Always had great experiences coming here. Last time I was there, the girl helping me with my car battery was very nice and helpful, spite the weather that day. A rain storm popped up and we both were out there trying to get the battery out hahaha. Still great experience.

Paul has been helping me since I was 18. Excellent guy. Never has a bad attitude. Clancy is also a super nice and helpful guy. Wouldn’t go there without them. Doesn’t matter how many stupid questions I ask, they will answer. Those 2 are fantastic.

Staff here isnt always as helpful as at other similar businesses, but sometimes you have to branch out and go somewhere else to get what you need. Ive been in here multiple times and had varying experiences depending in who was working but never had a 4/5. Its more of a 3/5 usually at most.

Prices and hours are good although you can probably find the oil or transmission fluid cheaper at the Super Wal-Mart at 3:30am. But, its not that much cheaper and its been a minute since I just had to do an oil change in the middle of the night. They will even hook up the diagnostic computer gizmo when the idiot light on the dash wont go out. Sarah was really nice and didnt make me feel like too big of an idiot when I hadnt got the gas cap screwed on properly.

My family (5 kids,2 adults) and I are currently on a road trip from Texas to Florida. Unfortunately​ our Tahoe turned off and would not start. We just pulled in to AAP when it completely died on us. Worst part is that we would have to wait until Monday to fix it because no shops are opened. Thank God for the employee at AAP he was able to advise my husband what the problem could be. After a couple of hours we were able to take off.I didnt catch his name, but I do know he was in the military. He saved our family vacation. Its wonderful to meet and know people like this. Willing to really care for others and take the time to help.
