Bought a Power Hawk battery at Louisiana Battery West Monroe on 8-22-2019 went bad, took it back 12-02-19 they told me only had 4 months warranty, said ok haven;t been 4 months. He said its been 5 months, he said you count 8-9-10-11-12 that way so it was 5 months old, out of warranty, Will never buy another battery there, they cant even count the months right. wanted me to buy another one

Bought 2 batteries for my Rascal Scooter about 6 months ago. Didnt use it till I got moved to Utah. The battery just did not work properly. Could not go any distance before having to re- charge. Took the batteries to Battery Plus in Utah. They said the batteries were no good. So I bought two more. They showed me the date where the battery was made in 2002. I bought them in 2015. Called the store where I bought them in West Monroe, Louisiana and the man just wanted to argue with me. So I called the Shreveport Louisiana Store and they wanted to argue about the date. Its sad that they take a disadvantage of a elderly handicapped women. Just called them to make them aware.
