My first time in this store, I just moved in town. A friend who ai call boss man told me about this place. I talked with the manager. He took time to hear what my concerns were, then he gave me a quote & he explained the process of what need to be done. He told me about how long it would take to do what I needed done.He put my information in the system & gave me what my cost would be. Just needed a simple brake change. They told me a thousand dollars. One of the most I’ve ever been disrespected in my life. Absolutely mortifying if they do this to people. Con artist for sure. Stay away from if at all possible. Called good year down the road $200.

Unfortunately got a flat while on vacation, but the guys here took care of me and got me a new tire installed quickly. Friendly staff and clean store.

I cannot remember the African American Gentlemen’s name that seems like he runs/owns the place but he saved my behind!!!! I had blown 3 tires on my RV and no one but his shop had the size tire I needed. This was January 2nd the day after New Year’s Day... every other shop was closed for a long weekend or would have had to wait until the 4th to even come in and order the tires. Which would have taken another day or two and I had to get down to Florida on the 3rd. I brought my rims in and his team replaced them and sent me on my way in about 2 hrs. There was even a tire warranty issue with a company I had and he took the time to talk to them directly for me... he wasn’t able to take their warranty claim number, but I was able to send in for reimbursement through my warranty. Anyway the only reason I added that is because he could have just blown me off saying no and moved on to the next paying customer but didn’t. Thank you again!!!! If I was ever in that area again and needed tires, I would certainly stop by!!!! Great service!

I had a brake job done on my truck. I am pleased with the service so far however I was not pleased with the price. When I called, I was initially given one price. Once I brought my truck in, they called me with a different price. When I picked up the truck, I paid a totally different price. I will not use them again because I do not like dishonest people. I should have taken my truck to Pro Auto in Memphis but for convenience, I tried someone new. Will not happen again.

Not sure why anyone would order tires through this place. A $280 dollar tire was going to cost me over $360 through this Goodyear store.

I was in town on company business (from KY) and found a screw in my back tire. They were able to work me in same day and in about an hour I was on my way. Extremely helpful/pleasant staff and would recommend them highly for there work. I greatly appreciated their help, fine people.....

I was traveling with my son from Texas to Tennessee when my Jeep overheated, pretty scary situation actually. I pulled in and Alonzo, the manager, and his awesome team jumped into action. Unfortunately they were not able to complete the necessary repairs, but Alonzo didn’t just leave it at that. He personally called another shop just down the street and confirmed with the Manager there that they would be able to help me. Alonzo also filled my radiator for me and allowed me to stow my vehicle at his establishment overnight until the other shop opened the next morning. Alonzo really went out of his way to help my son and I and I cannot thank him enough. Not only did Alonzo serve as a shining example of customer service representing this business, he also proved to be an incredibly kind human being. Alonzo, THANK YOU for going the extra mile.

A better car service and Tire

Help us out on our way to Texas they closed in 40 minutes we went to Walmart first which was a 3-hour wait. It was near the end of Goodyears work day but they got us in and put us on the road again. The older gentleman could have been a little nicer at the front desk but the young gentleman who fixed our tire was great.

The guys here are really nice. Normally, I will only take my car to local mechanics, but for routine maintenance, this place really does well. Doug is the man up front, and he is very helpful and friendly. Take your car here.

Discovered an under inflated tire after crossing Mississippi River westbound. As it turned out, needed four new tires. The employees were extremely friendly and were very quick to replace tires. They did not have them in stock but had them delivered and installed in a very reasonable time allowing us to make our destination with only a two hour delay. Would definitely return here and would highly recommend the service they provided.

Good job a little pricey

While on a cross-country trip I happened to stop at the Welcome Center after driving across the river into Arkansas. I checked my tires (something I do often while traveling) and found a nail in one of the tires. Finding that the Goodyear shop was just a mile away, I drove there. The gent that tended to me was very helpful and said that he could get to me quickly. He pulled the nail, checked for air leakage and found none....getting the green light to go I thanked him and off I went! Total time was less than 25 minutes!!! Thanks Goodyear!

We needed two new tires as we were on our way from Texas to Indiana, and they worked through lunch to get us on our way! Wonderful service, and our tires were even on sale!

They take all day to do a simple tire rotation but theyre friendly and I have always bought my tires from there. Great place. Just be prepared to leave your car in the morning and pick it up 8 hours later.

Nothing but male chauvinist that work here. I took my truck in to get service an instead of them talking to me cause I was there waiting they call my husband like he was going to make me get all of the mess that I didnt ask they to check get fixed.

Went to the Goodyear store this morning to get an oil change. Got that, tires rotated & balanced, fluids checked & general inspection of belts. I checked in at 7:59am & my car was ready at 9:34am. Great service from Alonzo & the staff at Goodyear.

Very nice folks but also very slow. Blew a tire while on vacation. They told me theyd have me back on the road in a hour. It was 2 hours before I was handed my keys back.
