I was the 1st person to arrive which was about 20 minutes before they opened. They pulled my vehicle in about 7 minutes after opening. It took about 30-35 minutes to repair my flat tire which was just a little longer than Id anticipated. However there were only 2 employees at that time from what I could tell. The experience was average but not bad. The staff was very friendly.

The guys I encountered here were so extremely helpful! They got everything I needed completed in a timely manner! 10/10 recommend them!

The front tire on my vehicle was low & I stopped to get it checked. There were 5 employees behind the service desk & no customers in the store, service bays or parking lot. They told me that it would be an hour before they could look at it since I didnt have an appointment.Will never patronize this business again.

The assistant manager Robert went out of his way to assist my husband and I whom needed an oil change desperately while traveling. Our F250 was too heavy for the lift.Not only did he get underneath our truck and get r done,but he thoroughly checked our tire pressure water and wiper fluid as well. He even cracked the windows to accommodate our Puppy whom was in a kennel inside of the cab of the truck. Robert did all these things for us in a quick time frame as well and helped us save money with a $20 discount for first time customers! Very satisfied with the service and surely to not only recommend you all,but be a returning customer in the future! While traveling with my family on vacation, our alternator belt shredded @445p on the Friday before a long holiday weekend. We barely limped into the shop hoping for a miracle. One of their mechanics immediately came out to see what he could do. 15 mins later, he amazingly had us fixed up and got us back on the road in record time! THANK YOU!!!

When driving from California to Tennessee, we had a engine coil blow with only 300 miles left. The team at this store was AMAZING! They got us on the road quickly and priced fairly! The store manager was amazing and so kind as my three kids ran around the lobby. The mechanic who took care of us was personable and friendly while still being very knowledgeable. Best customer service!!!! We blew a brake line around 4am on the highway. Managed to limp our car to the shop. We sleep in the car tell 830am waiting for them to open. They went out of their took us to our hotel and picked us up when our car was done. My tire pressure light and it worried me a little because I thought I had a flat tire. Luckily I just needed a bit of air in my tires and was quickly out of the shop. I even asked for a quote on some tires just in case I need some in the future and Tiffany was very helpful on quoting me a set of tires at a reasonable price. I will certainly come back when the time comes for a set of tires!

Jessie fixed my tire and completed my oil change in 30 mins and was very nice. I recommend them to everyone.

The service was appreciated but i needed more work done and they do not have the staff to complete the work. So the trip there was garbage or garbino as we say... 5 stars for the oil change minus 2 stars for not having the necessary staff members to do anything more than an oil change.

Was there in October for a flat and asked them to check all tires. A month later another flat and these are practically new tires. I have probably not driven 100 miles in a month. They were very unhelpful. Will do business with a locally owned company from now on.

Ive been doing business with these guys for several years, both personal and business vehicles. I was a bit skeptical when I heard they were being bought out by a company from out of town. They kept several employees and two in particular, Jason and Logan, have always gone above and beyond our expectations in service and availability. I understand that no one can guarantee immediate service all the time, but these two consistently go the extra mile to take care of their customers! This is one of the best service locations Ive ever encountered, due to the hard work and exceptional service that Jason and Logan offer on a daily basis.

Jason was a straight up dude when it came to service.I use to know everyone that worked there but things has changed for the worse.when I went to schedule my car for service the first thing to fly out this mans mouth waswe charge $136 for diagnostic fees.Ive had all 4 of my vehicles serviced here for over 20 years and never heard Jason or any Guiltner say that, but I wont be going back not even for air. I had previously given a 5 star review. I can no longer do that. Ive been a customer if this shop for over 30 years because of great customer service and reasonable prices. I knew the family and always felt like family when I took my vehicles in. Unfortunately, the Steeles and the Guiltners have sold the business to an out of state chain called Car-X and everything has changed for the worse. Customer service is terrible, pricing for all my services has seemingly increased greatly. They seem to have terrible staffing and employee turnover which causes wait times to be terribly long. The employee problems also means you can never be expect consistency of maintenance of your vehicle. I can no longer recommend them highly as I have for over 30 years.UPDATE (7/19) They are finally back up to full staff and management has reached out to me. I took my vehicle back up for a tire issue (slow leak, tire pressure light) and they got me in and out quickly. I noticed others moving in and out quickly as well that day also.

Had a flat on our way to Oklahoma, from Georgia. Everywhere else in the area said itll be minimum of a 3 hour wait. These guys had us in and out in 45 minutes and there were a few cars ahead of us. Definitely appreciate them getting us back on the road quickly.

To bad you cannot give them a half a star or no star at all. Took an automobile to be aligned at this business and the young man at the desk acted as if my presence in the establishment was a problem and then he was rude and offended when I checked him on it. Had to take the automobile to another business to have it fixed and because that business does the work right and the old fashion way and I could not provide proof that their work was bad. Customer service is lacking and work product is nonexistent.

This is for the Marion Steele-Guiltner Tire Pros. Service person was very nice but we waited 5 hours to replace one rear caliper, rotors and rear brakes. Originally told it would take one to two hours at most. We only had one day to spend in Memphis and it was wasted on sitting around that shop. Had to spend more money for another day for the BNB since my son was out from CA and wanted to see Memphis. Seemed like the police cars and others vehicles took priority over my vehicle which sat 5 hours up on the rack. Ruinned our trip. I would have rented a car if I knew it was going to take them half a day to do a caliper.

Zero stars!!!!.....they ripped my bumper on the alignment rack.....they failed twice to correctly align my vehicle...they left the camber bolt loosee on the passenger side which worked its way out of position causing my suspension to be loose on that side making in an awful squeak with each bump....the tow was left out of alignment .25 of an inch causing it to pIll to the right as I drove. Im not sure how they stay in business with such poor workmanship!!Stay away from these guys!

I took two rims to get mounted and balanced recently and they left nasty scrapes all over the rim to where the rim is worthless . I told them about that but they ssy i brought it in like that . And due to the fact i brought it back a day later after i realized the scrapes i got poor customer service and was just messed over on my money . Will never recommend this place

Went in for an oil change and ended up getting charged nearly twice as much as the place where I normally get my oil changed.
