR I WOULD ;)

Don’t let them tow you!!!! As others have said when you scroll down past the most recent reviews, these guys are scammers. Was waiting for a truck to tow my car to my body shop, and these guys showed up acting like they were the tow truck my insurance called. Said they could only take it to their shop. I sent them away.Then someone called me right after claiming that West Hollywood Collision Center was just the second location for Pristine and that they were sending cars there because the main shop was too busy. I was assured that my guy at Pristine would be the one to look at the car. I said ok send them back. Then I called Pristine directly just to confirm it was legit - NOPE. TOTAL LIES!!! They straight up tried to defraud me while I was vulnerable.Tow truck drivers even told me it was definitely totaled in a last ditch attempt to get me to let them tow it (bc who cares where it goes if it’s totaled, right?) which was also a humongous lie. I cannot believe they are still in business.Read the other reviews for what happens if they successfully confuse you into allowing the tow and notice in the photo I’m including how there are two body shops at the same address 🤔🤔🤔🤔 Shady much?

DO NOT leave your car here. READ the reviews for Final Touch Collision Center to see what they do. RETROACTIVE storage fees back to day one? They charge for storage while they do estimate and they charge for estimate tear down too! Save yourself thousands and leave!!!

This place is a scam. Their tow truck guy picked me up at the scene of my accident saying that he was the AAA truck we called but he wasn’t. He took me here and they took full advantage of my traumatic state. My car is at a total loss and they charged me obscene amounts that my insurance company refuses to cover. Now I am down $945 for things like “cleaning up oil” when there wasn’t anything wrong with my oil tank. Because they weren’t making money on fixing the car, they made up for it in the charges. A woman ran a red and hit me and now I’M responsible for these charges because their road bird came and tricked me. They have changed their name 3 times so clearly are not legit.

They are tricksters. They threaten and use intimidation tactics to keep their customers quite about their poor service. They are only about the money. But it is cleverly diguised in the seemly good deals. Dont sign power if attorney!

Not professional at all. They would tow your car for no reason after an accident and charge you thousands for nothing.

SCAM SCAM SCAM stay away from them.They will show up after car accidents right away without you calling them or anyone calling them. They will trick you to tow the car and tell you that the city called them and that they work for th city BUT they don’t work for them. They are scam. They will charge you or your insurance thousands of dollars bill just for keeping the car in thier store.

DO NOT GO HERE! As multiple people have mentioned, a tow truck arrived to a scene of an accident and told my wife the police sent them (they did not). Driver convinced my wife not to drive car (it was fine to drive), towed my AWD car INCORRECTLY to West Hollywood Collision repair. Driver told my wife no charge for tow. The shop immediately tried to get my wife into a rental car and talk her into repair there. She wanted to wait. They mislead her having her sign a 1 page document. She asked for a copy. They gave it to her in an envelope. In the envelope they had 2 ADDITIONAL PAGES stapled to page she signed. It listed over $1000 in towing related fees, as well as a repair agreement page so it looked like we agreed to repairs. It listed a $5000 teardown authorization! I showed up at opening next day, they gave me the hard sell, but I politely said I wanted to take it elsewhere. After multiple attempts to get me to leave it there, they said I would need to pay $496 for towing fee and $175 storage fee. They towed it 1.7 miles! And may have damaged the AWD by towing it wrong. After a visit by a West Hollywood Deputy, they very quickly gave me the car back no charge. This was all extra upsetting to my wife who is now beating herself up over it. They took advantage of a person who was just in an accident. I have no idea if they actually do good work here, but I am livid with their deceptive practices.
