I had a leak in my tire all night long and has been driving and filling it up I found out they open the auto store at 7 went in and was promptly taken care of the technician found a big hole in the tire and found another new tire to replace it quickly did not try to up-sell me into something I didnt want just got the tire got it installed and had me on my way which was much appreciated the lady working the desk friendly helpful and very pleasant than manager the department let me know they would take care of me quickly just first class

Overfilled my car argued about it and were extremely rude about the whole situation. I just stayed until they finally recognized my existence. The managet shows up and wanders around for 8 minutes instead of just checking the oil in my car. When he finally realized I was right he decided to talk to me. When I asked about his rude employees he says. They are what they are, I cant do anything with them .Isnt he the manager ?

Fair prices on tire, employee that helped me wasnt very friendly and seemed like she hated her job.

Terrible there was 2 children following us around and crying and yelling at us Everytime they saw something they wanted we tried to run and hide from them but they kept finding us please do something about the homeless kids running around in your store

Terrible service, lazy employees, incompetence. Noone even knows how to change a tire. Do not ever come here. They should go back to mcdonalds, or even better they just should stay home and collect a check for being handicapped. No manager available. Couldnt even take the wheel off my van. I had to do it for them. Walked in at 8am sharp 1st customer, now its 857am and they still are not finished.

Its rare to have a great experience at Walmart but this Auto care center is actually very efficient, friendly and does a good job. I have used them for years but I would say in the last 2 years there service has greatly improved. This does not include the rest of the store....just the Auto Center.

Seems to the techs hard working but the Managers always smoking in back another one stays in the back i dont like how he to them like hes Prejudice to techs been going here for years getting my vehicle done here please help them techs old managers out not the same anymore

My best experience at a Walmart automotive service location. The service was very fast and thorough. The employees were courteous and helpful. Ill definitely be back

I went to Walmart in West Monroe today for an oil change when I arrived, there was one car in the bay and it was finished. I left my Jeep parked there and went inside. I told them what I wanted, left my keys, and walked into the store. I spent about 30 mins wandering around and went back to the automobile Dept to wait. When I got there, my Jeep was still where I left it, although the bay was empty. I stood there about 10 mins watching 3 guys walking around like they didnt have anything to do. At this point, I told the manager of the department to get my keys and I would take my business elsewhere. Walmart definitely lived up to their reputation of terrible customer service. I suppose they have enough customers that they just dont care!

Gr8 service. Had a tire that needed replacement and could not get the closer, more crowded and less appreciative Walmart on Louisville on the phone. Not only did this store have what I needed on the shelf but also got it installed quickly. Too notch!

People working in the shop seem to be doing their job great but the person that answers the phone always seems very slow and unhappy

Over 4 hr wait to be told they couldn’t do the job. Took car to pep boys my suggestion would be to forget the 4 hr wait there with their incompetent employee and go somewhere else!!!

Had a flat fixed bought it there yet they couldnt find it in the computer she explained that you should have brought the receipt because it doesnt stay in the computer very long bought the tire last fall ???

Always busy, always a long wait, and staff usually seem frustrated.

Waited 45 min to get an oil change then after car was put in a bay was told they did not have the correct filter and could not get one had to come on the next shop delivery from the D/C one hr gone

This place is trash we came in around four thirty (when they close at seven) and we were told we wouldnt be able to have our vehicle worked on because they only had two people working and one quit.
