I went for a battery about two weeks ago and it was a perfect fit. The guy who sold me the battery also installed it and was extremely friendly I didnt get to catch his name but just wanted to say thank you for such great service. The guy answered every question I asked with a polite and respectful manner thanks hope you guys have an awesome week...

Awesome costumer service!! Place is neat. Although its Sunday and they have only 2 staff they manage to help everybody in a timely manner. Thanks Mr Alphonso for helping me out and those other from the earlier shift that helps me and suggested whats better to do. Kudos for your service here! 😉

The workers, that day, were all on their phones and completely incompetent at their job. I simply was asking them to help me change a bulb I just bought, and they would not provide any type of customer service. I suggest management provide more training for these individuals but at the end of the day it was very clear they could care less about their job and won’t be there for long.

Mansfield rd is my favorite of all locations but all locations are always respectful and helpful

I didnt get the either of the guys names, but they were great. While traveling through, we discovered we had a burned-out headlight on our Kia. The light bulb was stuck and would not come out. The guys worked on it and were finally able to get it loose(with a little WD40) and were able to replace it. Thanks so much Autozone!!!!!

Jacob is one of the best managers that I have ever dealt with. My brake lights were out and we worked together and solved the problem. Fixing them and installing new ones. Amazing customer service!

You would think the employees who work here would know a little about cars. What’s the point of working in an auto part store if you don’t know about something simple. Not saying all of them don’t, but the guy Owen act like he doesn’t or just didn’t want to help one. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I really like the fact that they will come out and install windshield wipers on my car.

Had to replace a battery and we found the terminal was corroded away. They werent much help in replacing the terminal, but we got the job done.

Jacob changed the bulbs on my car lights. They all were so nice.

Very helpful staff. These guys normally have what you need and if not, will get it within a day. I use them because their shelves are always stocked with what I need.

The guy helped me looked at my car so he could order the right dash Matt the sun has already damaged my dash and I keep it covered, auto zone is the place to go for your auto needs

I had to come by this location today and buy a new battery. I would like to share that this experience was pretty painless. I felt like my budget and my needs where considered before the gentleman helped me select the right product. Jeff K was great! Hands down the best experience Ive ever had at any parts store. He even installed my battery for me and did it with a smile and thanked me for coming in. I dont know about anyone else who may read this but I dont usually encounter people who ACTUALLY CARE about the people they are dealing with at work. Its so great to see a business where the employees clearly love their jobs and; provide the outstanding customer service the company they are working for claims to offer! I am impressed, a d that really isnt an easy thing to do. I will be returning to this location with all my future parts needs A+++!!!

Great experience! Have a vehicle that had the check engine light started coming on. It was still drivable, so I took it over to auto zone and they read the codes for free. They even printed out the codes and descriptions for me for free. This is a great public service and only one among the many they offer. Great customer service!

If I must say so. These guys here did the unthinkable. Sized me up for the shoes on my Suburban. Gave me exactly what I needed. Even though I went to there competitor with old drum and shoes still walked out with wrong part. So auto zone if I could give 10 Stars you guys would get it cause yall deserve it.

They had what I went looking for and the staff was pleasant.

My Favorite Auto Zone location! We come here quite a bit so we know some of they guys pretty well. We also have a rewards with them that we really enjoy since we spend alot here. Not to mention when my husband sends me to grab something I feel safe going by myself or with my kiddos.

Best place for all your maintenance needs!!! Great service, great people that love to help and give advice when asked about automotive problems! All the way around, I have ALWAYS loved and appreciated AutoZone! Outstanding business!

An employee (Williams, I think) checked my alternater which was ok. Checked battery which was not ok. Replaced battery for me immediately. No charge for labor either, but I left a decent tip for the guy. He worked hard, knew what he was doing & got it done quickly. He didnt mine me watching. Was very quiet & professional. A great employee who saved my day & my time! You cant get good help like him anymore so I hope hes a keeper for Auto Zone!
