I love going to the pilot they have clean bathroom and shower

We stopped in for Dennys. Dont waste your money here. The waitress was rude when I asked her to repeat herself. She was very soft spoken so I could barely hear her. My husband is partially deaf in one ear from his Army days and he couldnt hear her either. She didnt write down our order and got everything wrong. We didnt care because we were passing through and just wanted something in our bellies. Any other time I would have sent it back to be the proper meal we ordered. They were out of a lot of things too. Im not sure if they were really out or they were just being lazy people. You could tell she didnt want to be there, but still no reason to treat a customer who was disabled that rudely!

Great place for gifts/souvenirs and other needs as well. Eat at Dennys while youre there!

Lots of parking. Over 250. 30 of them are prime. Security on site all night long. Dennys restaurant is pretty nice. Overall 5 stars.

Dont ever stop at this place for any reason. One of the worst truck stops Ive ever seen in my life. Nasty facilities, inconsiderate staff, food was undercooked, and when I asked for a replacement or refund they said they do not give one. I dont know about you but I do not like eating raw chicken. I will never ever ever stop at this place again. I only posted one star rating because it would not let me - star ratings

Pilot flying J truck stops are always there when I need a quick grab and go of fuel and a bite to eat the staff always have friendly faces

The employees were great. They changed the tire on our big truck in a timely fashion.

If truck drivers safety is a priority to truck stops they should at least have the parking lots cleared of snow!! The store itself was nice.

Im an over-the-road truck driver stop for fuel realize I had a flat tire the gentleman it was at the tire shop at that time excellent work very good worker checked everything on that tire twice great job

That had no idea what they were doing. Dented my hub cover and tried to say they didnt do it. I asked if they had camera set up and they said they did. I said I wanted to see the video and they fixed it. The manager was great but they tried pulling a fast one on me that day

Witness an employee yelling and being rude with a vendor. Not only did she yell and cuss him in the store she made racial remarks and definitely called the man a female dog numerous times. All the while a blue shirt manager stood behind the counter just allowing her to act in such a non professional manner! Extremes dissatisfied with how the situation was handled

Its not a bad stop...But could be much better...Dennys sucks here dont bother.Just gets some cold cuts and some bread rolls....U will thank me later

Clean restrooms for a quick k stop.

Usually, I have polite and positive reviews of places I have posted. This has been one of the 1st exceptionally bad experiences Ive had. Started off my arrival by purchasing a parking pass in which they posted 9 available online. All were occupied (by drivers that hadnt paid apparently). I eventually found an open spot due to a driver who was leaving a free parking spot. Then I find out that parking is non-refundable ($15 plus tax down the drain). After a night of sleeping, I decided to get breakfast at Dennys to start my day. I went in, got seated after 15 minutes, and ordered an omelet breakfast. An hour and 15 minutes and 2 cups of coffee later, Im watching staff telling new customers any new orders would be an hour at least before they could even be entered into que. Others who came in with me were now demanding refunds (those who chose to order to-go and eat in their truck requiring prepayment) and to speak with a manager. Waitresses were attempting to explain the delays but couldnt give them any relief nor did mgmt even attempt to speak to anyone. I felt mgmt were putting staff in a no-win situation and potentially putting them in harms way by not addressing the increasingly agitated customers. I asked if my order had even been started (which it hadnt) and politely canceled it, gave my frustrated waitress a $5 tip and left. Spoke to the angry guys at the register and they too stated that they were mostly angry that mgmt wouldnt even come to refund them much less address their issues. Im amazed that I kept my cool since I spent about $20 for ☕ as I see it. I wont be back to this location until this can be improved.

Showers were closed for 3 hrs, not busy, with employees standing around talking about other employees.

One of the worst customer service at this location, and the one of the lady employee was so rude to this customer, I just couldnt believe what I heard. One thing for sure this one is off my list for good.

Well if you want to shower dont go there because theyre showers arent working

They were very fast once they got started on my truck, but because they had a service call, I had to wait 2 hours before they could start because they only had the one guy there

Very poor I was kicked out of the parking lot for no reason because I wasnt doing anything wrong they said because I was parked in someone elses parking spot and I was out of hours of driving time

Only fueled at the Flying J. The pump that I used has 2 enormous pot holes when leaving the pump. The exit has a huge gap in the blacktop so slow down.BOTH are completely inexcusable. The money that these places make the parking area should be paved with gold and a free escort at every parking spot.

Hello 3 PM drivers need work done and r still driving at 3 change hours or hire more people

The toilet was stopped up bathroom was not very clean room was fine

1 coffee machine broke, limited food selection, many empty shelves reach in cooler., lines at registe

When I made it in they had me fixed pretty quick friendly folks

No fuel and employees were very rude.

The mechanic was swift and knowledgeable about my issue. I wasnt able to get any actual repairs or services due to other alternative methods recommended (under warranty fixes). The two men were kind and went above and beyond. I dont recall the mens names.

I went to the Urgent Care to get a DOT physical and that guy doing them is a total jerk. He thinks he knows everything about trucking. If you disagree with him he will find reasons to try and fail you. WATCH YOURSELF

Has an RV lane which is GREAT! Makes it easier to get in and out.

Not the worst experience. First time ever parking in Memphis. Paid for a reserve spot. Watch out for the scammers!

Common areas were ok! However the mens restroom was blown up. Just a pig sty. Floor was sticky in the stall. And toilets were blown up if you know what I mean. But what can you say about truck stop restroom! I never seen one clean.

Pilot hasnt updated their locations as promised when they merged with Flying J, please let me know when yall decide to keep that promise! A travel center is supposed to cater to Travellers, and RVs are the 2nd largest vehicles on the road, basically, next to professional truckers, and we need overnight parking, and fuel pumps we can easily get in and out of!

Laundry room has either out of service equipment or coins only...the truck stop is always dirty. The shower wait is long. We waited 30 minutes for a shower. The showers are small. Hot and terrible circulation of heat and humidity. Parking gets filled up fast for semi trucks...so stop early...
