Bought a new iPhone from them had difficulty with it working with the new network. They were very nice and helpful even going out of his way to go to another store to get me a different phone and resolved all the issues. Will definitely go back to this store even though it is alittle farther out of my way they were more helpful than any other store has been!

WOW! I highly recommend the Boost Mobile store in Pleasant Hills. The store manager is very knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. After 2 other boost stores offered NO help, the Pleasant Hills location went above & beyond to help me. She found the problem & tried to fix it. Explaining everything. When I had to kiss that phone g-bye, she helped me figure out which phone was best for me. Amazing experience.

I had a great experience here at this store. The store rep was kind and very helpful and felt genuine. I had an issue with my sim card and she got it resolved and got me out of there with in minutes.

Overall good experience, they were able to answer all of my questions and when they didn’t have the phone I wanted they tried their best to find a store nearby that may have it.
